We miss you already
And I missed you. Yes, I am getting ready at all, 3-4 weeks are a little left.
Do you need to pour the pilaf hot? I'll just leave tomorrow and I need him to cook himself, I'll fry everything, put it in and leave for three hours, so maybe pour cold so that it doesn't get boiled?
I forgot to write to you, or rather, I was so upset that I didn't even want to write - I was cooking jellied meat, I didn't come out (((I threw pork legs, beef, and the rest, put it on mixed rice, poured a little more than 10 water, everything boiled (and even sprinkled valve), I put it on the porridge (I had to do it right away), a couple of cycles passed, went into heating and I went to bed (it was late at night). The smells were crazy around the apartment, but alas, nothing came out with heating, it turned out just the most tender meat, which I made for dinner, threw out the rest and poured the broth in. Still, you need constant boiling, and heating with 75 degrees does not give this, I am sure that if I did it during the day and constantly on porridge - everything would work out as it should! I will experiment more.
Gusyona
After this jellied meat, I disappeared - I was offended by the cartoon)))
But still, she did not stop cooking cereals, compotes and zapenki, there is no replacement for her)))

Alvi, do you make scrambled eggs without butter?
I did it with a little oil. But I think that without it you can try

Quote: Gusyona

Girls, did you cook pilaf?
I cooked, it turned out to be "good". But here is my omission: I decided that the oil should not be put. The pilaf turned out a little dry, but I would like it to be a little oily. But all the same it was very tasty, the meat melted right in the mouth. The recipe was exactly like that of Inna, only I put the heads of garlic after the meat so that it absorbed the aroma of garlic and poured unboiled water.

Hello girls! Happy last holiday!

For those who like chicken giblets.

Yesterday I tried chicken ventricles in our cartoon.
I washed, cut pieces into 4 each, at this time I put the cartoon on the baking to warm up.
I threw the chopped into it and fry with the lid open for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then I closed the lid, reset the program, set it for 20 minutes and until the end of the program.
After the end, the ventricles were without liquid, fried, but harsh. Poured water over the mixed rice to cover.
When the program ended, there was still a little liquid left. I added 1/4 of the chopped onion and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream to them, salted, put on porridge. Done!
My husband liked it sooooo much, he's an amateur, but it turned out really delicious! I usually serve it with pasta, maybe with buckwheat or potatoes.

Hello everyone! Take the newcomer to the ranks. On March 8, we went to the dacha and decided to stop by to see the multicooker. We stopped at Toshiba. The first step was to cook meat and potatoes, then oatmeal porridge, then charlotte, then kharcho. Everything except charlotte was prepared without prescriptions by eye and taste. I liked everything very much, so it was decided to take her home, before the summer cottage season, to use it from all sides.
Today for lunch (again impromptu) I cooked lamb ribs. Moreover, they were frozen. Well, I put them in multi and put them in for an hour of baking. An hour later, I added salt, added seasonings, onion, tomato, pepper (again, frozen in my rings), held it for another 15 minutes. Then I think I need to make a side dish. I decided to turn everything off, dump it in a bowl for a while. Poured rice into the pan, water - included mixed varieties of rice. After 10 minutes, squeaked. There was no more water, but the rice was damp (apparently it had poured little water). Well, I dumped lamb straight on this rice, and she put the juice on Porridge. She went to school for the child. Returned - delicious treat! The lamb is soft, the rice is soaked in all this juice ...

In general, I like to cook two in one at once. But I haven't found such recipes yet.
Right now, I'm thinking about potatoes and steam cutlets at the same time. Who did it?
The stool is certainly disappointing, how to put it directly on the potatoes if? And which mode is better to choose?

I would do this: pour a little oil, cut the potatoes into thin strips, put a stool on top, and put cutlets on it. "quick cooking" mode, 25 minutes and you're done !!! this is how I cooked rice with cutlets together!

Regarding the double boiler - yes, I agree, there are better options
But there is always a way out of the situation. She promised sometime to tell about a new method of cooking 2 in 1 for multi, but did not find the original source on our favorite site. Okay, I'll try to explain "on my fingers": in short, the topic is this - we buy a silicone mold in the form of a bowl with a smaller diameter than a multi bowl {21 cm} . Put the side dish down, and on top a bowl with cutlets, fish, etc., etc.
The point is that if someone doesn't like juices to be mixed (and there are some, believe me). For example, vegetables below, and fish above and incl. Steam cooking. Pts. diet recipe-as i love
And so 2 in 1 finally can't see any problems: chicken with rice, potatoes with meat, again pilaf, and meat with vegetables, and stewed cabbage with smoked meats or sausages ...
Almost all dishes from ordinary home-cartoon life adapt perfectly, only healthier and fewer dishes
And in the modes I look you quickly figured it out

Natasha, hello!
I haven't looked for a long time, but your advice VERY helped at the beginning of this journey
For me, the Baking mode is a complete mystery
Today I decided to cook veal broth. I put the frozen meat with a bone in a bowl, filled it with hot water {90 degrees} up to 10 and incl. Baking / Soup 20 minutes. After 30 min. boiled and early. countdown. Periodically removed the foam. Everything was boiling violently, okay, at least not through the valve, and when 10 minutes had passed. I ended this whole business by force. Then incl. Mixed. fig., which lasted 55 minutes. and went to Warm-up. The liquids were up to 9. And on Mix. rice continued to boil, but less, almost the entire program. Right now, an hour has already passed on Heating - nothing boils, the liquid is 8.5. The meat is soft, you can turn it off
It remains to figure out what kind of soup to cook

I have here, too, recently KAZUS happened, and even then I did not fall into "offense"
I cooked porridge for the 125th time, she went to Podogrev. And then they brought a new coffee machine, my attention was scattered
I decided (still don't know why?) To bring the porridge to a boil again and on. Quick prig. And my porridge came out of the valve like in a fairy tale about a pot
Well, I just washed an hour
And there is a hole in the old woman

Hi, Innochka!

Yes, I'm more of a reader now.

I cooked the broth once, tried it ... and it's easier for me on the stove, because there is still no way to leave.
I cooked rice here on a quick cook, so Toshibka surprised me. Filled not only myself, dear, but everything around.

But lately I have often made whole chicken in a slow cooker, such tender meat turns out!
I also made this fish out of the new:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8545.0
I liked it very much! For whom this combination does not scare - I recommend!

PS While I was writing, you wrote about oatmeal, so I had rice with Bystrom too - laugh!

Steam cooking mode, and after 45 min. side dish and fish body are ready
The only thing was to cut a little handle on the mold

Inna, a great idea! And these molds are much easier to buy than that steamer.
I cooked pilaf with lamb - it turned out delicious, even my husband appreciated it, although usually he is responsible for pilaf)) How to get there I will post a photo and a recipe.
Today I boiled vegetables for the first time on Olivier, I liked it, it was also convenient on our stool, a lot of vegetables fit in, it turned out almost in two rows, but everything was cooked in one cycle of steaming, although I was worried about the potatoes.
Gusyona
And in our slow cooker, my two-year-old daughter is already cooking)))) Today they cooked compote with her, she laid berries and sugar, then pressed the buttons, and then periodically approached the cartoon with the words "yum-yum", she knows where the goodies are prepared

I decided to try this mode in order to "report" and forget about this not very necessary mode. Yesterday I cooked a puree soup in Tosh. Today I decided to warm it up before dinner: I set it at random for 15 minutes (I was too lazy to get the table with the temperature). As a result, as "promised" 75 degrees - a little lukewarm soup.
I don't know, maybe when this mode will be needed, but so far it has not been used.
Janetta29
Good evening everyone! Here my husband gave me a Toshiba slow cooker. It took a long time to choose, to find out, to ask everyone, and to choose her. Here are my impressions))
- The extinguishing mode is very lacking. To put the dish for 2 hours and leave - you will not find such a regime at all ((
- On the Soup mode, the water boils very strongly, I added boiling water during the cooking process.
- I also tried to cook rice porridge in village milk at a delayed start - the milk sour, I threw out the porridge.
- But the chicken with potatoes and meatballs on the Bakery are very tasty !!!

Welcome to our ranks

The Smes program is analogous to Quenching in Tosha. rice and porridge. On Mix. rice temperature slightly. higher than on Kasha.
Then they go automatically to Heating.
In general, if you cook soup, or stew meat with gravy, first bring it to a boil on Pastry, and then transfer it to simmering-languishing either to Porridge or Smesh. rice and lightly for 2-3 hours let it cook
The meat turns out to be the safest

I have been using Toshiba RC-10NMFR (2.8 l) for 10 days already. Before that there were Panasonic 10 model and Brand 37502 (5 l).
Here I have Brand and Panas. I voiced my question about a small cartoon here
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=158832.0 Fortunately, I still got a little Brandik, so there are no other babies for me. Several months have passed after the purchase, the excitement of the purchase faded away, it is now interesting to ask about the Toshiba RC-10NMFR. What jambs were found? Should I recommend it?
musja9
Good day. Where exactly is the recipe book? Your site does not open for me. Help!
ivpetrov
Dear users of the Toshiba RC-18nmfr multicooker! Can anyone clearly explain why two times are set in the timer? If you press the timer button a second time, the second time is displayed. At the same time, the first time has an inscription on top with hieroglyphs with the number 1, the second - with the number 2. The instructions do not say anything about this. I would be grateful for clarifications ...
alvi
An interesting, of course, approach to the multicooker ..... Tell me, why press the timer a second time? Or did it happen by accident? If there is such interest, then I think you need to experiment
ivpetrov
... it didn't happen by accident. It was just that the first time it was not possible to start cooking with the set timer - when the COOK button was pressed, the timer indicator did not want to light up, and heating started immediately! So I started poking the timer on this button, after which I saw two timer values! And after changing the second value, the timer finally "started" - the indicator began to light up and the machine went into standby mode. But why this second time in the timer is needed, I still do not understand. There is some suspicion that it is somehow related to the heating mode, but which one I have not yet understood
zav-na
Inn, when I studied the multicooker in the first days, I tried to set the timer on programs where it was not provided, and so: I climbed where they did not ask ...

By the way, I remembered how it happened, but I think it's not worth posting it on the forum. There are letters-numbers in the menu and their meaning can be changed, and what if someone climbs and picks something up there, and I'll be guilty.
alvi
Wow !!! Or maybe there you can raise the temperature to 200 degrees, so that everything is baked in the oven? !!! And extend the stewing time to 4-6 hours so that Gussena can make jellied meat? !!!
insava
Here they are naughty handles
Well, if it's like garlic, it would be nice {this is me about alvi's proposal}, but let someone else do it ......... maybe not me

But if I do something like that "by accident" and will have positive and productive consequences, then I will definitely share, do not even hesitate
Gusyona
Oh, yes, about the jellied meat is rightly noticed, it would be possible to lengthen the program.
Today I cooked a rabbit! It turned out well, my husband ate mostly, so I have less impressions, just after cutting a carcass very similar to a cat, my appetite disappeared)) my daughter generally said that it was a dog.In general, I fried it, then threw in carrots and onions, through for some time I added sour cream and mixed rice, at the end, finely chopped garlic.
I still couldn't unsubscribe about pilaf with lamb, here it is
Multicooker Toshiba RC-18NMFR and RC-10NMFR
Zirvak on baking, I didn't have much time, so I didn't even fry it too much, then I covered the rice, filled it with water (cold by the way), added garlic to mixed rice and left, mmm, very tasty.
But I didn't take a picture of the rabbit, I even forgot, I left too strong impressions

Here they asked if Toshiba could be recommended for porridge - so it seems to me that she is an ideal option for this! In general, I do not cook cereals anywhere else, except for multi, and I am also glad that rice dishes have appeared in our diet, before I always did not get it.

Have a nice day, everyone!
My husband gave a multicooker Toshiba 18 which! I looked at her so surprised)) And he says: Before giving it to you, I sat and studied the information on many sites! And Redmond is not as good as advertised. Well, he talked about the delights of a removable lid, the thickness of the bowl, and about the condensate outlet.
Thanks to all of you who answered and shared the recipes, I quietly figured out with her in three days, at least she no longer seems to me an "unknown animal".
I already managed to cook rice with vegetables and stewed cabbage with potatoes!
By the way, I came across a link where there are also replaceable bowls ... but I think everyone has already seen it.
Now I really want to try making a banana cheesecake, somewhere at the beginning of the Temka I saw a link to the recipe and saved it.

Dear users!

Explaining about the Timer function.
1) the function is available for White rice (Cook button), Mixed Rice and Congee programs.
2) To put the White rice / Congee / Mixed Rice program on the Timer, do the following:
  • Press the Timer button, the green light at the top right with the inscription Timer will start blinking. The display will show the characters "予 約1"
  • Use the Hr and Min buttons to set the desired time. the Min button has a step of 10 minutes. Remember that the program WILL FINISH cooking by the specified time.
  • Press the Cook button (or another selected one), the red light over White rice will light up (indicator that this particular program is selected) and the green Timer light (indicator that the timer is running).

Since the timer remembers the last selected time, you are given the opportunity to use two timers: for breakfast and for dinner. Both timers are equivalent in their use, it is simply assumed that every day you have breakfast and dinner at the same time and, in order not to set it anew each time, Tosha will remember the time in two versions.
I hope now everything will become clearer

Hey everyone!!!! I bought a multicooker Tosha. I read everything that was written, very informative and interesting.Without you I would not have figured it out. I have such a question. I cooked pilaf according to the recipe from the forum. She fried vegetables and meat on the "Pastry" and then poured rice, poured hot water and put on "Mixed rice". According to the instructions, the program is 70 minutes, but for me it automatically ended in 15-20 minutes. Is it because the cartoon was already warmed up and the program shrank? or is it a marriage (I had the same thing when "baking" and then "porridge" turned off the same itself after 15-20 minutes). Thank you all if anyone answers?

I always press 1 time
Maybe just in order to have in the "drafts 2 most common timing options for setting the timer"
In order not to constantly rearrange the hours and minutes
