Hello everybody!!! I take Brand 100 to Alli in the BrandRussia store for 1400 instead of 2400 ... for a promotion - I've already taken three. I liked it very much and can be used for other purposes.

I looked at Allie in the BrandRussia store - there she is generally 2490. Please give me a link to 1400.
Krosh-a
On Alli in the BrandRussia store -2490 - in about a week they should make 1800 or 1400. Wait. Good luck.

Peace be with you bakers!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

On orsik, meat milk 3.4-6% -1 liter, two tablespoons of condensed milk and a couple of teaspoons
cream 33%

Shot out of the container and turned out like a sweetened mascarpone

Shade, what were you doing so interesting? It looks so appetizing that I really want to try it. Is Orsik a yogurt maker or a sourdough? And what other program in the yogurt maker and for how long did you turn on?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Orsik sourdough and my yoghurt maker VES

Yogurt program for 7 o'clock set

I think it happened because of the cream of 33% parmalat

I pour a little milk into the container, pour in the leaven, it will get wet for a couple of minutes and then, whipping with a hand whisk, add the rest of the milk

Sometimes I add condensed milk or glucose syrup - it turns out sweet yogurt

And then I think that when I wielded a whisk at the same time and whipped the cream

Although I repeat there were a couple of spoons
Miranda
shade, do you add condensed milk after fermentation or is it fermented with condensed milk?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
With milk, together I make sour
And if you then mix something into yogurt, then the structure changes
Miranda
shade, wow, this is the first time I hear about this.
Other starter cultures do not ferment with anything else, all additions to ready-made yogurt.

Sour cream sour cream on cream.
On milk - yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, fermented baked milk.

I make mascarpone with cream + lemon juice, without ferments.
Mirabel
Anatoly, What beauty you've got! (y) but I don't have Orsik, what if I replace him with an activation? What do you think?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Vika--

I somehow stopped doing with the activation, although the first one only on it

With Activia, I did it with the addition of condensed milk, milk powder, liquid caramel, glucose syrup - it worked fine
Miranda
shade, you will have to try everything at once.
Very interesting.

1 liter of milk, 2 tablespoons tablespoons of condensed milk, 2 tsp. cream.
First stir the sourdough in warm milk, then add the rest.

Right?
RepeShock

Well, of course, what happens.
However, what will grow there along with sugar in a warm place in a dairy environment for quite a long time ..... God only knows.
All sweets are best added with meals.
There is no need to risk your own health once again. IMHO.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Miranda--

First I pour in a little milk, then I pour out the leaven, stir it, then stir the additives again and gradually add milk

RepeShock--

Drinking vodka, beer, cognac, coffee and smoking on the same day is normal. But the water in the kettle must be filtered, otherwise it is bad for health!
Mirabel
Anatoly, I have no choice, but there is aktiviya, so I will apply it.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Vika--

Good luck to you

May I ask your opinion about Tefal Lacteo, a large 1700 ml single glass container? Does anyone have your feedback on the operation of this device?
Sedne
Girls need advice, I found an almost perfect brand 4002 yogurt maker for myself, but the lids from the cups fall off all the time, for me this is a huge minus, I need a 2 liter yoghurt maker with cups with screw caps, looked after myself Steba JM 2, how does it not overheat? Or maybe there is a cheaper analogue? Yes, yes, who what, and I am about yoghurt makers. I am engaged in the collection, everything is wrong to me in them. Well, maybe on Black Friday there will be a discount
Belka13
And I want to buy a Oursson yoghurt thermos, and they have delivery to our city for more than 800 rubles.
Sedne
So no one had Steba JM 2, I am very interested in the opinion of her.

Buy redmond cups. The bottom is thick, the lids do not twist, but they dress tightly. I took these and make normal yogurt in my overheating Mulnex

Buy redmond cups.
They will not get up in Brand, there is a stand under the bottom of Brand's glasses.
Prank
I thought they were the same as Redmond. I'll be able to measure the bottom at home, right?
Sedne
Hope, the same is with Brand 4001, and I like Brand 4002, there are other banks that are narrower and longer.

Friends, I know that among us there are the owners of the Travola-MD1000S yogurt maker ...

I'm talking about this, if that:

Yoghurt maker - choice, reviews, questions of operation (2)

Tell me, does this yogurt maker sin overheating?
I bought this yogurt maker today, it seemed a little, I tried it, I almost died of happiness, it does not overheat !!! 38 degrees !, and my mule is overheating. more than 42 degrees exactly
Irina F
Friends, tell me at what point should the temperature be measured? At the end? In the process?
I just can't find the perfect balance.
mowgli
Ira, I tried it on at the end.
Irina F
Natasha, thank you!
I bought the Oursson thermos yogurt maker and the Oursson yogurt maker with small ceramic cups, but I haven't made it yet. I'll try it tomorrow.
mowgli
It seems that Inna-Kroshi has it, she likes it. And here I took this Travola on the occasion with a discount, I wanted one can, and a thermos-yogurt maker, is this where to watch?
Irina F
Natasha, I can't insert the link from the phone. For 300r it was possible to buy in METRO. There, hot water is poured into the walls and yogurt is made in a liter glass. The girls were making yogurt, they liked kefir!
For three hundred rubles, why not take something). I bought three, the holidays are coming soon!
mowgli
Ira, and where did you take the second, in the same place?
Irina F
Natasha, I ordered the second on Mamsi, Kroshik and I were there for a special offer, at a good price!

Steba JM 2, how does it not overheat?

No, it doesn't overheat. But I bought extra cups from Redmond and use it in it too. I now have two sets. One - native, with screw caps, and the second - a plastic cover, put on top. What I love about Redmond is that they are straight from top to bottom. The relatives of the Shtebowskys have hangers because of the thread on the lid. But these are just personal feelings. By volume, native 160 ml, redmond 180. It's under the lid. If you do not pour it to the very top, exactly two liters of milk (167 ml in a glass) are included in the redmond ones. It's more convenient for me. There is no excess left.

mowgli
Tell me, who has Yellow Travola, does it turn itself off? Today I turned it off myself.
Tusya
I was interested in the VES H-270 yoghurt maker (in particular Philadelphia and Greek yogurt). It seems that there are owners of this device. How are your impressions?
Irina F
I forget to write everything - I made kefir for testing in a thermos-yogurt maker Oursson. It turned out to be a funky dense kefir! Surprisingly, in expensive yogurt makers you need to dance and still overheat, I'm just worn out. And here are three hundred rubles and voila! Result👍

As far as I understand, this model does not have a sieve for separating whey. And I really need it.

The yoghurt maker is great, works great. Capacity for 2 liters. And there is a filter for Greek yogurt. The instructions say that you cannot use a container (for Greek) for making regular yogurt, but I use and it turns out remarkably tasty and I have 2 containers in this way (I replace them). My first yogurt maker of the same brand ves vym-2 (also works great), but there is a 1 liter container, and for my family this is not enough. Therefore, I already bought this one quite calmly, knowing that it would not let me down.
Ludmila (Luda)
Marisha Aleksevna, Thank you. I was pleased with your experience. BUT alas, I can't buy it. Out of stock. Now you have to continue the search for the same successful analogue.

Girls, is it really possible to find a yogurt maker to make not only yogurt, but also cottage cheese with sour cream? And if she also cook ice cream, in general beauty. Or do I want a lot? I read that the multicooker capabilities allow you to do everything except ice cream. But I thought to limit myself to the yogurt maker ...

Yoghurt makers make both sour cream and cottage cheese, but the question is in sourdough. And yet - cream is needed for sour cream, not milk. Yogurt makers make cottage cheese, but you need sourdough and fiddle with it more than with sour milk. But I have never seen a yogurt maker making ice cream, maybe she does.

I wonder, and in which devices is it easier and easier to get milk-cottage cheese and sour cream in a cartoon or in a special quehnybwt & Or does the complexity of preparation depend on the type of device?

PS if I find it with the function of ice cream I will write, my daughter asks)

She definitely won't make ice cream. The process is completely different there. The yoghurt maker maintains a temperature of about 40 degrees (plus or minus 5). Ice cream doesn't need this temperature at all. There you need to mix and freeze ... Well, if you only make yogurt and make ice cream from it, but still it will be a different process and a different device.

It is interesting, and in which devices it is easier and easier to get milk-cottage cheese and sour cream in a cartoon or in a special. Or does the complexity of preparation depend on the type of device?

The yogurt / sour cream / kefir preparation process is the same for all devices. We washed and boiled the dishes. We mixed the leaven and milk, poured it in, turned it on. Any device will have a normal result if the device does not overheat. In the case of cottage cheese, a little more body movements, but the process and the result will be approximately the same in both cases.

Exclusively IMHO, in the case of dairy products, it is worth having a separate device for them. Well, here's how to make yogurt in the same bowl as meat stew? This is done directly in the bowl. For milk, sterilization is important, at least pour boiling water over all the dishes. And the lid of the multicooker is like boiling water? And don't wash off the smell from the silicone rim there ...

You can put 4-5 jars of yogurt in the multicooker bowl. Given the design of the multicooker itself, the energy consumption will be higher. And the amount of yogurt in this case is small. I usually make 12 cans at once (I have a large yogurt maker), we have enough for three days. And in the case of 4 banks, is it to bet again every day? As a result, there is more fuss and more of the same electricity.

Well, another question. Yogurt takes 4-8 hours to cook. All this time the multicooker will be busy. This is also a minus.

Of course, if there is not enough space, a small family, rarely cook, you can also use a multicooker. But what kind of result will be there in terms of product purity - I'm not sure.

In the multicooker, set the Steam cooking mode for 20 minutes and the entire multicooker will be sterilized.

Thanks for the explanation. I agree, a separate device is better.
Shl some multicooker has a collapsible inner top bowl and can be washed - redmont, moulinex, cookies. This is what I remembered.

The girls recently wanted to order redmond jars at the Mulinex yogurt maker. You do not know how many of them fit there and whether it is convenient. Maybe someone already bought it?
Fotina
I also wanted to know about the Redmond jars. How tight is their lid? Can you take the jars with you without fear that they will leak in the bag?)
The volume for my old Ariete seems to fit. If not, I will do it in Shteba.

The yoghurt maker is great, works great.

Marisha Aleksevna, I still bought this model. I really needed this sieve. I am very happy with it! Cottage cheese was made from VIVO sourdough in a slow cooker in a glass liter salad bowl. And then without heating I put it in a container with a sieve and in the refrigerator, and after a couple of hours (3-4) the most delicate cottage cheese-sour cream. You can eat that way, or you can bake a casserole. After 3-4 hours, I collect about 100 grams of cottage cheese at the walls and eat, and from the remaining (300 grams) I bake a casserole the next day. The recipe was taken as a basis: Cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker Redmond RMC-01 from Admin version of the casserole "TO BREAKFAST", more dietary.
Delicious. Only the recipe has changed a little.
Cottage cheese 300 grams (a little more is possible)
Sugar 50 grams
Semolina brand M (I cannot buy brand T) - 50 grams
1 chicken egg.
I knead the cottage cheese with semolina and sugar, mix well with a whisk. I put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before baking, add the egg, stir well with a whisk. I grease the bowl with butter, in the Redmond RMC-011 multicooker the default Baking mode (1 hour 20 minutes) and turn off the heating.I remember the author of the recipe every other day with gratitude (every time I bake a casserole).

Today I make cottage cheese for the first time in the VES H-270 yogurt maker, I put homemade cottage cheese. I'm waiting for the results.

I also wanted to know about the Redmond jars. How tight is their lid? Can you take the jars with you without fear that they will leak in the bag?)
Fotina, the cover is tight. I didn't wear them, I think surprises are possible. If done in a slow cooker, then you can find better jars. I like the glasses very, comfortable, but the lids, when I pour boiling water over them, smell and I don't like it. It is more pleasant for me to deal with metal lids.
