Ingredients

cottage cheese 250 g
egg 3 pcs
semolina 1/3 cup
corn starch 2 tbsp. spoons
milk 150 ml
vanilla sugar 1 pack
salt 1/4 tsp
powdered sugar powder

Cooking method

  • Semolina, milk, yolks, salt, sugar, starch, cottage cheese - beat with a blender until smooth.
  • Beat the whites separately into a stiff foam and mix gently with the curd mass. Unfortunately, I didn't have a baking powder, I think it would be more magnificent (I'll try it next time). Oven mode-40 minutes

  • I didn't have time to take a full picture, I think if there was a baking powder it would have looked prettier. The family loved the casserole.

Very tender and tasty casserole, somewhat reminiscent of a souffle. I will improve the recipe. Maybe I'll change the time to 30 minutes.

I don’t know, I did it the first time, I think it settled, but when it was baked it was higher, so when it settled, the edges were wrapped in a cheesecake.
