Yesterday I bought normal beans and cooked them in half an hour, the beans even burst and melt in my mouth. So the main thing is to buy normal beans.
Which one did you buy?
Julia V
I look, a man sells vegetables, fruits, nuts and he has different beans in bags. I say, give me one that is tasty and cooked quickly, so he advised me. White, long, with a red speck. 25 grivasiks per kg. And when boiled, it turned out that she had a very delicate skin, almost not felt. And before that I bought beans on the market, round, small, striped, well, just horror, not only did I cook it for an hour, it also tasted bitter

Girls, tell me from experience how the pressure is released?
Well, for example, you cook jellied meat for 2 hours. This is necessary 4 times for 30 minutes. twist, I understood that. I just didn't understand how the pressure cooker behaves all this time. 30 minutes. passed, she released the pressure and switched to heating, and you again her for 30 minutes. and she's gaining pressure again? Or is it necessary to sit over it and not bring it to the transition to heating? I got confused ...
Julia V
No, you saw that the timer is already spinning and tighten it up again if it is clear I wrote
Even if she went to heat, she will not have time to relieve pressure so quickly, with a full pan of boiling water.

And if you missed it and she switched to heating ... we still tighten it and continue to watch, right?
Julia V
Usually when you cook jellied meat, you do something around the house, spinning around, so that you have time. But even if she went to heating for about 10 minutes, it's okay.

And besides jellied meat, what is cooked for more than 30 minutes?

I cook jellied meat for 1.30 minutes. But I cook the beef stew for 2 hours. And that's it, there are no more long-lasting dishes
How do you make stew? I remember the stew - the taste of my childhood, which my parents made in an autoclave!
Julia V
I'm not doing it for seaming. I cut 2-3 kg of beef into pieces and into a saucepan, add salt and pepper and pressurize. You don't need water, it will give you enough juice. Then I put it on the banks and in the refrigerator, it costs 2-3 weeks. I boiled porridge or macaroshki and this stew there, when there is no time to cook at work. I only have a day off on Tuesday.

Without, pieces of meat are obtained in jelly, as in a purchased canned stew.
Super! So on it, you can make excellent soup, and "jelly" is a concentrated broth (like a cube of Galina Blanc)
Thanks for the idea! left to buy SV

I also do so often: I stew meat in pieces or ribs in MV, then everything in a jar or pan and in the refrigerator. My mom is sitting with my little one (1 year old), she cooks soups from ready-made meat with jelly. Only in MV I extinguish for at least 2 hours.

Oh-oh-oh, the beef after 2 hours of the multicooker does not suit me. I carve the beef for 5-6 hours in the multicooker and the result is not always "soft-chewy" - and this is half a day. That's why I want to

I also do this, only from low-fat pork, although a smaller amount is 1-2 kg. I add allspice and black peas and Caucasian adjika or a drop of garlic, and for 30 minutes ... That's it ...

More than 30 minutes, this is jellied meat or if you bake a huge piece of meat or cheek.

Dex is all the better because a mechanical timer can be screwed on or off, turned on and off at any time ... I love mechanical toys ...

Dex pressure cooker DPC-40
I saw today in the subject of boiled girls with Saturn about cooking in a pot. I decided to make a royally chicken liver in a pot and rice for a side dish I put the pot on a double boiler, but the pressure cooker simply did not close)) so I had to put the pot right "with my face in the salad"))

So, a side dish: rice 2 cups (250 ml), water 3 cups, salt, spices
In a pot: onions, carrots and liver about 250 grams each. Cut the liver into pieces, add salt and pepper. In a pot in layers: (you can fry, but I put everything raw) vegetables, liver, mayonnaise, vegetables, etc.
VD for 15 minutes, did not release the pressure, waited until it left by itself.
It turned out delicious. Bon Appetit;))

I see)) And I thought that you had a pot below)) In Saturns I was completely confused, I can't tell which one is 5, which one is 6 liters)) Thank you for the tasty idea that expands the functionality of our pressure cookers)))

For a side dish, you can take another four-thread, potatoes, for example, or buckwheat. It is advisable to immediately add butter to the rice, I warmed up the rice today, it stuck together in lumps, I was even upset, and I added oil - it became cool, crumbly))

I want to share this simple recipe: I take a large thin pita bread, cut it into squares about 2x2 cm and into the pressure cooker bowl. Beat 2 eggs with sugar separately, add a little milk, cheese, cottage cheese, apple slices, a little butter and pour in pita bread. Mixed and for 7 minutes on high pressure. Top can be sprinkled with seeds, nuts, etc. It turns out soooo delicious pie! On the cut, it looks like puff pastry.
But more often I make it like a la achma - not sweet, stuffed with cottage cheese and various cheeses (I always have grated cheese in the freezer, it's very convenient and saves time;) You can experiment with the filling, the result is always

I wanted to bake a crazy pie)): girl_tortik: This name is due to the fact that in America during the Great Depression there were no eggs, no butter, no milk, but you always want something sweet. This is how crazy cake appeared - a very tasty cake from a minimum of products)) It turns out a tall, dense biscuit, heavy, moist, with an intensely chocolate taste, many people think of it as cognac impregnation .. So, the ingredients: flour 375g, sugar a little more than 1 cup (> 250g), vanilla sugar 1 sachet, salt 0.5 tsp, soda 2 tsp.l, cocoa 0.5 cups, 3/4 cup of vegetable oil (I took less - a third of a cup), 2 cups of coffee, cherries. Mix everything, without beating much, you get a batter. I was baked without pressure for half an hour, then I turned off the dex and did not open the lid for another 20 minutes. Cut into three cakes and spread with custard. An excellent recipe for baking in fasting, just change the cream to some lean one and go)

in fact, it is easy to bend if the pressure cooker does not have a permanent place in the kitchen, or something is constantly moving, moving around closely and nearby.
I had a moment when I was trying to shove off the airfryer, and he kicked the handle down on the dexico. The dents are not visible, but I thought)

Another thing is that three pressure cookers have already passed through me - everyone has it.

Girls need help!
Today I noticed that Dex's lid, when the pressure was built up and blocked, also lifted and did not fit. I close it normally, all the parts and the seal are in place (only stretched a bit).
Maybe it was, but I didn't pay attention? I'm just afraid to cook borscht now ...

It's always like this with me.
Oh, well, at least someone responded !!! Thank you, Oksana!

So my paranoia is progressing?
I've never looked at Dex that closely before. The borsch didn’t, but cut off that it was floating a little from under the lid, the steam was not visible, but it fogged up on the side near the handle, then I drained something abruptly, so the whole towel was in the borscht (apparently, through the valve, along with the steam, I flooded it) .... I got nervous something .... To be treated?
Talamea
then she dramatically lowered something, so the whole towel was in the borscht (apparently, through the valve, along with the steam, it was flooded)
When, immediately after boiling, you quickly lower it, and especially if the pot is full, then yes ... you have to catch it.

So today everything turned out "sideways" for me, I wanted to boil something else, check it out, but one thought about cognac has already begun to work - so I'll leave the experiments until tomorrow ... the morning of the evening is wiser ...

Dex pressure cooker DPC-40
In dexline easier to buy, but there only with non-stick coating bowls. And I ordered ceramic a bowl, it costs 400 UAH here (+ again delivery). I also ordered stainless steel in China, because it doesn't burn for me, because it's cheaper there and there is plenty to choose from.
I gave 243 UAH for 2 bowls and spare silicones, even if it all weighs 2 kg it will come out +140 UAH. It's cheaper than one ceramic bowl without shipping. I did not call anyone to order with me and did not fool my head. I have a new non-stick bowl, it won't burn for me to use them tomorrow. Who is on fire - there is Dexline, Polina, etc.

So now you will have as many as three! You will fry in Teflon, although (I have a frying pan with ceramics) I did not notice any difference in speed from the usual one, everything sticks off perfectly, it washes wonderfully and the ceramics are also very good for baking and for porridge, and for stewing ... And you don't even need to think about some kind of harm, even theoretical, the only thing, with her more careful, can crack from the temperature drop (wash after cooling)

I took grated pumpkin 100g, cottage cheese 50g, coconut 60 grams (yesterday I peeled a whole coconut, grated it and froze it, now I will add everywhere :) 2 eggs, sugar to taste and mixed it all with 1 lavash cut into squares. Then I was going to bake as usual, but I did not have milk and the liquid turned out to be little, so the pressure would not have accumulated, and without the pressure the pumpkin might not cook. So I poured water into a bowl, put a silicone mat and put a glass saucepan with the prepared mass inside. VD for 10 minutes and waited until the pressure went down by itself (inside the pressure cooker there was glass, I decided not to risk pressure drops). It turned out to be a very tender casserole

In the bowl, tender puddings, how to say, are greedily greasy. It does not burn, and you can eat, but not quite what you want. And silicone is not quite that, I have a bunch of them. Ideally, I don't even want glass, but ceramics.

Here you, I see, Panasonic, it does not threaten you, it bakes quietly, in it you can bake air puddings perfectly well, I think. And I have two appliances with strong baked goods. Everything is great baked, except for the most tender.

I love my deksik very much (I have 50, bought my mother 60) and thought that I would never buy a second multicooker from another manufacturer! But when I faced the need to purchase a device with more flexible settings (I really wanted to try the sous-vide technology) + a large saucepan (it was necessary to put a ham in a saucepan at t = 70) + an unclouded price, I began to look closely at other model firms. I shoveled all over the Internet, downloading instructions and reading reviews on various models. In the end, Comfy ordered a Redmond RMC - M60 through the internet magician. Arranged in all respects: the price is 888 UAH, the pan is 5L, the ceramic coating, the functionality is a song !! Do not consider my post as an advertisement, I just decided to share my experience.
