And my husband asked me for an encore again.
You know what, I noticed that for me it has already become troublesome and time-consuming:
fire the filling in a frying pan, boil Bechamel in a ladle, rub the cheese on a grater, scald the sheets in a saucepan - you have to do a lot, but I’ve lost the habit
Well, okay, what won't you do for your loved ones
And also {just don't throw sneakers at me} I ordered a cartoon for granny ABOUT NIGHTMARE Panasonic small 101
The most simple, with 4 buttons for 2 thousand - let him cook porridge and soups
Tomorrow I'll go pick up and share my impressions

Good day! recently joined the happy owners of the Toshiba multicooker. While I am dealing with it, many thanks to your forum, since my instructions are incomprehensible, and the book with recipes was missing, the first day I felt like a monkey in a miracle technology. In the course, one question arose - does anyone know can the saucepan be washed in the dishwasher?

Along the way, one question arose - does anyone know if the saucepan can be washed in the dishwasher?

Welcome to our ranks!
Regarding the dishwasher - I PERSONALLY wash using either tablets or powder
But in another topic on this forum they say that you can only wash with gel {Somat for example} so that the bowl does not scratch
I don't scratch anything, and we don't sell PMM gel, I've already covered all the stores

! ! ! ! !
Yeah, I will also add that I did a great stupidity when I shoved a removable lid to wash "for company" after some fishy - aromatic dish. It is covered with a white coating, apparently due to the setting of the rinse aid
But the smell completely kicked off

I share my first impressions of cooking in Tosh))) First, I cooked rice porridge with a ratio of 1: 5 (rice: liquid), the porridge mode - it turned out super. I decided to leave for the experiment overnight with heating, in the morning I found tender, airy, the child even asked: "What is this strange semolina with the taste of rice?" I cooked pasta with an egg on the baking mode - it also went with a bang! Made a manna according to the recipe: 1st tbsp. kefir, 1st tbsp. decoys, 1st tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, soda 1/3 tsp. l., flour, baking mode 60 + 20, for me, it’s better in the oven - more luxuriant and fried, but the children ate the pie in the evening. can you get such an effect? share a secret

Happy workers' holiday
The weather is excellent, the traffic jams have quietly dissipated, everyone - at the dachas they grill barbecue, celebrate
Getting ready for Easter - collecting cakes recipes - well, let's check the cartoon for this question
I have a good recipe for Easter cake, but I don’t know how to adapt it in a slow cooker .... can anyone help.
1 kg of flour, 1.5 cups of milk, 5 eggs, 300 g of margarine, 2.5 cups of sugar, 100 g of yeast (or 1 sachet of saf-moment), 1 teaspoon of salt, 150 g of raisins, vanillin, optionally 50 g of candied fruits
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add half the flour, knead the dough. cover and put in a warm place for an hour. then add the yolks, whipped with sugar and vanillin. pour in melted butter, mix everything. Then add the whites and the rest of the flour, whipped into the foam, and knead for a long time until the dough becomes elastic and smooth and does not fall behind your hands. Cover again and place in a warm place. When the dough rises, add the washed and dried raisins, candied fruits, almonds (optional) and mix everything. Now the dough can be laid out in molds, filling them 1/3 full. Put the molds with the dough in a warm place for lifting, maybe in our case, I think you can put it in heating mode. When the dough rises 2/3 of the mold, you can start baking so that it does not burst on top, sprinkle with water. I have a recipe to bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 120-130 degrees.

Thank you! I join! Yes, really ..... Nizhny Novgorod traffic jams are steeper than Moscow ones. We stood for three hours at the Nizhny bypass
M7 track "burned" not like a child! But sorry in the Moscow region
On the 1st of the day, a brother with a family {including a 3-year-old daughter} from Moscow with Vnukovo left in 2 days, and only reached the Intercession by 7 pm - roughly speaking, 1/3 of the way passed, and then flew to Nizhny Novgorod in 3 hours
We really wanted to return
So "all moves are recorded"
But yesterday we got to the rehearsal of the parade on the main square of Nizhny with equipment, an orchestra and Volga 3102-convertibles

Hello vacationers !!!

and a few more questions: how to turn on the heating mode and when frying, is the lid open? when do we bake, close the lid?
Heating incl. by pressing the COOK button 3 times {this is for a long period of time} or the MENU button 4 times {if 60 minutes or less}. Frying can and should be done on a Baking Pastry with a closed lid, periodically opening it, although the girls fry with an open one for a short time. But do not expect a special crust {like in a frying pan}, but you need to bake with a closed
And I'll write about Easter cake later, right now I'm running away

Good afternoon everyone!
I hasten to share my joy: I finally got pilaf the way I love it - rice from rice!
Multicooker Toshiba RC-18NMFR and RC-10NMFR
I did everything like the last time, only I replaced the pork with chicken and took about 1: 1 water to the rice (water only covered the rice)! The Mixed Rice program was interrupted when there were 6 minutes left. Then I left the pilaf in MV for 30 minutes. The water was flooded with cold. Rice "Mistral. Amber".
Cvetochec
Also, I finally baked Charlotte:
Multicooker Toshiba RC-18NMFR and RC-10NMFR
4 eggs, 1 tbsp each sugar and flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, vanillin; 4 apples, 1 pack of cottage cheese + 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.
Beat eggs well with sugar + flour, salt, baking powder, vanillin.
Then she greased the bowl with butter and switched on the MV to the "Baking" program (to warm it up, as biscuit dough does not like long waiting).
Peeled and cut the apples, mixed with the dough. When I poured the dough into the bowl, the time was 55 minutes. (initially - 60 min.). I poured about 2/3 of the dough, then put the cottage cheese + sugar, then the rest of the dough.
When the time was up, I added another 50 minutes. Disconnected the MV and left it on for 30 minutes. then she took out Charlotte on a plate. Everything was baked and not settled (only the apples went down)!
Now I know for sure that a sponge cake in a slow cooker turns out better than in an oven. But I will bake Easter cakes in the oven, as I am afraid and usually bake 1.5 liters of milk (I distribute).

This is my stewed cabbage. We loved it! And there was no smell all over the apartment!
Multicooker Toshiba RC-18NMFR and RC-10NMFR
I did everything on "baking". Fried onions, + carrots, + tomato puree. all this was stewed while cutting the cabbage. I added cabbage and stewed for 20 minutes, then + greens.
Cvetochec
Girls, if it is useful to anyone, I give a recipe for cakes (for the oven).Everyone gets such a dough, even those who have never been involved with yeast dough:
Multicooker Toshiba RC-18NMFR and RC-10NMFR
1 liter of warm milk, 2 packs of margarine, 180 g each, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 10 eggs (2 squirrels are put on the glaze), 3-4 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, vanillin, 150 gr. pressed yeast or 3 dry sachets, 500 g of raisins and candied fruits.
1. Dough: warm milk (not hot !!! A finger dipped into milk should be "comfortable", without burning) + 1 tbsp. sugar + yeast. Mix, wait 3 minutes, then add 4 tbsp. flour. Stir and leave in a warm place until the dough has about doubled. As for dry yeast, I like Home Kitchen, Pakmay and Dr. Oetker. With "Saf-moment" the dough rises worse! The size of the bags should be those on which it is written: replaces 60 grams of regular yeast, that is, 180 grams in total.
2. Beat 10 yolks with the rest of the sugar. Beat 8 egg whites separately. Add both to the dough + vegetable oil and melted margarine (for whom it is not very expensive, margarine can be replaced with butter or a spread). Add 2 more tbsp. flour and let the dough rise.
3. Rinse the raisins and soak for 15 minutes in water, discard in a colander. Add raisins, candied fruits, vanillin, salt to the dough. Add enough flour so that the dough is not too steep. Let it rise once or twice. Then put the dough into molds a little less than 1/2 of the height. The total dough preparation time is approximately 3 hours. Place the dough molds on the wire rack and leave for 40 minutes. Then put in preheated to 180 gr. oven. Readiness is determined by a toothpick - stick it in the middle as deep as possible, if the toothpick is dry, the dough has not stuck to it, then the cakes are ready. If the oven bakes unevenly, some Easter cakes will have to bake some more.
Easter cakes are removed from metal molds immediately. You can gently slide a knife between the product and the mold for a more successful extraction.
4. Beat 2 squirrels with 1 tbsp. powdered sugar or sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Lubricate the still hot Easter cakes, garnish with sprinkles.

Girls, what good fellows you are all, but I never approached her today ((((took out a frying pan, a saucepan and started preparing dinner. Tomorrow I will gain strength and go to experiment!

So, let's stop these conversations {we have everything here on "YOU"}
Leave the pans already cooked to reheat

And here's another rice with stew:
Fry onions in MV until golden brown, add chopped meat (1 kg), Simmer for 60 minutes on the "Baking" program. Add water to cover the meat and flour (2 tablespoons), diluted in a little cold water, salt and pepper. Simmer for another 40 minutes. on the same program.

Girls, if you remember, I also clarified that after Baking for stewing, the same program was turned on again, and not Smesh. rice or porridge
So I here talked with people on this issue, sore {incomprehensible countdown, etc., etc.}, so it was suggested that it is possible to turn it on again and gives an EXTINGUISHING EFFECT
Today I fried potatoes according to Gusyona's recipe {by the way, how she's doing, it's interesting, at least I wrote a couple of words}, so in the first 60 minutes of Baking, the countdown went straight away and a crust formed at the bottom, and when I set 30 more, then I started counting in 25 minutes ( although as you know the bowl of fire was), but then I turned it off - there was no frying!
We still need to observe, what if the truth

Press only CONGEЕ, a light will light up above it - the whole program has started, but keep in mind that it lasts about 70 minutes and then it will automatically switch to Heating {these rules also apply to Mix. rice}
And to select White rice, Steam cooking, you need to press COOK 1 or 2 times and also then switch to Heating themselves

For about 40 minutes I think for sure, but then we'll see, maybe one more time as well

colneshco23

Hello everyone!
What a good slow cooker we have! I found one more plus: no matter what dish I cook in Toshiba, neither the bowl nor the lid smells of fish, onions, vanilla, etc. My sister bought "Brand" MV for 8000 r., Cooked pilaf in it , washed, dried, and now, when you open it, from the inside, especially from the lid, it just stinks of cooked food. How can you cook there, for example, a casserole now?

Today I made a rice casserole with minced meat.
Recipe from the Internet.
Ingredients:

For rice:
2 cups of rice
salt to taste

For casseroles:
3 eggs
400 grams of sour cream
400-500 grams of minced meat
1 medium onion
60 grams of butter
salt to taste
Recipe for cooking rice casserole in a slow cooker:

Boil rice until cooked, you can in a multicooker on, in the "white rice" mode

Mix eggs with sour cream, beat.

Mix ready-made rice with egg filling, if necessary, salt to taste.

Chop the onion, lightly fry with minced meat (in the "baking" mode for about 15-20 minutes), salt, add spices to taste.

Grease the bottom of the bowl with oil, put half of the prepared rice, put the minced meat with onions on the rice in an even layer, and the remaining rice on top.

Smooth the surface of the casserole and put pieces of butter on top of it.

Preparing a rice casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker, in the "baking" mode 60 minutes + 20.

Bon Appetit!!!

It's true, when I saw the picture I thought it was a potato casserole {as an option, by the way}

So, ladies and gentlemen, yesterday I conducted a "regular" experiment. I set the beef broth to boil. Baking / soup 60 minutes. When the boil lasted very good. intensively for 10 minutes {there was no counting by the way}, turned off and again Baking for 60! Everything boiled and did not observe the countdown. After that, I switched to the PROVEN METHOD OF BOILING broth in Tosha - first to a boil and on Porridge 2 times in a row. I’ll explain right away that 2 times due to the fact that the meat, to be honest, was "not so hot" :-( If there was a chicken, then the 1st Mixed rice mode was enough for me and if I need to run away, then let it languish on the Heating
Well, in general, everything is like zav-na Natasha taught
