No, not propped up. All my relatives, even my mother-in-law, are in admiration that the bread is very tasty. And she sometimes bakes bread herself in the oven. The uniform was bought from her somewhere in the 60s. (cherishes, does not give to anyone) I myself am so interested in comparing the taste of bread from Panasonic that I begged a relative of Mulinex. Already put it. I'm waiting for the result

Then write the result, how do you like bread from Mulinex. I have a mulka only for baguettes and dough, the bucket is a little larger than in Panasonic, and accordingly, it turns out more dough. And I bake bread only in Panasonic and more often at a delayed start.

lyalka44, congratulations on the best bread maker, I have the same one, I am insanely happy with it. Forget about the store-bought bread.
And thanks to the site, you will quickly get comfortable with baking, here the girls are very sincere, they will help you cope with any problem.

Why didn't it work? As a rule, beginners are advised to start with the simplest wheat bread.

Panasonic bread tastes better. All my household members do not want bread from Mulinex. "What is this, from Mulinex? No, we won't, give us from Panasonic." So that's it.
The bread was baked according to the same recipe in Moulinex and Panasonic. As a result, bread from Panasonic and higher, and more airy or something to taste Hooray, bought a Panasonic bread maker! First impressions and reviews
I have to bake a large bread every day, or even two, it is eaten very quickly. At first I wanted to buy a stove even more, for 1.5 kg, but from a different company. But the choice was still made in favor of Panasonic. And I do not regret it at all, but I only rejoice.

hello girls! Hurrah! My assistant arrived, Sonechka 2500. She took a little white Miracle out of the box. Beautifulyayyayy! Affectionate! I put it on the table to warm up, in Moscow it is -7-8, and the cart itself was in hand and ran for fresh flour and yeast. She came running, and she was already warmed up. I began to sift the flour and then all the stages of loading my first child. The gingerbread man, it seems, turned out to be normal, now the stage of recovery is in progress. I hope that by the time of my husband's arrival, at 21-00, the firstborn will fly out of the warm nest. PS Elena8 thanks for the kind words, you understand me, how glad I am to have such a gift from my son. Thanks to all Formun girls for advice

So, according to one recipe, I get completely different bread. So from Mulka it is still a problem to shake it out, but from Panasonic it slips out on its own and the mixer remains in the bucket. For all the time I have only a couple of times the stirrer remained in the bread.

Marin, and I'm worried about all the newcomers, as if I had acquired a new stove myself. I am worried about what kind of bread will come out, whether I like the bread maker.
lyalka44
girls, hello. I need your advice. I messed up with a cake. The raisin fill signal was added. I dropped the whole program, put on a dough kneading with raisins, she mixed everything. I dropped the pr-mu. set separately for picking. The question is whether it is possible to bake this risen dough at 11 avenue \ baking \. Panas 2500 stove, and what time is it. Is it possible with this pr-me to set the size and crust.? Thank you.
lyalka44
Yes, I also forgot to ask if it is obligatory to put paper in a bucket if it is not cupcakes and biscuits for 11 pr-me \ baking \

what then XL? the first time I baked this, I put even less yeast, and the bread turned out so huge!
Baked egg bread XL today.Propped the lid! This was not the case with ordinary bread.

So happy for all the girls who recently acquired a bread maker! Indeed, you kindly envy the euphoria from the first baked bread! I wish that your assistants will delight you for a long, long time!

Eggs always raise the dough very strongly, take, for example, a biscuit)
Yesterday I almost jumped out too: it's so strange, bread (1/3 of the highest, 1 grade and rye flour) stuck right up to the lid - my husband scraped it off in the morning))) Although everything seemed to be doing as usual, however, the dough had time with stand for an hour before mixing.
And I already managed to poke my new combat friend a little: I helped with kneading with a silicone spatula, the rye mixer bent (then my husband straightened it), and accidentally did not notice the main spatula in the bun (usually it is always shaken out without it) and touched it with a knife when cutting. I cut off such a decent piece of coating, 0.5 cm in length ... So I think, we urgently need to look for a new blade, or see what happens next? It seems so far: girl_red: nothing will climb (a week has passed) ...

Has already tested a brand new bread machine! In the evening there was white bread. And by morning - rye (like Borodinsky). Despite the experience of baking different breads in the oven, I was still a little worried about the first result in the bread maker, I jumped around the bun, like a fox from a fairy tale, it seemed to me not elastic enough, but nothing happened. True, the rye turned out to be a little dense. Will learn! All thanks to this wonderful site and our bakers.

The main thing is not to worry, but just enjoy the fact that you put the ingredients in it, and it is your ready-made bread. Even if sometimes it does not work out what you expected, blame only the ingredients, and not your beautiful x / stove. Love her and she will answer you the same))) I love mine soooo !!! Good luck to you.

I don't even know if hurray or not, if they hadn't begged for an old bread maker from me, I wouldn't have bought this one.
In general, I bought 2502, baked the first bread, in the process I was unpleasantly surprised by strange sounds, the stove creaked like an unlubricated cart. I don't remember my old bread maker making such sounds. I will wait, maybe it will pass over time.
The bread turned out paler than in the old one, and the impression is that it is wetter, the recipe is proven, the proportions are strictly observed. I did not think that the stoves would be so different from each other, I would have to adapt to the new one.
The old one was 255, a wonderful stove

Sometimes they complain about the smells of the new bread maker, I had two of them and none of them stank.
I came across a smelly one, but for a new one it's ok
Elena8
Katena, get used to the new stove, but about the crust - maybe the tension is rather weak in the evening, try to put bread on the timer in the morning. The bread in Panasonic is good anyway, but the timer is even better.
Tata-SPb
Good evening.
Uraaa! I also have a stove now! Today they just brought me two weeks sitting, reading everything, studying, choosing, comparing - my head was already spinning from so much information and stoves, I dreamed about them at night. As a result, where did I start to choose and came to that - Panasonic 2501. I did not find an alternative for myself.
For many years I have been pleased with my assistant number 1 - the Panasonic multicooker, I hope her "namesake" bread maker will also please me and help me for a long time.
PS: I have now gone to the forum to study the recipe and subtleties of baking)))

Welcome to the friendly company of bakers in general and panasonic breeders in particular

In order not to go very far aza with subtleties, just go to the first post of the topic, there are all the necessary basic links. Master wheat bread on the main program, then everything will go by itself.

bought 2502
baked the simplest bread, size M. strictly according to the recipe from the book, one change - the oil was olive
this is such a bun, I think something is wrong with him

here's what happened after 4 hours:

🔗
this is a medium crust, I think it should be darker. very light.

crumpled when removed from the mold

🔗

I haven't tasted it - it's getting cold did not wait for cooling. for me bread is like bread, slightly dry for my taste. you want something more delicious - you probably need something with eggs or milk
the next one will be french

It seems to me that the bread is softer with milk and butter. Try the same recipe, but substitute foods.
Aftalik
I thought you could easily bake cupcakes just by adding the right ingredients.
and if you first knock them down with a mixer, then I will bake it in the oven too ..

So I got Panas 2501 !!! Already working. Put plain bread on the first program as recommended. I tried to spy on, help, but my husband said, "Let the first bread be baked by himself, and then we'll see." It's a pity there is no viewing window. I am burning with curiosity and impatience.
I chose the stove for a long time. But when I read your forum, doubts disappeared. You talk with such love about your stoves !!!
Today is Baptism. Congratulations to all members of the forum!

The bread is baked. I wanted to insert a photo, but I don't know how to do it yet. But, in my opinion, my firstborn was a success!

The information from the first page was very useful!
The first bread is served in the oven)
But when mixing, the bucket jerked a little and squeaked to the beat of the kneading, for each revolution of the mixer. slightly and quietly, but obvious.
I understand this should not be? No squeaks without test.
PS: I read Temka about the creak, but I don’t know what to do in the end. Try again or take-change?

Excellent bread turned out! My husband has already reduced half a roll of butter! I baked the main one from the recipe book, medium crust, size M. I took a picture of course, but I don't know how to insert a photo here. Now I think for the night on the timer to try to put maybe French. Good luck to you.

Girls, I made the "Moscow bun" dough from the recipe book for Panasonic, such airy and light buns are obtained. Try it, you won't regret it.

Quote: Tata-SPb

It’s just this creak that confuses me.
it means not only I got the creaky
there was a case with an old stove, I baked bread from a mixture, and there the proportions were incorrect, the dough turned out to be very steep, and after that it began to creak strongly
probably squeaked for two weeks, and then stopped, so I think, maybe it will be the same with this one, the details will be rubbed and it will stop creaking
Lanna
I also creaked for the first week, then it passed - now only occasionally, under heavy load. :-)
Tata-SPb
Maybe something is rubbing there. It would be great if it passed, bother with services, exchanges, etc., no desire whatsoever.
Katena
so my bread maker creaks, I'll try to put a bucket from the old tomorrow, I'll check if this is the case or not
I didn't decide, I will change, I won't, there is time until Tuesday (if I am not mistaken, you can change it within 14 days)
doesn't seem to be very annoying, but the thought that it will break quickly does not give rest
the husband listened, said something about the oil seal and that there is not enough lubricant, this means the parts will rub and wear out, how quickly, it is not clear
but with the first one there were no problems at all, and no, it's a shame
murka
For the new year my husband gave me a Panasonic 2500 assistant. Oh, I jumped to the ceiling, how I wanted her.
The first bread was dairy according to the recipe from the booklet, it turned out great, fluffy, sweet, the husband and daughter were delighted, they ate it quickly.
My next experiment was gray bread with a low content of rye flour (1/3), honey and coriander, all the homemade ones were stuck with "peas", I don't put them any more.
I decided to make a dough for pancakes, well, they never worked for me, I filled everything up according to the recipe from the book, though I mixed it in a saucepan beforehand, and then poured it into the oven bucket. You should have seen my home, how they ate pancakes. And when the plate was empty, daughter and husband demanded more (next time I will do a double portion - not enough). It is now our signature dish for Saturday breakfast.
yuli-ba
murka, congratulations on your purchase !!! The stove is very good
I have the same and also a gift from my husband for the New Year
While I'm getting used to it, I bake bread according to recipes from the instructions. Always great results
