Mams, Have you bought the Shtebu Yogurt Maker? How do you like it? I also like its shape. I am tormented with a choice. Or can take Tefal 6568 right away?

No, I haven't bought it yet. Lies in a basket, waiting for discounts. So far, it is not in the first place in priority. The old Moulinex is doing well for now.

Please advise Brand 4001 or Binatone YM-80 yogurt maker, tomorrow you need to decide and redeem, Thank you
Sorry, just now I went to Temka and saw your post. Although I would not have been able to tell, even if I had seen it right away. These both yogurt makers are automatic, that is, if, in which case, they overheat, the thermostat cannot be adapted to them. And so, if automation is more to your liking, then Brant is a more solid company, Brant has a lot of good things, I can't say that about Binatonn. If of these two, then Brant is somehow better, probably in terms of reliability.
Mams
Mona1I don’t know. Binaton has been on the home appliance market for a very long time. Much longer than a brand. They make equipment at the same factories in China. So in terms of reliability, I think, they are not far from each other

Yes, no, everything turns out well, I just don’t keep it for 8 hours. 5-6 and that's enough. dense and thick yogurt

Girls are cute, please help me choose a yoghurt maker, I looked at Temka, but not all, I can't handle everything, I liked REDMOND RYM-M5401 and the price is good and there are a lot of jars and roomy (I have two children), so the jars are very important, now I am making yogurt in a multicooker , but I want to release it, and buy a separate device, tell me from experience how successful this model is, the reviews seem to be not bad, but I want to listen to your opinion (I chose the multicooker with your help - I did not regret it a bit)

Girls and boys, I read up to 90 pages back and I see some of you have a VES VYM 2 liter yogurt maker. Tell me, did you disappoint? Can I take it? I really liked her thanks

I will share my research, I never bought the yogurt maker, but! I found how to cook it in the staff and in Redmond with an equally good result: a liter of ultra-pasteurized milk 1.5% (I think, if you take it fatter, it will come out even better) and a bottle of natural actimel. Pour 200ml from the package and pour the actimel directly into it (provided the cardboard box, of course), shake it in the container. And then for 8 hours at 32-35 C. The yogurt is not sour, there is a spoon in it and no stringiness. I tried to heat milk, but the result is the same even with cold milk. Ideal recipe for me personally.

A week ago I bought Smile MK 3001.

The first time it turned out to be a wonderful thick yogurt.
Included through a timer socket for 5 hours.

The leaven was 3 tablespoons of drinking "Activia" and a liter of milk 2.5%.

I'm very happy!

I specially chose 1 liter yoghurt. It is not interesting to tinker with small jars.
Byaka zakalyaka
shade, thanks, I will definitely buy it, I really like it externally.I'm tired of messing around with jars, and it's not convenient to make sour cream or kefir in jars, but here there is plenty of space

Marina--

A couple of nuances

I pour water not 150 grams, as it is written in the booklet, but almost to the eyeballs \ well, of course, so that not under the lid \

And 8 hours is a bit too much all the same \ with sourness it turns out \ - I hold it for 6 hours and then put it in the refrigerator

And of course milk, well, here you need to choose to your taste

Recently Izbenka, Otbornoye and Parmalat \ it is expensive but I like it the most \

yoghurt maker VES VYM 2
I also have a VES VYM 2 yoghurt maker: I pour the ultra-pasteurized 6% prostakvashino + almost the entire jar of activation (it can be with additives, also delicious) immediately into a bowl treated with boiling water. Stir well and set the program. It is for 8 hours, but after 5 hours it is ready, if it becomes sour for longer. The yogurt maker itself is pretty.

I bought a VES VYM 2 yogurt maker and now I am tormented by the question, girls, help someone. On the Internet they write that it is necessary to sterilize the bowl and lid each time before use. The bowl and lid there are plastic, the instructions say that before each use it is necessary to pour boiling water over, it seems to me that this is not enough for sterilization, and sterilizing plastic over steam is somehow not very good. How do you sterilize the bowl and lid?
traidon
Marisha AleksevnaMany people write that they do not sterilize at all, so I think that pouring boiling water over is enough.
I sterilize the jars (I have glass ones), I just wash the lids.
Lucien

sterilize the bowl
I pour 1/5 of boiling water, close the lid, shake it over the sink (carefully, hot !!!), poured it out, poured milk, yogurt, stirred it, put it on cooking. That's all.

Do not throw slippers ...
Now I will probably surprise some, but after 2 years of using the Ariette yogurt maker - (the result, which did not please) I once decided to make a yogurt maker at the dacha - there is no yogurt maker, but I want yogurt. I warmed 2 liters of milk from the children's dairy kitchen to 38 degrees, added 3 tablespoons of baby kefir from the same milk, poured everything into a thermos and left it until morning! And lo and behold! In the morning, she poured thick non-acidic regular yogurt into containers. Now I use only jars from the yogurt maker and jars from the AT320 cache attachment. Anything I can get to sour milk, kefir, narine, acidolact and other fermented milk products from the children's kitchen. In my family, everything is eaten with a bang. But from the yogurt maker Ariette, they did not like yoghurts. I also make sweet yoghurts with baked milk, which I cook myself. Try my way - you may save money on purchasing a yogurt maker!
Marisha Aleksevna
traidon, Lucien, thank you very much for the answer, the load fell from the soul. Now I will run for the leaven and milk.
Mams
Instead of the old Moulinex, she bought Steba JM2. I have long wanted to write about her that 2.4 liters is included - that's lying. Jars like Moulinex, that is, more than 160 ml of milk can no longer be poured. Therefore, the total volume for all 12 standard cups is exactly 2 liters. Fermented Skvaska with new leaven (produced by Caprina, 1 sachet from 1 to 3 liters). I put it at 6 o'clock. The yoghurt turned out to be excellent and even a little earlier. Nice, soft yogurt. Made on a liter of milk and a liter of 10% cream. Thick enough, spoon worth it. After good mixing, drink.

The temperature of the yoghurt during production ranged from 38 to 42 degrees, which corresponds to the description of the device. The bottom of the yogurt maker was a little warm, I put my hand calmly, I didn't get burned, so I think there was even less at the bottom.

I liked the device. Very easy maintenance, the yogurt maker itself is light, the lid is plastic, not high. The yoghurt maker easily fits 12 Redmond cans.

Forgive me, but with leaven kefirchika you will never succeed yogurt... At best, it will thick kefir... Different bacteria are used in the production of different dairy products. The yoghurt should contain bulgarian stick... In her kefir NO... Therefore, yogurt will not work never... The advice about the jar is good, but you need to use the correct starter culture or ready-made natural yogurt. Then everything will be right.
Ginger
Mams, Hello! How long have you been using your Shteba? I'm just looking at her too. I like that there are a lot of jars, with a family of four this is relevant. And the price is quite reasonable.
Mams
Marina., I use the second week. I am very satisfied. There are three of us - and the size is right. What else you like, you can make 6 jars with yogurt, and 6 with fermented baked milk. Two types of dairy products at once. Well, or sour cream + kefir. A good choice for large families.

It warms very delicately, by the way. Moulinex's bottom was not hot, but this one was just slightly warm.
Ginger
Olga, so I also thought that you can make two types of sour milk at the same time. Moreover, it does not overheat. Thanks for the answer. We must take!

Hi, I have such a yogurt maker, though I bought it recently, I have already made yogurt 4 times, it turned out great! Feels like it doesn't overheat. Convenient jars. The only negative for me is terribly bright lighting, but our kitchen is combined with the hall)

I have a VES VYM 2 yoghurt maker. I have been using it since November, bought it in Eldorado on Black Friday. I am very satisfied. I take milk in packages of 2.5%, an Italian "lactoferm" ferment, ferment for 6 hours. It turns out great. The only drawback is the small volume of the container, I fill in 1.2 liters, it does not fit anymore, this is not enough for our family.

Girls, advise a yogurt maker) I don't need a lot of yogurt, we are only 2 people. The temperature regime is strict and precise to me - without overheating, preferably with a built-in thermometer ... is there such a thing? and if the temperature for cottage cheese can still be set, then in general)) has someone already invented this?) monitored the question about 4 years ago, then I did not find anything sensible except for the vivo yogurt maker (maybe something new has appeared since then?
Sedne
Elena, Brand will soon have a yogurt maker, where the temperature can be changed from 20 to 60 grams.
Artlen
Sedne, thank you) we will wait) I hope that soon it will be 2-3 years and right this year)) and Brand is whose Brand? there is no information on the new product yet?
Sedne
Elena, 🔗 , I wrote to them about the deadline, they answered me not earlier than in a couple of months, and there, as she knows, I'm really looking forward to her.
Artlen
Sedne, thank you for reading the description on the site - just what you need !! I will wait together with you) I hope it will not overheat)
Sedne
Elena, even if it overheats, it will be possible to adjust, the temperature will change.

Good day.
Please tell me about overheating. I have a moulinex yogurt maker without a timer, simple. And when I take out the jars from it, the jars are hot from the middle and warm along the edges. Hot, but bare hands brother can be calm.Feels like the temperature of the jar is clearly above 40 degrees. Does this mean my yogurt maker is overheating and shouldn't be used?

And yogurt turns out

shade, yes, it turns out. But maybe it's some kind of wrong, I don't know))
Regular not very thick yogurt, but if you put the jar on its side, it does not flow. The serum sometimes comes off slightly.

I have a different stray, but if I put it at 8 o'clock \ as according to the instructions \ then it overheats and the serum appears, I began to ferment for 6 hours and everything became in openwork

Good evening! Help me to understand. I bought a tefal yoghurt maker yg657132. I decided to make yogurt, washed and dried the jars. I diluted half of Evitalia in milk at room temperature, poured it into glasses, set it for 9 hours. At the end of the program, I took out yoghurts, those that were on the sides turned out, which in the middle, as they were milk, remained. What could be the problem? I immediately have a thought on the wrong operation of the yogurt maker. Or could the yoghurts in the middle not ferment due to the fact that the daughter opened the oven and there could be a slight vibration? Before that, I made yoghurts in Tefalevskaya la yoghurt for 6 jars with evitalia, all the rules, though it was a long time ago) And, I forgot, when I took out jars like all the same heat were, the yogurt maker herself also warms up everywhere.

I figured it out myself

Girls! Help someone! There is a Tefal YG 652881 yogurt maker for 12 cups. I made yogurt and cottage cheese in it when the child was small. Now 12 glasses are really a lot for us, and outwardly I fell in love with Oursson FE1502D / RD, does anyone have something to say if we compare them with each other? Does it make sense to buy a new one? There are jars - just mi-mi-mi)

Good day to you! I have a VES VYM 2 yogurt maker available. So it overheats a lot. Water is poured into the yogurt maker. Yesterday I put the leaven of Evitalia. After 2 hours the temperature of the milk inside the jar was already 46. Can I do something with it or buy a new one? Thank you for your help.

Ksenia-

And it turned out yogurt

Two options to remedy the situation - to disassemble and adjust the sensor \ if you have hands with a screwdriver \
Well, or cut out a circle from the plastic according to the size of the bottom and pour water almost to the end
anksunamun
shade, I turned off the leaven yesterday after two hours of the yogurt maker's work. And left it in the yogurt maker overnight. The leaven turned out. Today I put the yogurt and was distracted by the child (I have a baby). Turned on after 7 hours of work. Serum appeared. The product temperature was 50 degrees. The can is very hot.
So if you pour water. It heats up. .. I'll try to put something on the bottom. ..

Yoghurt maker VES H-270

🔗

Jars for yogurt 2 pcs.
The volume of one jar is 2000 ml
formochka
shade, so I just ordered this (Yoghurt maker VES H-270) today. but I can’t find any instructions for it or reviews. At first, I wanted a separate yogurt maker with glasses, I read a lot yesterday, realized that I wanted a liter (according to reviews). then I missed a liter (at a good price on one site), but came across this one (there are already 2 liters). it will cost me 1,743 rubles ...and now, reading this topic in the opposite direction, I understand that not to put a lot of thick yogurt in glasses ... and the Greek yogurt declared in this yogurt maker - it turns out that you can cook in a liter (this is the advantage that there is a sieve and an additional glass, but just this is easily solved with an ordinary glass bowl and colorant with gauze) ... and who prepares 2 liters of yogurt or kefir at once? ... in general, I'm confused, help with advice for / against this model. or even buy Travola MD-1000S, where a liter can is inserted, it costs 990+, sending 300 probably ...
and in this model (Yoghurt maker VES H-270) they write the time "up to 48 hours", and in other models of other companies 12 hours .... so how many hours are really needed and for what?
Thank you
P.S I have a Moulinex multicooker, in which I sometimes make yogurt in ordinary glasses. it is not convenient that it is set for 4 or 3 hours (I don’t remember) and then again (and this is more often at night) I set it for 3 hours, in general, I don’t set 6 or 8 hours at a time, and I don’t want to take yogurt during the day a slow cooker ... although, roughly speaking, there is an opportunity to cook yogurt in it, but apparently I want a new gadget ...
according to taste preferences: the family loves thick yogurt more (although I never tried to make it liquid), the very possibility of making sour cream, cottage cheese, kefir, cheesecakes is interesting ...
