Charlotte in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Eggs 6 items
Flour 4 tablespoons
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Vanillin pinch
Cinnamon pinch
Apples / pears 3 pieces

Cooking method

  • A seemingly banal recipe, cooking in a multicooker is a pleasure.
  • Beat the yolks from the whites separately, distributing the sugar evenly. Beforehand, I recommend chilling the already separated proteins. Then carefully mix the whipped whites with the yolks and add the flour.
  • Peel the apples, cut into thin slices and cover with cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Grease a bowl of a multicooker with oil and pour a couple of spoons of dough on the bottom. Then lay out a layer of apples or pears (I usually make a mixture), and then pour all the remaining dough on top.
  • Set the baking mode. After cooking, serve with ice cream scoops.

Note

* I cooked in my Bork U700, in the picture the crust is nibbled, because my husband got to the pie faster than I had time to run for the phone. The pea turned out to be crispy and very tasty (words of the husband)!

I have had Bork U700 for quite some time. And there is even a little book with dishes. Charlotte is one of them. So I use foil as a lining instead of oil. Convenient, by the way! Try it.

Girls, how is this possible, there are only 4 tablespoons of flour for 6 eggs. Here, on almost 2 measuring glasses, everything turned out to be raw. In general, it did not work out. But it was almost even delicious. Have eaten!

Yeah, more like an omelet
In my opinion, it is best to bake according to classic recipes, what's the difference in which MV?
misshelen1
That's right, the omelet with apples turned out, and I also added plums. But, what can you do to make the pastries tasty and fluffy?

I have another problem, when the lid is opened, condensation pours into the dish itself. I have a cartoon bork u 700. The price is still not small and everything should work inside and out.

Do you open the lid right after the end of the program? I haven't baked in mine for a long time, but as far as I remember, there was not much condensation, maybe half a drop ...
misshelen1
Immediately. What should happen after the end of cooking. Does the voice tell or not? 0H and the cooking sign are lit on the display. do you need to wait for a command or some indication on the scoreboard?
Vei
OH denotes a transition to the heating mode, literally 0 hours (that is, the first hour of heating has started).
You need to open it immediately, as it informs that the dish is cooked. Honestly, there is nowhere much condensation to come from, it makes sense for you to check again the Baking mode only with a different recipe, and if the problem persists, then call the Bork contact center, consult with them on where to carry your MV for verification.

Thank you very much for your reply. But condensation really pours directly into the dish and not only on baked goods.

In all modes except baking, condensation is normal. Are you opening the lid too slowly? Try to open it quickly enough without holding your hand.
misshelen1
I hold it with my hand so that the lid does not bounce against the wall, my cartoon is on the table. and I'll try this option. I'll tell you.

Why do you need so many multicooker? Although the people say that there should be several of them? Well, which one do you think is better?

If you have not yet uploaded a photo to your gallery, then in the window where you write a message at the top above all emoticons and codes you will see the inscription "gallery for inserting photos into messages". Click "show", then upload your photos and insert links with codes already in the message.

In addition to the fact that there are also 4 burners on the stove, each of them has its own purpose. But we need to talk about this in a different topic, here it is already too flooded.
