Ingredients

fillet of white fish 250 g
whipping cream 150 ml
egg 1 PC
round potato slices 4 things
large tomato 1 PC
green onions

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the white fish fillet, mix with salt, pepper and egg. Add cream.
  • Add chives, finely chopped (amount optional). Divide the mass into 4 parts and shape into cakes.
  • Garnish each potato slice with fish mass.
  • Steam for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with tomato slices immediately after cooking.

When I was buying food for the dish, I forgot about the potatoes and put what I found at home: 2 small potatoes ... put the fish mass ...)))
There was also cream not for whipping, but ordinary ones .. so the fish mass was thin, you still need to whip the cream.
The recipe indicates 4 pieces of boiled potatoes, but I put these six pieces raw, they cooked perfectly ...
Therefore, in the photo you can see that a circle of tomatoes is larger than a circle of potatoes, but this did not affect the taste)))

I added flour to the rest of the fish mass, put baking powder in cups and put it in a double boiler for 15 minutes (analogue of olive pie)
