Ingredients
zucchini 6 kg.
sunflower oil 0.5 l.
vinegar 300 gr.
salt 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 8 tbsp. l.
garlic 150g.
dill and parsley
Cooking method

Cut the courgettes into cubes. Greens to taste, I take a bunch of parsley and dill, chop finely, add all the ingredients according to the recipe, mix and leave to stand for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally. then spread out in 0.5 jars and sterilize for 20 minutes. from the moment the water boils.
