Girls, I bought such saucepans from Polina, perfect for our dex!
Veronica please write. Have you already cooked in this bowl? Did you like it?
darsolina
Girls, I cooked in a bowl, not in dex, but in Elby, I made potatoes with ribs, everything turned out fine, and you can pick it up with a fork)))
I'll swap the bowls tomorrow
Natalia K.
Veronica, what about the test with the bowl? Are we waiting for feedback?

Julia, well, I don't want to pay such a price for the Mulinex brand.
Can I put in five cents? I have Moulinex Cook 4 ME. Believe me, he works out his money by 150%, both for the quality of materials and workmanship, that for the quality and speed of cooking. It cannot be compared with any multicooker.

But there is nothing to choose from. Liberty is not for sale, Comfort too, Scarlet does not have very pots ...

Girls, well, where does the infa come from all over the forum that Scarlett has bad saucepans?
I read and read this and decided to protect my favorite pressure cooker.
Scarlett has great saucepans !!!
I have been using my Scarlett pressure cooker for 7 months, and I cook almost everything in it, I drive it several times a day for 7 months and the pan is in perfect condition, nothing ever sticks or sticks! And a few bad reviews from newbies who have not yet learned how to properly close the pressure valve and because of this they burned everything, spoil the reputation of a good pot.
If I were choosing a pressure cooker now, I would definitely buy Scarlett again. The pressure cooker is a super thing, and Scarlett bakes well and it is convenient to choose the cooking time, since it is adjustable on any program and the saucepan is very good in quality.
fronya40
Well done! but in fact, I’ve read a lot and only because of this didn’t buy Scarlett, but Liberty. Of course, I don’t regret it, but scarlett was sold in my store for 5 minutes and there was a 20% discount! But I forgot that I was hanging all the time in your Temko and read a lot of good things) but I remembered only the bad!
Sone4ka
Girls, there is no news about saucepans?

I made a rabbit and a small scratch appeared at the bottom. Not critical, but unpleasant.

Today I called the service - they said that the pan from Moulinex MK700330 is suitable - there are no problems to buy now. price 240 UAH
I was somewhat confused that in the description of this model there is a displacement of 4.5 liters, and in the dexica of the faithful 5 - I personally measured it.

Can anyone know if this pan is suitable for dex, what is the coating of Mulinex pots?

I beg your pardon for the long silence ... The stainless steel saucepan came up perfectly, until nothing burned or stuck. I'm happy as an elephant

tell me plz
did you only cook liquid in it or porridge / pastries / meat, etc., too?
Is it all thin-walled or is the bottom thickened?

darsolina
The bottom is thickened. cooked the first, pilaf and potatoes with meat. everything is fine. But I haven't tried baking, I don't bake in cartoons, I have a good oven.

Something this Temka hung ...
I was making pea soup today. I bought smoked chicken backs "To the beer", and cooked delicious pea soup on them. The peas didn't even need to be wiped. Itself completely boiled over.
Sone4ka
Yesterday I bought a bottle of country milk and decided to boil it in dexica.
As a result, milk flowed through the pressure relief valve.
When I opened it, there was everything in the milk: the liner on both sides, the lid itself and both valves.

And what is interesting - it boiled for only 15 minutes (for yogurt, it is recommended to boil rural milk longer), but it became creamy with obvious signs of baked milk)
Today I fermented it in a yogurt maker - the yoghurt did not grab.but the fermented baked milk turned out to be very good))

Sone4ka, as I understand it, in St. you get baked milk rather than boiled milk.

I used to boil milk in it, but not a bottle, but a liter / one and a half and not 15 minutes, but 5 and everything was fine.
And then I decided to throw three at once and for some reason it was cramped there))
Maybe because the milk was very fat (only from under the cow), or maybe because of the quantity.
I have a question about rice / pilaf.
Girls, what is the maximum serving you can make in our dexica?
She praised the people what delicious rice turns out in this saucepan and received an order for pilaf for the upcoming party.
There will be a lot of people, we need to cook to capacity. And I do not know how much it is in multi-glasses / grams.
Maybe somewhere there is this infa, poke my nose, pliz.
GenyaF
I boil a three-liter jar of homemade milk with cream in our pressure cooker for only 2-3 minutes at high pressure. Nothing has ever escaped anywhere, I do not forcibly release the pressure, it goes down by itself, at this time the milk continues to boil. Yoghurts are great and ice cream. We boil it for a long time to get baked milk. It already begins to change color after 3 minutes.

Yes, I think not very much ... meat, frying carrot-onions + rice, which increases in size by about 2-2.5 times, but it is necessary that the saucepan is not to the top.
So count it: the meat is fried by a third and the rice is by a third and the water is higher by a finger, here's a saucepan of pilaf.
If the company is large, then perhaps you will have to cook in two passes, and you can keep it warm in the oven, or wrap it up.
Lozja
Does anyone get crumbly pilaf in a pressure cooker? So far, I have only rice porridge with meat.
Talamea
A lot depends on rice, on the amount of water, on the cooking time ... something like this ...

I carefully write down ... How much, where, what, what kind of rice ... I want to get a crumbly ordinary pilaf in SV. So far I get this only in MV.
Talamea
Rice is a long basmati. Water - 1 cm higher than rice, time - 10 minutes VD and 10 on heating

Fried the meat, then onions and carrots in the same place, on high pressure for 12 minutes. Opened, sprinkle salt and seasoning for pilaf, rice and pour hot water (do not interfere!). VD 10 minutes and 10 on heating. She opened it and gently turned it into a plate. All

Anyway 10 minutes

With steamed, I don't know, Basmati, for this business, the best rice.

my secret is pilaf - it is clear that fry carrots, onions, meat, put rice, salt, spices, pour water ... and ... my "secret" is rice to water 1 to 1.5. And depending on the meat - chicken 15 minutes, meat 20 minutes. The pressure to release itself. Stir, close for 15 minutes, that's it, you can have lunch and dinner

Not porridge and not dry, maybe you (different taste preferences) will seem a little "sticky", I don't like dry, when everything is completely separate, and the rice is crumbly, just with meat (I don't know if I wrote it clearly), but I have always the result is excellent, all friends who come to visit are surprised that I make such pilaf in a pressure cooker, and they even ask to cook with them (I just prepare everything in advance). everyone really likes it.

Girls, tell me, is it possible to make apricot jam / jam in our assistant ???
Talamea
I did not try. I cook in the usual way, the old fashioned way. I like to boil down gradually. I like the process)))
Talamea
Girls, did in our SVshechka the pod and cheek. The food is incredible.

Cheek or podcherevka, spread with salt, a mixture of peppers (ground), paprika, wrap in foil in several layers and let it brew for half a day or night. Then we put it on the steamer grate in the SVshka, pour a little water on the bottom, close it and steam it for 30-40 minutes (no more). We let the pressure drop on our own and open the lid, take out our yummy, let it cool, and unfold it. If you wish, you can brown it on frying in a microwave oven, but this does not affect the taste, this is only for beauty. We put it in the refrigerator. After cooling completely, we eat it without delay ... Whoever likes it with garlic, then after unfolding, you can rub it with garlic. Bon Appetit.

Girls, wait, I'll tell you one thought, but it requires confirmation ...

I came across a site, there is a comparative table of Tomsk reserves. Pay no attention to Tomsk, hear further.
Based on their table, as well as after reading the friendly forum about multicooker, I thought that for your DEX DPC-40, as well as for my Brand 6050, a ceramic bowl from Philips HD 2173/03 and a stainless bowl from Redmond RMC-4504 are not suitable ? They measure D = 220 H = 136.
Redmond has already opened its own Internet store in Ukraine, Filip's bowls can also probably be ordered ... Redmond bowls come with lids ...

Lozja, Oksanochka, bowl Philips HD 2173/03 full analogue bowl DEX DPC-40? Didn't you measure?
Girls, do not hit with slippers, I thought it out loud ...
Lozja
Olya, and I have never been on sale in 2173. I had 2178, and nobody ordered that one, so that I could feel it.
And 2173, judging by the picture, if you imagine a mechanical timer in front, then one to one Dax 40, probably from her phillips and altered. So it is quite possible that the saucepans are identical.
But why such troubles now, if there are branded saucepans on sale?
Ukka
Found that the bowls are identical for DEX DPC-40, Brand 6050 and Philips HD 2173/03. Here are the measurements of the Philips HD 2173/03.
Dex pressure cooker DPC-40

Yes, in principle, there was no need to doubt this, because in the course of the mold at Povos for all three pressure cookers are the same.

Quote: Lozja

But why such troubles now, if there are branded saucepans on sale?
Oksanchik, that's why ... You know, Brand 6050 has a ceramic bowl, so I really like it compared to teflon-coated bowls. About 1.5 years old, but no scratches. Does not stick to the bowl. Stainless steel I also like the spare wheel that I bought from Polinka (for cooking meat with bones - it is the most), but I like ceramics more!
I plan to buy DEX DPC-40 for Yulia for a dowry, and my assistant came to the conclusion that she needed just one. I'll take it right away, probably a spare tire with ceramics (if I can find where). True, I can only buy it in November, will the DEX DPC-40 be on sale then ...

I think that information about the interchangeability of pots should be laid out, suddenly one of the girls wants either stainless steel or ceramics ...

Quote: Monica

Ol, and you did not look at what Redmond bowls? I would like with a lid

Ukka
Yulichka, Redmond for our size does not have bowls with ceramics, but only with Teflon and stainless steel ...
Phillips bowl with ceramic. I don't know the price yet ...
Julia V
Yes? Here I am a brake. I haven’t ordered my own non-stick one yet, I’m waiting for the development of events. If only they don't disappear while I think

Milk never escapes in pressure cookers. Most importantly, do not pour more than what is allowed.

Quote: Stafa

Aha-aha ... I also thought so until yesterday, when milk porridge ran away from the valve of the pressure cooker.

then I will add in normal pressure cookers never run away milk

Staf!, this is the first time I hear about this, which is why I was surprised. Did someone else run away? (a valve that is open in an attack of sclerosis does not shrink)

Ushshsh what it is, there are no more other small SVs. But here's what's strange - the second time, after washing everything, I put it on and threw in the butter - the porridge was cooked and didn't run away. And what did she do for the first time.

it's good that you were there. Was the milk the same?
maybe the valve was somehow on the verge of open-closed? well, they almost click to close. In general, in the well, I act according to the rules, do not believe my eyes once again on the valve clap, I made sure that it is submerged and then I press the start. Well, you never know who is careful, you know

IRR, I'm still getting used to it, so we can and the valve was crooked - but the milk was running out of the valve, and not to relieve pressure. And it ran exactly at the moment when he was supposed to snap. And instead of silence - the Bakhchisarai fountain. The milk is the same, but not all of it escaped from the saucepan. I added to what was left and turned it on, why should I now remain without porridge if it is running around as a yak saiga.

Not much, but a puddle 2-3 cm in diameter has time to form. And this is almost every time you boil milk (boil for yogurt)

Girls, hello. I just got a dex here yesterday (to my great joy they appeared and I was a bullet in dexline. The boy said that there were leftovers somewhere in the warehouse and will no longer be 100%).

So this is what I think: if our pressure cooker is an analogue of a Chinese pov, then can we order a cup and a lid on taobao? The bowl can be weighed, but someone said that it weighs half a kg. It is necessary to calculate, but I think that with all the transportation costs less than 250 UAH will be paid. When needed, I will deal with the question)) Who needs it now, I suggest an idea;)

But in general, I'm delighted) I cooked corn on the cob for 20 minutes, an omelette for 7 minutes, the cake was baked and not burnt, the potatoes with meat just mmm)) The husband got his bearings and said that the fishing tackle would now be cooked in a pressure cooker
SilverCat
Thank you))

I don’t need spare pots yet, but in a year, let’s say, when my relatives are not on sale, it will be possible to order from the wagon. They look like twins, brothers, the saucepan will be like a native. Although, maybe I'll decide to order a spare here for myself, while there is))

And I myself can eat raw corn)) but it is difficult for my husband to please - I cooked on the stove for 6 hours last time, but it seemed to him still raw.
SilverCat
By the way, I looked: our model of a pole in China comes with two types of bowls - stainless steel and with a ceramic coating. Sold separately. A ceramic bowl of 45 yuan, no matter how much it weighs, will come out 100% cheaper than Redmond bowls.
SilverCat
Here is the pressure cooker 🔗 and if you write in the search "PLFJ4005" (our mover model), it will give out including patch

The fact is that corn does not need to be cooked for a long time. 20 minutes is enough for her on a regular stove, unless the corn is quite old and tough, but it is not tasty. Corn is like squid - you cook longer, it will be tougher. I myself, used to cook for 2 hours until people taught))

Of course, you need to be able to order spare tires! Today they are on sale, tomorrow they may not be ... Besides, I was pleasantly pleased with the bowl with ceramics in Brand 6050. I wrote about her above.
In addition, there is also stainless steel. her spare wheel helps me a lot. Now we mainly use only a pressure cooker, so it is very convenient to have two bowls!
My daughter and I really liked our Brand 6050, a relative of your DEX DPC-40, originally from the Povos factory!
I liked it so much that I advised my friends and acquaintances. Recently looking for friends or DEX DPC-40 or Brand 6050 (at a divine price, at least used). Didn't find it ... Insanely happy that the DEX DPC-40 appeared again. The acquaintances for whom we were looking have already ordered. Now we are looking for long-playing spare wheels for him.
My dotsya sleeps and sees when we buy DEX DPC-40, he wants to dowry. But we will be able to buy only in November
I can't buy in Ukraine, I will order in China, thanks to you, SilverCat.

Only, it seems, the Chinese model "PLFJ4005" is 4 liters, and the height of the bowl is 131mm ... Maybe I'm wrong, but DEX DPC-40 corresponds to "PLFJ5005" ... Height 136mm.

SilverCat
I was also looking for it on sale lately, but I found only dex-50, there were no pressure cookers at all. But, unfortunately, it is extremely unprofitable to order a whole pressure cooker from China. Someone wrote that it contains 10 kg of volumetric weight, from my intermediary in Kharkov for equipment the price is 150 UAH / kg, not for equipment 130 UAH / kg, so a saucepan and a sealing ring can be quite profitable to buy. I didn't understand the dimensions yesterday, but I also thought that when buying, you need to ask the middleman to clarify the model and dimensions :)
Talamea
And I, on Ali-express, only Povos himself found, but there are no accessories ... or I didn’t find ... I ordered the cup for Dexland, but I would also like ceramics or stainless steel, and I also need an elastic band, otherwise the infection flies ...
