First, it will be LITTLE !!! - followed by the second, well, and in the jelly, more chocolate, which I threw in some badges ... Granny has already grabbed one for a visit .... the second - in the refrigerator. I didn’t have time to take a photo, because Maman was greedily looking at the pie. And angry children, instead of a photo, quickly sent the granny to visit ... But, I repeat, a mold with smoother edges (almost without a slope) - I like it more ... How much filling fits !!!! Although, if you look at the cake from above, it seems like inclined sides, they also look beautiful ... There are no photos ... children have pictures ...

Dough: 2 eggs, 200g sugar - grind, then add - 200g sour cream, 200g softened margarine + baking powder - half a bag. And 3 glasses of flour. Slowly adding. Flour, eggs and margarine are different for everyone, so flour can go from 2.5 cups to 3.5 ... The dough is soft. No need to roll. We just put it in the mold with our hands, then, with our hands dipped in flour, we take it apart, flatten it along the protruding form, make a side. The dough should not be too much, so - half a cm thick.A - on top we put - pitted cherries, well, or - strawberries, or raspberries, or currants ... In winter - frozen, but, in general, any berries, blueberries, honeysuckle, lingonberries, apricots, well, etc. We put the berries not too thickly, but we do not get greedy either - a lot of berries (especially frozen ones) - a lot of juice and the dough turns dull, or something, but if a little, well ... not enough, it is always small ...
Now the main thing. Fill. Sour cream (200 grams, plus sugar - half a glass (depending on the acidity of berries and personal taste) + a couple of tablespoons of starch. Beat and pour the pie on top. In the oven - 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When the filling is browned, well, the dough will bake well around the edges - it's done!
