Well, rice as usual, and fish in a double boiler. If the flowing juice from the fish to rice does not bother, then you can simultaneously, the rice mode for 12 minutes, the proportions: if crumbly, then 1: 2, thinner 1: 3 and so on. Pre-marinate the fish (like me, with onions, soy sauce, turmeric for half an hour in the refrigerator).

That is, pour a multi-glass of rice, 2 glasses of water on the bottom of the saucepan. We insert a grid for a double boiler, on it previously pieces of pickled fish. Close the valve close. Mode Fig.

If individually, then first, say, rice on its mode. We got it. Then, to the bottom, a couple of multi-glasses of water, a grate, fish, closed, the Steamer-Fish mode.

Girls, when you bake a biscuit, does the rim for a double boiler prevent the biscuit from rising?
sokolinka
Sandy, do you have such a tall sponge cake in a scarlet? Congratulations! I tried to bake 2 times, alas, it turns out better in the oven.

Nooo, I have a different pressure cooker, but the saucepan also has a rim for a double boiler but a little larger in diameter. From 4 eggs it rises just to the rim, and so I think if you make, for example, 6 eggs, then this rim will not prevent it from rising higher

The bezel does not interfere. Of the biscuits, only honey cake was baked - the result is incredible!

Girls! Tell me, can anyone know where to order this model of pressure cooker?
Shall
Now there is in the foxtrot for 819 UAH, and I ordered through Cheaper. no before the new year for 536 UAH.
nazik
Today I was in Simferopol Foxtrot and there are no such pressure cookers. I didn't find it in our other stores either. It's a pity, I was determined to buy and did not find it.
nasty25
I think I found it here 🔗
nazik
Thank you. Immediately made an order, now I'm waiting for the manager's response. They seem to work there on weekends.

Thank you! and less time to expose? in the same place like 20 minutes, won't it be much? I cooked on the stove for 3-5 minutes ..
Matilda-N
The time is reduced to 15 minutes, and unfortunately in no way less! But it turns out with the taste of baked milk, I really like these cereals.
_JuMi_
I haven't cooked anything on the children's menu yet. I wonder why in pressure cooker is the cooking time of porridge long?

It turns out, you just need to manually cut down after 5 minutes.

Girls, I'm new to this business. I will tell you more about my problem. I have been using Scarlet 1529 for only 2 days, but I’m not happy about it. First I cooked a fried soup, everything is OK. Then she took up pilaf, while frying chicken breast and carrots with onions, the carrots stuck to the bottom and burned (fried on the "own recipe" mode), but the pilaf did not stick. Then I cooked rice porridge in water on the "RIS" mode, it also stuck to the bottom. Today here's an omelet stuck on the "Bake" mode. Tell me what I'm doing wrong. And then already the desire to cook in it disappears. (((
I want to cook milk porridge today and I'm already afraid.

: hi: Take me to your company too!
On Saturday I bought SV on Barabashova, though I had to run and search for a long time, but I found it in stock and bargained for only 645 UAH. It was not available anywhere in Internet stores, but 400 units are now going to 5OK (although this amount is for the whole of Ukraine).
To say that I'm happy is to say nothing
The first thing I did when I brought St. home - wiped everything I got with a sponge dipped in vinegar - the smell of plastic disappeared and I didn't have to bother boiling lemon. Then the test drive began:
1 dish - pickle with rice and chicken hearts stewed for 15 minutes - turned out great!
2 - roast with beef (the same mode for 25 minutes), also excellent. The meat is very tender and soft.
3 - I steamed vegetables for the vinaigrette (perhaps I will now switch to vegetables) - we have never eaten vinaigrette at such a speed.
4 - going to the supermarket, threw in beef (a little harsh), added 1 m / cup of water, a little oil and mayonnaise, spices, 2 bay leaves and "stewing" for 40 minutes - it turned out to be a dish resembling a stew. Very tasty, and most importantly - no effort and excess fat.
5 - cooked porridge "Artek" in the "rice" mode. It flew with a proportion (I haven't cooked porridge for a long time) and it turned out to be watery, but tasty.

Today or tomorrow I will continue testing, however, I'm afraid that all this will be postponed by a "life buoy" around the waist.

It turns out, you just need to manually cut down after 5 minutes.
Not in all, for example, I have "milk porridge" taste hard - 3 minutes, standard taste - 5 minutes, soft taste - 10 minutes (taste this is such an additional function to the auto program)

What is the name of the gray liquid porridge that is served in school canteens and hospitals? Such a simple and not pretentious brat. But I want her. I cooked wheat - not that, it is yellower and larger.
fronya40
maybe you cooked not ordinary wheat, but arnautka? it is also called artek. common wheat is such a gray porridge.
iddi
_JuMi_, this is "Artek" and if you cook it in a ratio of 1: 3 you will get just "unassuming mess."
_JuMi_
I do not know, they are all on sale, which are called Wheat, not particularly gray, rather yellow. I did not see any other wheat, gray and small ones. I cooked 1: 6 for "smearing", 1: 5 was thick and the grains were not small enough.

Or maybe it's barley in the canteens?
iddi
The yachka is slightly larger than the Artek.

no, this is not a yak, this is a wheat one.Where are you living? we personally have a lot of it. it is not yellow in the package. yellow - this is Artek-arnautka.
_JuMi_
fronya40, well, you see, the packages are signed - which is which. Artek-arnautka never met the words in stores. Let's say I find a smaller wheat grind (like Uvelka has), but it's generally yellow! Not gray at all.

In short, Koloboks are conducting the investigation

I cook in a pressure cooker every day, and even more than once
I stewed cabbage, I made pilaf, vegetables with meat, I baked a biscuit and a casserole. Everything works out, only milk has alerted, such a white film at the bottom ..

How to insert pictures I have NOT figured out ...

Julia, I understand you, yes, they have already stopped signing like this ... but it says wheat ... if you were closer, I would send it to you :-) she is so gray-gray ... or maybe on the market do you have it?

fronya40, even though go to the nearest cafeteria and call the chef with the words "Pour it off!"

Girls, how many minutes do you set the omelette to cook? I also want to cook my baby
pestle
I like the omelette for "my recipe" for a couple. It turns out airy and does not burn.

My men were left in complete delight from the honey biscuit. The husband said more than once a month not to cook, because you can't get away from him, and spring and summer are just around the corner.
SiLeniya
Hello everyone, I'm a newbie here) I've only been using a saucepan for a month, but I'm thinking of removing the stove from the kitchen))) tell me, did anyone cook corn porridge with pumpkin? how much water, what mode would you recommend?
FigLee
We bought a scarlet 1529. We started cooking - everything burns (probably the soup just won't burn). The valve rises and closes, after a few seconds it begins to bleed through the pressure regulator. And it puffs all the time (I hope this is the norm).

The casserole has not yet been tried, but I can already imagine these half a centimeter of coals.

Doesn't everyone burn at all? And what's the problem? Coating? Power?
Matilda-N
And what kind of dishes did you burn and on what modes could you cook in more detail?
lyda
And the valve shouldn't rise, it should be recessed, that's why you have it all the time. You read the forum, you have already written about it.
