Note

The recipe is taken from a foreign site. Adapted for available products. Not everyone has the opportunity to buy curd cheese (for example, we don't sell it at all). Here on the forum there is such a recipe for the oven SanechkaA HERE... A slightly different product layout.
What can you say? It is sooo tasty, tender, airy. Baked in the oven and in the slow cooker. In the oven, I get higher, and in a slow cooker, it is softer. The structure is approximately the same in both variants. The result is pleasing. Highly recommend!

ang-kay, Angela, and in the oven if? Cheesecake will not get dry? I'd like to try it. Thanks for the recipe.
ang-kay
Tatyana, in the notes follow the link. There is an oven option. It is baked in a water bath. Not dry.
Shyrshunchik
Angela, I realized I’ll try to bake it in tins, like sutlach. They just stand on a baking sheet and then there will be enough water.
Svetlenki
Angela, very nice and tempting, especially considering that in a slow cooker. Never baked there - this recipe should be tried.

Shtebochniki, call back !!! In what mode or at what temperature? I want a gentle one, like in the photo.

Angela, but you do not know at what temperature the cartoon is baked?

Listen, did the cheesecake pop out easily? You didn’t put stripes on a cross?
ang-kay
Sveta, Thank you. And thanks for the help in translation

Some baked goods are good.

At what temperature does your cartoon bake?
What I don’t know, I don’t know. Itself in this cartoon baked for the first time, although I have it for two years, probably. I used to do all this in Aurora. But my first cartoon, although it works properly, has lost its gasket on the valve. Now the oven is low in it.

I just smeared it with margarine. He jumped out and didn't get caught anywhere. I didn’t add anything.
Svetlenki
Angela, yeah, when I was translating, no one mentioned the pictures of jam and sour cream, but now I'm sitting and KHACHUNIMAGU !!! At least drop everything and go bake

Think hard about the baking temperature so that you can start baking as soon as possible! You also need to think about the position of the valve and the baking time.

Maybe someone who knows will show up and tell me
ang-kay
Sveta, be a pioneer! Try it yourself at Shtebe. Then everyone will follow the beaten path if they want.
Matilda_81
but if the oven is with steam, still put on a water bath?
ang-kay
Gulnara, I think yes.

Japanese cotton cheesecake (multicooker DEX 60)

I was very worried because the first baking experience in my cartoon Steba DD2XL and the first use of the new mixer for whipping proteins

I have homemade cottage cheese here 150 gr and 150 gr Philadelphia cottage cheese

In general, everything worked out. I did in the Kasha mode, the pressure is 0.3 - 55 minutes (I kept the valve open) and let it stand for 10 minutes without heating.

How I pulled him out was of course a circus, but the first experience, how to grit.

In general, thanks, it turned out very tasty and tender!

Sveta, the oven is unique.

take the report.
Sveta, well, "bomb"! Better than I did. It rose wonderful, delicate and porous. Not baked. I am very pleased with your result. Here you are always more jittery, and everything just magically turns out for yourself. I think you will bake it more than once.
Wildebeest
Svetlenki, Aaaah, Oooh! The beauty.
Svetlenki
Angel, well, etaaaaa Shcha as a star from such praise, I will go to my husband's monument to demand such a skillful mistress for myself! Spare my husband, don't praise me so loudly!

Wildebeest, Sveta, thank you for noting my efforts! I strongly advise you to bake it - a unique taste. The Japanese are good fellows-inventors-combinators

Angela, cheesecake is just tenderness. The beauty! And there are no words for jam! Thank you!
Light is a meteor, already baked Well done!

ang-kay
Tumanchik, thank you, my dear. It is delicious.

I'm waiting))
ang-kay
Irina, every author has the right to fiction. The result is interesting. I'm waiting too.

I will report))
I'm not so high (I did it on the basis of 4 eggs) and it seems to me that I didn't bake a little, next time I will try on a different mode. The color is creamy because the milk was only baked)
Delicious! Therefore, the next time will definitely be

Irina, great. Porous. I'm not tall either. I am glad that I liked the taste and the recipe will take root.
Babovka
Angela thanks for the recipe. She baked with change milk yielded soy.
Can I replace eggs with whipped chickpea broth?
Or will I translate a product?
ang-kay
Olesya, I do not even know. It will already be a completely different product. And soy milk and broth. Try it. If you need health, then you need to look.
Wildebeest
ang-kayAngela, I got to your cheesecake.

And as always, not without incident. Instead of cottage cheese, I used weighed sour cream. In tyrnete I saw that it was baked in a multitude: two cycles of 10 minutes steam mode and 50 minutes heating.
But my beloved Panasik for some reason switched off in steam mode. Left to stand on heating mode. I turned on the steam again and it turned off again, but it stayed with me for another 50 minutes on heating.
I looked into the cartoon, the cheese rose very well and swayed. Then I moved it to the oven at the bathhouse. I waited for the top to darken.
Cheese was a success. Delicate, tasty, sugar in moderation.

Angela, thanks again for the recipe. Now I have a turn for throwing and throwing biscuits.
ang-kay
Sveta, in my opinion everything worked out for you. I have no doubt it's delicious. I hope that you have determined the baking algorithm for yourself and next time you can avoid "dancing with tambourines")
Irinabr
Oh, how wonderful! Bookmarked
Wildebeest
ang-kay, Angela, we are not looking for easy ways.

Irinabr, Ira, if you keep bookmarks for a long time, you will lose a lot. This cheese is a delicious treat.

Look, you won't be spoiled with us. But it is really tasty, and there is no more work than a biscuit.

Shame on my head! Now I looked, it turns out this recipe has been languishing in my bookmarks for two years.

It happens. If you don’t do it right away, then it’s forgotten. And it turns out this one is not so difficult, but delicious!
silva2
Angela is just a handsome man! Did you easily jump out of shape? And then in other recipes it is recommended to cover everything with paper
Wildebeest
silva2, Lena, can I tell you?
I baked in a MV bowl, everything bounced well. But next time I'll lay down strips of paper for "safe" demoulding. And then he was so even, and removing from the mold by a coup, a little flattened him.
fatinya
ang-kay, Angela, please explain why all your latest recipes are "cotton"?
If the biscuits from the word "slap" are thrown, then the cheesecake does not need to be thrown?
ang-kay
Quote: silva2

Linen, jumps out well, but you can also lay it with paper. Sveta wrote it right.
Quote: fatinya
If the biscuits from the word "clap
Svetlana, not from the word "clap", but from the word "clap". Means airy and fluffy, like cotton)))
fatinya
ang-kayThank you Angela. The emphasis is not there. I was the first in this series to read your recipe about a biscuit that had to be dropped, thrown on the table, so this association arose.
lusi 88
Thank you very much for such delicious food. True, I did not have time to photograph, they had already eaten everything. We will bake some more
ang-kay
lusi 88, lyudmila, to your health!
M @ rtochka
Angela, girls, is the cheesecake tastier after the fridge? Or is it enough to let it stand at room temperature?
ang-kay
Let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
M @ rtochka
Yes, I've already baked, it's worth
Guests in the evening, I'm thinking, leave them on the table or put them in the refrigerator
ang-kay
Dasha, I would clean it. When the guests come, I would take it out and leave it to get warm. Would you like to eat cheesecake right away? This is for dessert.
M @ rtochka
AngelaThanks for the simple, unspoiled recipe. It turned out tender and tasty. A friend, looking at the cut, said "how uniform!"
There is no photo, almost everything is eaten.

The only thing is that after MV it shrank a little. It's always like that? Or is there a secret to stay beautiful?

Thank you!!
ang-kay
Dasha, I'm glad I liked it. Any cheesecake falls and shrinks when it cools.
VolzhankaD
I cooked it yesterday in a slow cooker - delicious and tender, otherwise I didn't know where to put the cottage cheese. A small piece remains for today.
ang-kay
VolzhankaDI'm glad I liked the cheesecake. You need to repeat yourself)
VolzhankaD
Today I did it for the second time, my daughter and boyfriend came, so my husband didn't have time, but I got a stub! I whisk the whites in Kenwood, and the rest with a hand whisk is easy.
