This recipe is used to make dough for Christmas "Nacatole", only they are prepared differently.

  • Let's make a soft dough. For dough, mix 80 gr. flour, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 1/4 tsp. yeast, add 50 gr. water. We are waiting for the dough to double. I didn't have time to wait. I did it in the evening and took it to the loggia until morning. In the morning it stood at room temperature for an hour.
