Dear forum users! Recently I became the owner of the miracle technology Bork U700, I cook according to your recipes, thank you very much. Please tell a beginner how to cook jellied meat, maybe someone already has experience?
Jouravl
Natasha! With the acquisition! I cook jellied meat two cycles on a multi-cook. At a temperature of 110-1.5 hours and the second cycle, the temperature is 104 degrees. Only pour the liquid up to the mark on the bowl. The first cycle is possible on the broth, and then on the multi-cook. On heating, I got a very cloudy dark broth, since the smallest grains of meat formed, I had to filter through the fabric.
NatKir
Crane, Nagy, thanks for the recipe))) I'll try: drinks_milk: There is still a stupid question, is it possible to cook oatmeal in water in our cartoon? If yes, how?
Jouravl
On the porridge mode. Just milk porridge 5 glasses of milk and one glass of cereal. replace milk with water. This alone takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It is easier to pour boiling water over and let stand.
NatKir
Thank you!

Something in my last couple of days the timer on the heating has not turned on. The main thing on the left of the screen is the word heating, and how much time has passed does not show. Nobody has come across this?
jslada
Stunned, I called the Bork hotline, asked my question. At first they said that the heating does not count the time at all, but when I told them that I had been using this MV for almost two months, and I had not invented this countdown, I was told that I was the owner of some latest firmware, which in their service is not and they cannot help me ...
Masinen
Here is Bork, you will die laughing !!
Elena Tim
If my memory serves me, the heating starts to show the elapsed time in an hour. That is, it was 0H (0 hours), then it became - 1H.

This is how it was originally explained to me on the hotline. But for me, when any mode ended, the cartoon says: "the dish is ready", the time becomes zero and then every minute it shows how much time has passed since the heating. And now he says that the dish is cooked, on the left side of the screen it is on that heating is in progress, and in the center the clock just works and shows what time it is ... And in the service they were surprised how I myself can cancel heating after this mode when setting the mode ...

Hello! I did not find in the instructions how to include a deferral.
Karmelita30
Hello girls and boys - residents of this forum! Take me into your ranks. A week and a half ago I also became the owner of the wonderful Bori Mulechka. The first thing I cooked was, of course, pilaf. Then it seemed to me wonderfully tasty. The child said that he can eat such pilaf at least every day. But when I made pilaf the second and third times, it turned out that the first time it was just rice with yam and carrots. Now I have learned how to cook real delicious pilaf. Then I sat on the forum passively reading your recipes, did a lot and really wanted to thank you all, so today I registered and even wrote a couple of recipes from what I managed to cook myself. Once again, thank you all so much for educating us newbies.
Yutan
Karmelita30, Welcome!!! I just adore my Bork !!! I live in a dacha, and now there is no life without him!
Karmelita30
Experienced cooks, tell me, plz, how can you quickly cook boiled / stewed chicken / chicken breasts in our Bor. Not fried, not baked. Right in the shortest possible time, but soft. Thanks in advance:)

cook very quickly
On the program, buckwheat with a little water (100 ml) or sour cream.
Karmelita30
Thank you so much! And then I did it first on Roasting, and then 10 minutes on Multipovar 120 *, but something didn't work out very softly: (((
Karmelita30
Oh, excuse me for tormenting me with questions, but you are already so experienced, and I am only in the first grade in our Bor.
1) Has anyone cooked Goulash Soup in it? I really want goulash, real Hungarian, but I don't know which program to choose, which temperature regime to choose and the time.

2) and yet, I saw that many people cook soup in one tab, can it really all be cooked at the same time? For example cabbage soup, or borscht? I don’t get tired of thanking the author for the delicious Swedish salmon soup, it turned out very tasty!

3) how often do you wash Borya / Vasilisa (in the sense of removing the lid, cleaning the filter, doing self-cleaning? Every day, after each use or as needed?

4) girls, when you put the oven on for frying vegetables for soup, is the lid open or closed?

5) they also gave me a recipe book when buying Bori, but there are recipes for the U800, today I wanted to cook a veal soufflé with an egg inside, but it says to turn on the Oven mode for 25 minutes. But the oven level is not indicated. Do you think it will be level 2 in our Bor?
Thanks in advance for all the answers.

Karmelita30
And I still don’t know if this is considered offtopic or not, but I looked in a neighboring thread about Multiu Mulinex with a picture with modes and temperatures for different dishes. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=379119.0

I wonder if we set such temperatures and times for these dishes on our Multi-Cook, everything will be ok?

Natalia, Moulinex - from my mother. So, it takes a little more time to cook in it than in Borchik. Simply because we have induction heating. And so, in principle, no difference. I made pork stew, it takes me an hour or ten hours on average, and my mother takes an hour and a half in the same mode on mulinex. Besides, as for the difference in heating elements, there is nothing more to sin. And in general, where a multi-cook is indicated, you can safely take recipes.
Karmelita30
Elena, can you?
Lena, have you ever made soup on the Bouillon program? Or will he boil over there?
So far, I've only tried a few programs: Toasting, Pilaf, Stewing and Roast. On hot meat it turned out a little hard. I cooked the soup 2 times, but clearly according to your recipes from this site (there even Multipovar included).
Yesterday I downloaded instructions for 700, 701, 800 Boriks from Bork - and so everywhere except ours it is written what program is used for what. It says that Broth can be used for broths, soups and pureed soups. Buckwheat is for any side dish of cereals, Porridge is only for porridge on the water (!), And if you want to cook porridge in milk, it is better to use Multipovar (but this is already on the website they gave advice) But the oven mode is the hottest.

I saw a temperature plate in this thread before. Maybe write here what program do you use not only for its intended purpose, but for something else?
eg:
Buckwheat - cereals, chicken and ....

Thanks a lot in advance.

Elena, can I call you?
Need to!
Natasha, you know, I most often use the Multi-Cook and the Oven (to quickly fry something), and the Porridge program (most often I cook porridge for the dog). So, I am not an expert in all your questions.
We have a page "Recipes for the Bork multicooker" here, where the girls cooked a lot of things on different programs. Give a joke, maybe you'll find the answers. Well, or someone else will respond here.
I would be happy to help, but I myself run here to the Bread Maker for my own recipes, because I don't remember what I cooked and on what program!
Karmelita30
Elena, thank you very much :) I will continue to search here. But I also take something from Bork's website. Then I will write here myself if no one objects.
Elena Tim
Yes of course! Who can object to useful information ?!

Oddly enough, but I really liked the program Toasting!
1 - it is without pressure and the lid can be opened at any time - the program is not reset !!! actually a slow cooker!
2 - it reaches its constant temperature for 3-5 minutes (depending on the amount of food in the saucepan), after which it works for exactly 15 minutes!

I made potatoes on Frying with a CLOSED lid with the addition of a couple of tablespoons of oil, sprinkled on top with pre-fried large-cut mushrooms, with a little powdered garlic and black pepper.
TOTAL:
- the taste of really baked potatoes, on Frying I liked it much more than the slightly smudged-boiled flavor on Buckwheat;
- potatoes in small quarters in one layer are baked clearly in 18 minutes! But I had a quick-digesting variety, for a tighter variety it is better to add 30-50 grams of water and start Roasting 2 times with stirring in between.

I have not tried potatoes on the 1st level in the Oven, perhaps in 15-20 minutes it will turn out to be more tasty happiness, next time I will try, but on Roasting everything turned out very neatly and nothing burnt

Thank you so much for the potato recipe! It turned out very tasty :)

For three days I walked and dreamed of fried potatoes and finally my hands reached it.
I took 5 rather large potatoes, cut them small. Poured olive oil into the bowl, put in the potatoes, closed the lid and set Toasting. All the time I wondered if it would burn out and, 9 minutes before the end of the program, turned it off with Cancel, looked (everything was fine), interfered and put it on Toasting again. Now I have put it on the full Toasting mode, without fear that something will burn. It turned out great :) Thank you very much again!
Karmelita30
Girls! Made turkey cutlets today. I broke the top ten in the microwave (I usually made them there on the Pizza mode for 13 minutes) and therefore I made cutlets in Boriusica.
It turned out 2 batches of 6 cutlets:
I decided to fry 1 batch first in olive oil and then in Multipovar for 105 * 10 minutes. It turned out pretty well.

I decided to make the 2nd batch right away on Multipovar 105 * 13 minutes, and then for 3-4 minutes on Frying (but without oil already) - they turned out to be more magnificent and tastier.

Hello everyone! I'm new to you, this wonderful multicooker bork U700 also appeared))) cooked pilaf, soup, roast, stewed meat. really like! today I'll try to make a biscuit)
Elena Tim
Hi Hi! Welcome!
Karmelita30
I join Lena. Welcome:)
Karmelita30
Lenul, but simply stew vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini and peppers) on the Multipovar at what temperature and by how many degrees? Now I'm going to do it, but I don't want to turn on the Extinguishing.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Elena Tim
Natus, why don't you want to turn on the Extinguishing? Too long time? If because of this, and you just want to repeat the extinguishing mode, but set the time you need, then choose Multipovar 102C. The Extinguishing program runs at about this temperature.
Karmelita30
I am reporting. I did it like this:
Vegetable stew

2 zucchini
2 bell peppers
1 tomato
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Greens
Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste.

Preparation:
Chop all vegetables
Pour oil into a bowl, add onions, carrots, peppers, zucchini, tomato. Spice up.

Included Multipovar 102 * 20 minutes.
Add garlic and herbs and set in Multipovar on

10 minutes 106 *
At the end of the program, I salted, added my favorite seasonings, then mixed and set for another 10 minutes at 106 *
Serve with sour cream.
Bon Appetit!!!

Ps. Next time I'll try to put it on Stew. I thought it would be faster here.
Elena Tim
If you want it to be faster, put 110C. This is how I cook stew.
Karmelita30
Today I bought all sorts of stirring ladles for my Borchik.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Bork U700
I saw the girls here laying out silicone inserts-steamers. I can't find such anywhere.
Girls, can you tell me where they are sold?

I haven't used ours yet. I'm afraid to scratch the bowl.

Girls, I'm in trouble !!!! My multicooker has a cracked latch on the key. Tell me, do they change them in the workshop? Is it a warranty case if I bought my Boriusik before the new year? Without him, it’s a real disaster, since I live in the country, and he is my first assistant !!!
Karmelita30
I read that they are changing under warranty, since our Boryusicles have this weak point and they know about it in the workshop.

Good luck !!!

Change! I saw it myself in the service when an incident happened to my cartoon.
Then the uncle brought his own cartoon with a broken key. Took to do!
Karmelita30
Elena, and what happened to yours?
Yutan
Oh girls, thank you for your kind words. Now it is especially necessary to go to Moscow. I was so upset, my whole life is at the dacha, and I can’t imagine without Boryusik.
