Nobody knows why this could happen?

MV bought recently, cooked everything on it 10 times: cooked porridge, baked charlotte, baked casserole on BAKERY, cereals on RICE.

Now I'm worried if I broke ...
I also had it, and more than once, but I also did not taste, and it was about porridge and soup

How do you bake bread?
Katrance
The bread was baked like this, but 1/2 of the recipe, and with live yeast

500gr. water,
1 small pack of instant yeast (40g live, compressed yeast)
1 st. spoon of salt
1 st. a spoonful of sugar
800 - 900 gr. flour.

Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt.
Gradually add flour and knead an elastic dough. I kneaded with a combine.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. Sprinkled flour on a multicooker saucepan and set the fermentation mode for 1 hour (dough)
After proving, we mash the dough again and form a ball out of it, put it in a greased bowl, turn on the heating and let the bread rise, I have risen to the last rice 8-9. (another 30 minutes on the "test")
I baked 2 tsikl on the "porridge" mode, then turned over and another 1 tsikl porridge.
I tried 2 modes of porridge + 1 mode of baking, the crust is thicker.

Oh, thanks for the compliment today my husband again asked for potatoes "from this thing" (as he calls the cartoon).
And I don't even know about cabbage ... I haven't experimented with cabbage yet, but potatoes turn on normally for the second cycle.
I once had the baking turned on, and it turned off after half an hour, without starting the countdown, but I suspect that there was not enough network power, we sometimes have problems, even the washing machine can stop its cycle, and then it turns on again ...

Hello everyone. I can't get pasta in it. How to cook them? and how much water should be poured ??? I've tried everything. Maybe it's just that my pasta is not very expensive. the usual variety. Help)
zav-na
Caramel If it is written that from durum wheat, then everything will work out! I usually put chopped chicken or turkey fillets down with pasta, you can add finely chopped onion for the aroma, "fry" a little in baking, stir a couple of times. Then I pour pasta on top, salt and pour hot! water, just to cover the pasta, can be 0.5-1 cm on top, if you like it softer. And mixed rice. Everyone, wait for the result!

Or just toss the pasta, salt, add water, a slice or spoon of butter, and over the mixed rice. Hot water should only cover the pasta, at the end it will not remain there.

Daughters love such pasta very much, so the recipe is proven. For some reason, these are the ones that do not come out on the stove, in the cartoon it is tastier!

If you need to cook dairy or just a viscous porridge, then put cereals, pour milk, you can half with water, you can just water, I like the ratio 1: 5, that is, take 5 cups of liquid for 1 cup of cereal. Then salt, sugar, close the lid and press the CONGEE button on the multicooker) 10 minutes before readiness, the countdown will begin. When it boils, I add oil, stir well and leave it without pressing for another 30-40 minutes, the porridge is heated. When heating is no longer needed, I press CANCEL (cancel).

If you want to use the timer, then before pressing the PORSE button, press the TIMER button and use the HR and MIN buttons to set the time for which you need ready-made porridge. The light in the top row will light up 4, then the porridge button - the program has started.

The timer works on white rice (MENU button 1 time) MIXED RICE and CONGEE.

I cook side dishes on MIXED RICE (mixed varieties of rice), everything is the same as with porridge, just press another button and water 1: 2 or 1: 3, according to your taste. the program is fully automatic, the degree of variability is regulated by the amount of water to the dry product, it works until the liquid boils away.

On the soup / baking mode, I cook soups, stews, stew vegetables, meat, bake pies, fry potatoes in butter, you can make casseroles. To select the mode, press the MENU button 2 TIMES, a horizontal stick appears above the second item under the clock, it is written finely BAKING / SOUP, select the MIN button how many minutes you need the program duration, from 1 to 60 minutes and press the COOK button. The program has started.

By the way, about buckwheat, I did 1: 3 well, just porridge-porridge, I don’t like that. As a result, for porridge I make a ratio of 1: 1.5, ideally in the porridge mode.

So lazy cabbage rolls -
Minced meat 500 gr, cabbage, egg, boiled rice 0.5 mst, salt, pepper, onion and carrot.
We mix minced meat, cabbage, egg, rice, salt and pepper, form cutlets and into a slow cooker, fill it all with onions and carrots on top (I had 2 rows of cabbage rolls, sprinkled each row), pour 2 mst water + ketchup (or tomato paste) and a little soy sauce, so that there is a lot of gravy, then you can 3 mst.

Hello everyone!
Guys, help me figure it out. I bought myself a toshiba RC18 multicooker. After a personal acquaintance, I am inclined to believe that this is not a multicooker at all, but a RICE cooker. Let me explain why. I took it in order to throw food there, press a couple of buttons and go about my business. The very first act of cooking (stewing - "Mixed rice") led to the fact that I found a half-finished dish in the pot. Following the advice from this forum, I stewed on the "Mixed Rice" and "Porridge" modes. I had to finish cooking on soup mode (absurd!). The second attempt turned out to be even more deplorable, since I decided to use the delayed start. Again I threw some goodies into the "miracle pan", set the timer and went to bed, hoping that in the morning a warm, delicious breakfast awaits me. The result is a raw meal. The delayed start was for the "Kasha" mode, which, according to the instructions, lasts 78-83 minutes. Actually, setting the timer is possible only on the modes "White rice", "Mixed rice", "Porridge" (presumably ... also rice). By the time the programs are not adjusted in any way, the modes are turned off before the time described in the instructions. In general, I need help / advice. I'm going to hand over this "slow cooker" and get something more accommodating.
insava
With "new clothes" you
To begin with, you need to understand the modes, and it would be interesting to know what kind of goodies you throw in the cartoon and effectively use the available programs.
And all kinds of porridge are cooked - not only RICE This is for sure - checked on its own. experience!
If possible, write more specifically what you want to cook? And we will show you
Everyone started with these questions!
Gusyona
By the way, I also had an embarrassment for the first time with a delayed start, because.I thought that she starts to cook, just as the washing machine starts to wash - exactly at the time that you set, but it turns out that you set the cooking time, which is also very convenient. If you have breakfast at 9 am, then you need to set the timer at 9 am - exactly at this time the program will end. The timer works in porridge mode.
Try to read this Temka, a lot of useful tips, and then get used to cooking, believe that all multicooker is not a miracle saucepan, but a kitchen appliance to which you need to get used to, nothing is being prepared by itself
What exactly was cooked with mixed rice? What's not prepared? The porridge program is automatic and it has never worked for me for more than an hour, usually in 40-50 minutes the porridge is ready (depending on which one), the correct proportions of cereal and milk are needed, otherwise nothing will come of it.
And yes, all the multicooker is essentially a rice cooker
Note
And I probably have a question for everyone! I have such problems with the cartoon, if you take out the pan and look into the multi walls, then on the sides directly opposite there appeared a type of scratch or crack, it is not clear, one by one and a bunch of small, barely noticeable, I will say right away that I could not scratch there myself. ... Maybe someone else has encountered this? What the hell is that?
Feniix
Well, I admit that all multicooker is essentially a rice cooker, and all recipes are the fruit of the sophisticated Russian mind) But where is the stewing mode? It's generally silly to stutter about frying ... although similar devices, for the same money, have these functions. Here's a specific question: I want to stew potatoes with meat / mushrooms / onions / carrots. The pan is full. I threw everything in and I want the dish to be ready by 9.00 am. What to do? Help me please )

P.S. Question to your toshiba representative! How would you comment on the fact that Rice Cooker is clearly written on the English-language (corporate) website, and a multicooker on the Russian packaging? Moreover, the division of terms is present in English, and the multicooker is called multi cooker

Braising in Toshiba-Smesh. rice, White rice and Porridge. On See rice, the temperature is higher. 3 programs can be set on the timer by morning. I personally have not tried potatoes with meat on the timer. But Kashi (oatmeal, rice, from buckwheat flakes) every day I practice by the morning, so that it is hot

All these programs go automatically to Heating.

This afternoon, for the sake of experiment, I will try to stew potatoes with meat on B. rice with a timer
I will report the results. But if you want to get fried, then you can't do without Baking IMHO. I think first to fry in Baking, and then go to some of them and let it brew for at least 4 hours

As for the dish to be ready for arrival from work, there are 2 exits.Meat with vegetables and cereals can be put on the mixed rice program, then it automatically switches to heating, but I would "fry" the meat a little on baking before adding other ingredients. During heating, the meat at 75 degrees also languishes a little, by the evening it will become the softest.
This method is also suitable in the morning.

So she then goes into the HEATING and then stews, languishes
zav-na
Feniixif the program turns off quickly, there is probably not enough water. Add 0.5-1 cup of broth or boiling water (to speed up the process) and you will be happy. The program reacts to the presence of water / steam in the multitask as soon as it turns off.

At first I was also at a loss because of the lack of a 2-2.5 hour long extinguishing program, but now I'm used to it. Then, I think I'll buy another one to combine with Tosha, a cartoon or a pressure cooker, until I decide.
I bought Tosha because of the cool saucepan and reliable Brand. Although I liked StadlerForm and others with a "bunch" of bells and whistles and programs. But for now, I'll see what happens to them next, if the reliability of the manufacturers is confirmed, you can add a fleet of equipment.
zav-na
insava , oooo, I would have bought a couple of C's right away, but common sense didn't intervene in time.

I looked at them for a long time, everything was somehow not up to that. And, in principle, I do not regret ... Now such a choice!

It's like with children, my already a schoolgirl and a preschool girl, and now there are so many interesting and beautiful things for babies! Five years ago, let alone ten, this was not the case. At least give birth to another ...

And a couple for our beautiful, clever girl, I think, is necessary. I often have something on the heating, and a mustache - you can't cook a thing. Here the second or third will fit.
Gusyona
In order for the potatoes with meat to be ready by 9 am, I would upload everything to the cartoon, set the timer at 7.30-8.00 and that's it. After the end of the program, the cartoon will go into heating and the dish will languish. And the time, depending on what kind of meat, is more for beef, for less pork, for chicken in general not long. For stewing - mixed rice or porridge, mixed rice at a higher temperature.
Regarding the rice cooker, well, read the reviews about other multicooker, you will not see anywhere that everything is easy and simple, you have to adapt to everything. It's just that there are more modes, only they differ little.

Whoa! It turns out that it's useful to read about other multicooker! And, indeed, there are some problems there too ..... I wanted to buy a Panasonic earlier, but I think that there is not much difference in them.

And I often read about other multi, because in the process of choosing a model for a purchase, there is a lot of information about Panasonic, and about Toshiba - "all over the world"
And they have one price category.
And again, you can tweak the recipes
Gusyona
And it seems to me that the recipes are all universal. I take a recipe for any multicooker and also cook, the name of the modes may differ, well, the time (if it's a pressure cooker, for example), otherwise everything is the same.

Are you kidding or not at all aware of what a Khrushchev is? What email. plate? They changed the wiring themselves, they brought it to the kitchen with a power cable for a washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher, but this is not grounding, the third wire is screwed to the metal structure on which the meter sits, since it is in the apartment. And what's the use of the grounding plug you showed? Devices have, yes, but the network does not, if you do not understand this, you are not a techie and are not strong in electrical engineering, it happens. Don't fool women. Girls, she will shock you only if you turned it on, pulled out the bowl, put your hand in there, and the second took up the water tap. And then, hardly.
Especially for Pamela and other "home-made super-techies" who live in apartments where there is no grounding, who fasten the grounding to metal structures ...
I turned up a useful post about grounding in my email replies. ru, I remembered about the conversation in this topic, I decided to give the find:
Question:

People, tell me pliz how to connect the washing correctly. car to electricity in a sovetsky house where sockets without grounding ... spsb.
Answer:
I do not want to offend people who are eager to help with their answers,
but a lot of advice is completely incompetent, especially in the field of electricity.
Let's figure it out in order ...

According to the PUE (Rules for Electrical Installations), the third wire at the euro socket is required for the operation of the RCD (residual current device).
If this device is absent in your house, then the third wire of the socket (it is called "grounding") is reduced in the electrical panel to the same point as the neutral wire. Such a connection scheme is called "protective neutralization".
In no case should the third contact of the socket be connected to a radiator, a water pipe, etc. metal structures (different ground loops, this is unacceptable and even very dangerous).
If it is not possible to stretch an additional wire to the switchboard, then
(again according to the PUE), the grounding contact of the socket must be connected to the neutral wire directly in the socket.

What is a circuit breaker for:
The circuit breaker is needed for short-circuit protection and as protection against too high currents in your network (otherwise the wiring will start to burn).
If your electrical panel contains automatic machines or ordinary screw-in plugs for a current of 10-15 Amperes, then any additional automatic machines are not needed (it is easy to check: when you turn on the washing machine with a regular carrier, you should not "knock out" the plugs into a regular outlet).

So it turns out that it is enough to buy a Euro socket with three contacts and connect the third contact to "zero" ...
It is desirable that the installation of the socket be done by a person who understands electricity (he can determine with a screwdriver indicator where is the "phase" and where is "zero".
If you have any questions, write - I will consult. Good luck!
