Hello everyone
Today I also became the owner of this Miracle Girl
Here I loaded it on a simple milk bread, while I'm waiting ... I found this forum so much interesting, while I'm studying))
So take me to the Panasonic ranks
Tomorrow I will report how my first Khlebushek came out
Creamy

Their name is legion! I wonder, did anyone count us?
Tasza
I got some bread, waited until 2:00 am the smell for the whole apartment, very good. I was afraid of the smell of plastic, etc., but nothing like that ...
I took the recipe for the White bread with milk from the instructions (I decided for the first time without experimenting) ... mmmmm .... in general, to say that I am delighted - to say nothing ... the bread was all baked evenly, though it was not very beautiful one corner , I thought it was mixed badly, but when they cut it, everything was evenly baked and stirred ... I will continue to figure out why it happened ...
The bread just jumped out of the mold, the spatula didn't have to be picked out - it remained in the mold
The bread maker is now love for centuries

The bread maker is now love for centuries

We are all in love with our bread makers here. And the state does not go away with time.
This is how you should start, with simple, verified recipes. And then, when you fill your hand, you will invent your own recipes to your taste.
And in the little corner that you have left unmixed - I usually check the condition of the kolobok, and if I see impurities in the corners, I quickly scoop up the flour to the mixer with a silicone spatula.
Sometimes they complain about the smells of the new bread maker, I had two of them and none of them stank.

Tasza
Thank you so much
I have not yet tried to check how it is mixed, since there is no window in this stove, but I am afraid to open it in the process ... But, thanks for the advice! in time I will definitely try
Creamy
Tasza , it is not possible to check the batch, but it is necessary! While the stove is kneading, the lid can be opened and monitored by the bun, if necessary, help with a silicone spatula to scoop flour from the corners of the bucket under the mixer, under the bun. Correct the bun by adding flour to the desired viscosity and add oil at the end of the batch when the gluten threads are well developed. But during proofing and raising the dough, it is undesirable to open the bread maker, unless at the end of the proofing it is slightly opened for a couple of seconds to make sure. that everything has risen normally and you can proceed to the baking stage. At the beginning and in the middle of baking, the oven must not be opened so that the dough does not fall off. But 10-15 minutes before the end of baking, you can slightly open the lid for a couple of seconds to determine the end time of baking. so as not to dry out the excess crust, so that it is ruddy, but not burnt.

Yesterday I bought BORK x500, but after the first baking I exchanged it for PANASONIK 2502.

Now French bread is being prepared (recipe 8) and so far everything is gorgeous. I am waiting for the result, I hope I will not be disappointed

Good evening to all guests !!!!! We replaced the old stove (in old age) with a Panasonic 2501. Cooking is a pleasure, now I am trying the recipes from the instructions attached to the stove, but I think that I will soon get bored ... the time for creativity will come ..

Wow Thanks more for the advice! I will definitely try it the next time I bake it. I thought that the stove was simply blocked during operation and would not even let you open the lid ... or should the program be stopped?
Creamy
The stove is not blocking anything, you open the lid and see how the stove spanks the bun, driving it from one corner to another.
Edik
Our Panasonic SD-2501 oven is almost a year old, we do not bake bread often, two or three times a week, we have never checked anything and have not monitored koloboks and kneading, and in general we did not climb into the process after closing the lid! Not for that they bought her to stand next to her! we always fall asleep, turn on and leave before the end! No complaints, cooks amazingly! Yes, of course, the final result depends on the quality of the flour and yeast! We have not had any failures in a year, we are very pleased with our stove !!
Tasza
Thank you very much, I went to knead rye bread, just try to see what is going on there during kneading
sazalexter
Tasza Panasonic HP is an automatic machine, for more than 3 years of operation I have never opened it, I do not control the kolobok, I bake mostly at night on a timer, according to recipes from the forum. As you understand, there are things to do and for the most important

Not for that they bought her to stand next to her!
just now my husband said the exact same phrase word for word
And none of my arguments, but how could experiments with ingredients, etc., convince him

But I'm still very grateful for the advice Creamy I, as a creative person, can hardly bake Khlebushk according to the same recipes, but in experiments this advice will be very useful
Creamy
You do not need to open it when the baking recipe has already been tested and guarantees a 100% result. And yesterday I made an audit of the refrigerator and found old kefir and the remnants of homemade mayonnaise, which I did before the New Year, and at the same time remembered about the long-open pack of semolina. And as an economical housewife, I replaced half of the flour with semolina, which I poured with old kefir to swell, and replaced two tablespoons of butter according to the recipe with three tablespoons from the remains of mayonnaise. When I visually inspected the dough, I saw that it was necessary to add one more tablespoon of mayonnaise in order for the dough to become soft enough. And there are quite a few situations when it is necessary to dispose of food leftovers, especially sour milk. And here a guaranteed good baking result can be obtained only by visual inspection of the bun.
Tasza
I still tried to open the lid during the kneading. Now I filled in the ingredients for the rye bread with kvass ... the bun is very beautiful, the walls are all clean ...
Well, it was very curious to see what was going on there.
Elena8
When I buy new flour, I always open the lid and check the bun. Flour is different in moisture.

Hurrah! first experience and everything seemed to work out !!! French bread the first time !!!

I managed to take a picture
The previous two bread decided to take a picture in daylight ... in the end there were only crumbs for the photo (((
Today I baked Kulich (recipe from the instructions for HP) - I decided not to wait for the morning, so don't judge strictly by the photo, but it's sooooo tasty

So our family has become happier! We bought a stove! The choice in favor of Panasonic was made thanks to this site. Thank you for being! We have already baked 2 breads: the main one (size XL) and the French one (put on overnight). Everything worked out great the first time! Everyone liked the simple bread more than the French one. Now our oven is working and baking one more bread for us according to the main program.

So we like simple bread more than French, egg or milk. I even put less sugar than in the recipe or no sugar at all.

And I congratulate! And your XL did not try to "escape" from the stove? Have you read a little higher here?
Carrie
I always bake only XL, because there are many of us, nothing escapes. Do not be afraid! The stove is super!

The bread does not run away, it behaves very well Pekla today according to the main program size L, the bread turned out to be slightly lower than XL. I wanted to take a picture, but his top crust cracked. I decided I would bake XL and report back. And today I was making a simple dough (program 12). The pies turned out like fluff. I used to bake, of course, pies and more than once, but such a dough failed. Thanks to the stove. She is deliciously gorgeous

Meggi, I have a Panasonic SD 2500, a program for test 12. The recipe is the same
yuli-ba
Baked in the oven, filling: chicken meat with onions. Households dared everything with great pleasure
yuli-ba
I read about the roof of the bread, why it is cracking. I think in my case: a different torment. It was necessary to add a little water

and now in more detail about the filling of boiled chicken meat + Sauteed onions or something else?
yuli-ba
About the filling: I cooked the chicken, separated the meat from the bones, chopped it in a combine. Finely chopped the onion, fried in vegetable oil, added chopped meat. I fried everything together for two minutes, salted, cooled and into pies
