COOKING IN A YOGHURT MIX

Glass jars must be sterilized with hot water at 100 ° C.

Check the readiness of the yoghurt with a slight tilt. The sign of readiness is the stable surface of the yoghurt. If yoghurt is liquid, add cooking time. You can adjust the consistency of the product to your liking.

After the end of the cooking time, disconnect the yoghurt maker from the power supply. Remove the jars of yogurt, cover each jar with a lid, and refrigerate for a few hours. Do not stir! After cooling, the yogurt is ready!

PREPARATION
