Oh, girls, it's great that we are here! I recommend everyone to try to bake these baskets, honestly - sheer meditation and pleasure !!!
Sveta, thank you for such a wonderful master class!

svetta, what a beauty! Thanks for the recipe and the master class, I will certainly try ... Just one question: what size should I take a large bowl?
Svetta
Smile, I have a bowl about 22-23 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height. But it doesn't matter, take any similar one.
Good luck!

Girls who are still going to bake - highly recommend. Last year I baked 2 baskets for Easter - one for myself, the other for my friends. We ate ours with pleasure, very tasty dough. And at the second, its new owners ate a pen, and the rest still serves as a breadbasket. Svetta described everything so clearly that even I had no problems with my hand ... oh. I did it on an ikkev metal bowl, I liked the shape.

Thank you, Svetochka, I just tried on this one - the size is optimal

How early can the baskets be baked before the holiday? Will it not grow stale? And, if possible, tell me, please, what kind of filling to make (not perishable)?
Svetta
The oven can be kept in a plastic bag at least for a week. Do not attach the handle, store the basket upside down on the same form so as not to deform.
Any filling - sweets, muffins, cookies, gingerbread, any pastry.
Good luck!

Thank you so much! Is it possible in two or three weeks?
Svetta
NatalochkaI'm afraid the basket will dry out. But it will still remain edible, well, that's like bagels.

Svetlana, thank you very much for the idea and detailed explanation
It's a pity, I got this little basket a little late. But there is a lot of time for training.
Svetta
Madison, I think that if you wish, it is quite possible to make such a basket, especially lightweight options. I showed in the topic, look in the topic. Good luck!

Sveta, thank you very much for the basket recipe. I miscalculated a little with the dimensions, there was not enough test for a handle and a bezel, but a solution was found - meringue. She glued the rim with melted chocolate, and the handle, unfortunately, broke, but still decided to show it, maybe someone would need an idea.

Svetlana, very interesting basket with meringue decoration, thanks for the creative.
But in my opinion, if you rolled out the strips of dough a little thinner, then it would be enough for 2 pens.
Cvetaal
Svetik, yes, next time I will roll out thinner and weave less often.
