Hurrah. At the end, I figured out what I was doing wrong with your help. Thank you very much . It came to me like a giraffe.
How good it is when there is someone to chew and put in your mouth. THANK YOU.

Hello! So I became the owner of Bork 700U. If you compare it with my previous multicooker (Hotter, Panasonic, Land Life, Brand), then it is, of course, much more progressive. The first experiments on products went differently. The rice turned out just super! I read the forum on the topic, I was surprised that some colleagues did not succeed in it. I did not get such rice on any of the multicooker. Timed oatmeal also turned out great. The broth from the beef shank also came out transparent. But it didn't work with the biscuit. She looked with envy at the beautiful baked biscuits. And for me it (I did everything according to the instructions) did not rise at all, dense (in consistency it is similar to gingerbread dough). Of course, I didn't throw it away, cut it into three cakes, soaked it in jam. The husband ate almost everything in the evening. But here's what I'm doing wrong. Beaten the eggs into a fluffy foam. And from the beginning of the squirrels, then I added yolks and flour later. But already initially, after adding flour, it seemed to me that the dough settled, but during baking it did not rise. Baked in baking mode. Maybe it was necessary to oven in the oven mode? Help with advice.
Vei
Congratulations on your purchase! A good gift for the New Year))) and what is his temperature on the Heating?

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the modes, but about mixing the ingredients for the biscuit - yes. Add flour and yolks in three steps. In proteins, you first need flour, then yolks, mix with a spatula by folding, then flour again, and on top of the yolks, etc.
Another option is simply all the flour (be sure to sift), and on top of the yolks, mix quickly and carefully by folding. By this method, proteins do not fall off.

Hello Yutan! And I congratulate you on Borchik!
As far as I understood, you made a mistake at the very beginning. Proteins are introduced into the dough only at the very end. First, beat the yolks with sugar, then add flour and all the ingredients you need and you can beat as much as you like with a mixer or whisk until smooth. But after that, remove the mixer to the side and use a regular spatula to introduce whites whipped to a steep foam into the dough. Do this gently without beating! You will get a fluffy mass, because you will not expel air bubbles from the protein foam in this way. They will add splendor to your biscuit. The oven should be done immediately, without leaving the dough to settle. As far as I know, almost all biscuits are prepared this way. Except, perhaps, some of those described on our website. For example, "Biscuit on boiling water", there the order of the bookmark is different. But these are already questions for the author.
Yes, and the oven, of course, is on the "Pastry"! The Oven Mode is too hot and can burn your biscuit.
Good luck!

Happy New Year to everybody! Yesterday, at last, Vasilisa and I were preparing borscht! But it didn't work right away! First, I cooked the broth - it turned out to be a miracle - on the "Broth" mode. Then, according to the recipe, I laid vegetables, etc. "Multipovar" 95C 50 min. At the end of the program, both the potatoes and cabbage were tough. Once again we set the same program for 50 minutes. That's when we got a great borscht! Maybe you did something wrong?
Vei
Natalia, and you with a new thing!
In my opinion, the temperature is not correct - 95C ... It was necessary at least 105C to boil. And then the time can be reduced to 40 minutes.

Thank you! Yes, I did it in the combine according to the instructions for the multicooker. It turned out exactly the opposite. I knocked the squirrels into a lush mass, and when I added yolks and flour there, everything settled and then did not rise A hundred times I did it in the oven, but here it was stupid according to the instructions.
Thanks everyone for the advice. I don't know what I would do without our forum!
Now pea soup is cooked on a multi-cooker. Yesterday I cooked broth on a beef shank. The broth is transparent. Soaked the peas overnight. Now it is standing on a multi-cook at 105 degrees for 30 minutes. Honestly, I'm even worried about running away ...
I am very pleased with the new assistant !!!
Thanks everyone! Merry Christmas!!!

At 100 degrees, potatoes are cooked in 20 minutes, a maximum of 25! Otherwise - splashed!
Natalia2409
Thank you! Now I want to bake a cake! Already cook like this!

And my pea soup ran away!
Natalia2409
So I looked at both the table and the recipe book, and my husband ate only broth from the first portion and demanded to continue cooking!
Elena Tim
Natasha, why did you even need to cook vegetables for so long, and even at 95C? Okay, I have to cook at this temperature, because the meat is raw. I cut it finely and vegetables too. All is brewed together. And the meat has time to reach and the vegetables do not fall apart. And you already had the broth ready! There is no problem at all. Throw vegetables into the hot broth, boil it for 20-25 minutes at 100 degrees and the job is ready.
Or have I misunderstood something?
Natalia2409
You got it right! As a result, I cooked borscht for 1 hour 20 minutes at 95C. I don’t know why it happened. And the broth was hot. And the vegetables are not boiled! We like vegetables to be soft (and so that the granddaughter can eat)
Natalia2409
Why can't you cook soups on Broth? The meat is wonderfully cooked! Maybe the temperature should be higher?

I, if I want the vegetables to be soft, I salt immediately. Salt during cooking quickly draws juices from vegetables and they soften.

Of course it is possible! But I don't like to cook broth separately. I need everything to be cooked at once, so as not to run a hundred times to the multicooker. But this is purely my quirk. So don't pay too much attention to it.
Natalia2409
Lena! Thank you for not leaving me in trouble! I immediately salted (read in the topic)! But I won't put potatoes in borsch anymore. I don’t use it by the usual method and I won’t be here. But the borscht is still excellent!
Elena Tim
Don’t ask, Natasha! We are always like a gritsa!
Well, you also share with us if that! Suddenly you will unearth something new, interesting ...
Natalia2409
Nothing new yet, but I made potatoes on the Fry! And she did it herself! Three potatoes, of course, is too much for one, but well, very tasty! THANK YOU!!!
Yutan
Yes, no, my pea soup was cooked, did not run away. Delivered 30 minutes as described in the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=307552.0... The soup was delicious. True, I soaked round peas overnight. I cooked the broth separately, I wanted to test the regime. So I cooked my own pea in this broth. My husband really liked the soup. Next time I will swing at borscht!

Hello, dear forum users! Here I am - the owner of Bork u700. Share, please, info, does your handsome man pronounce ALL modes with his voice? Mine is not. Only the bottom line is a double oven ... Maybe it's a marriage? I tried to cook herculean porridge, steamed chicken cutlets, soup. Everything is delicious, but after porridge and soup I washed my peasant / I have not yet come up with a name / for half an hour. Greasing the edges of the pan with oil while cooking porridge did not help. Thank you.
Vei
compote,
Happy New Year, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Welcome to us!
The "man" is really not talkative with us and says only the bottom line of the menu. It should be so, everything is fine)))
Elena Tim
Lola, hello! Congratulations on your wonderful helper! And welcome aboard!
Everything is correct, only the bottom line is pronounced. After all, the top ones are automatic: I clicked on the program and start, that's it! What is there to add something? Well, perhaps, it will remind you of the lid lock. And in the lower modes, you yourself set both the temperature and time, so they tell you what to do next.
Elena Tim
Liz, hello! How do you cook milk porridge?
Vei
Elena Tim,
Flax, Merry Christmas !!!
I cook milk porridge in a mini MV for 1.6L Redmond-02. I bought it specially so that it could be cooked on little things or one portion of porridge. She is so tiny)))
Elena Tim
Traitor! She went over to Redmond! Are we sitting here hungry?
If only someone laid out milk porridge in recipes. Here on the forum you get tortured to climb in search of information
Merry Christmas too, dear! Happiness to you and your loved ones!

Elena Tim,

Nothing! I'm going to faint! Lizun, what are your kitchen dimensions to place such a multipark?

Thanks for the answers and support, but there are more questions, of course! Here are gathered here as a family in a movie, it would be necessary for the return to bungle dinner with the 'hands' of my personal man. Pork with potatoes, to make it easier. So that potatoes with a crust ... And I'm afraid to leave, and I can't determine the mode - oven or stewing. If the oven, then how much should you expose? And the main question - is it really not necessary to mix ?! Or recommend a recipe page for newbies like me. I have my first slow cooker. Thank you!

Well, only 3 SVs and baby Redick are in constant motion, the rest are in the cupboards.
Elena Tim
Lola, In the "Stew" mode, you will not fry anything. He's too soft for that. Go to "Bork Multicooker Recipes", maybe pick up something for yourself.
tatita
Little girls, all merry Christmas !!! May happiness, joy and prosperity be always in your home !!!
Yutan
Merry Christmas to all comrades-in-arms and sympathizers!
She cooked beef stroganoff in her Borok (she took sirloins, there was no tenderloin). Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, and roll in flour. Fried on the "Roasting" mode for 10 minutes (the first 3 minutes with the lid closed, the rest of the time with the open lid).In the process of frying, I added finely chopped onions. Disabled "Toasting". I added 5 tablespoons of sour cream to the saucepan, 1 multi-glass of water. Salted a little more. I set the "Extinguishing" mode and that's it. Garnish with yesterday's crumbly rice. The meat turned out to be delicious. Usually I put this meat on cutlets. And here we got the softest, aromatic meat soaked in sour cream sauce. My husband said that our lunch with pea soup and delicious beef stroganoff turned out to be great.
Jouravl
Merry Christmas everyone! Goodness and light!
For porridges - the porridge mode is visible only for rolled oats. One glass of rolled oats, 5 glasses of milk.
If less, it burns. Tried repeatedly.
Rice porridge - 25-30 minutes on a multi-cook mode at a temperature of 103 degrees.
Millet porridge with pumpkin. First, millet, water, pumpkin for 25 minutes on a multi-cook. Then add milk and 10 minutes on the same mode.
My husband loves porridge very much. So, I cook them very often.
Natalia2409
Merry Christmas everyone! I, as "the smartest", decided to cook pea soup without prompts! HA HA! I put it on stewing and after 10 minutes Vasilisa and I were catching it all over the table! After washing the lid, I decided not to be clever and set the Multipovar for 20 minutes (on Lena's advice) and 95C. And here we ate some soup! HURRAH! Everything is boiled down as we love! Lena, THANKS! YES! I read from someone that the lid is scratched! When disassembling the lid, the inner part moves a little and does not fall into the grooves on the pan! This is my experience! Move a little and everything is fine!

Thank you for sharing your experience. It would not be bad to make a separate recipe, say, under the general name "Kashi", and stuff it all there. Well, there is no strength to look in the forum, once again reluctance to spend time on it.

OK! I'll come back from the dacha and then make recipes with porridge. Here I have an Element.
Girls, what are the problems with pea soup. I really didn't cook it, but I often cook beans in the Broth mode along with the meat. And then I add vegetables. I never do roasting. Well, this is my quirk. And nothing ever ran away.
Elena Tim
You just have to try, Nagy. As I ran away, I didn't try anymore. One of these days, maybe even tomorrow I'll do it, I'll see what happens.

I didn't have time to take a picture, they ate everything. Next time I will definitely take a picture. True, I don't have a camera down, just a phone and a tablet.
I continue to experiment. Today I made compote from dried fruits on the "Stew" mode (I found an Internet somewhere in the open spaces). Then, at the request of her husband, in Bork, she baked Stolichny Cupcake according to GOST. At the beginning to the end on baking, then baked for 10 minutes on the 2nd level of the Oven. The cake is tall and baked, but the top is pale. Sprinkled with powdered sugar on top. Half is gone. I barely managed to run for the tablet.
