Thank you for your kindness and for such prompt advice!

Vit - yours is generally a bull's-eye. In the morning I wanted to experience something with rye flour

Please advise where to look at the operating cycles per minute of our stoves.

With the first bread, I did not wait for the second batch, although I did not go far. Honestly, I waited at the device for 26 minutes (I spied this time in guidebooks for beginners)

ivka
And another question: under the bun can there be a circle of dough (under the knife) or is it a sign of a lack of flour? It is dough, not gruel

Can. By the end of the batch, it will sweep everything. Please note that the bun should not shine (not wet). It should be matte. On the forum there was such a plate with cycles and I in good faith tore it off and focus on it and express my gratitude to the one who built such a plate. I'll find it in a minute.

Do other programs have such a sign?
I'm surprised: many people write, and this table shows that the alignment time varies. I have a stove for a year soon and never once, neither in the cold nor in the heat, on the first program there was no other than 30 minutes. And on rye too. Maybe something is wrong with me?

marinastom, if you start the program immediately after the bread has been baked (well, of course, when the oven has cooled down to such an extent that the overheating message is not displayed on the display), then the alignment in the new cycle will be maximum.

Wit, why does your plate have 25 minutes alignment? 30 same)

Maybe here - Heat table in Panasonic 255-257?
But there we are talking about Panasonic 255-257, a slightly outdated version) And the table there is different, although the Temka is useful and the plate is more interesting there.

She, I already found it !!! Moderator Admin created a super page. Added to bookmarks. This is finally the baker's handbook! ivka, this is a tutorial for you with answers to all questions. For me, too, I even made the plate myself, relying on the Admin data. Well, maybe I miscalculated by 5 minutes. Check it out. Now everything is here:

It seemed to me there is generally a speech about the Hitachi bread maker.
Wit
It seemed ... Read and find the phrase that it is suitable for ALL bread makers. I tripped over Hitachi too. And I went to read on. Don't be afraid of these hitach. There is also a bucket and a heating element. And Japanese electronics. You can ask Admin a question about this hitachu, how it differs from Panasik. Share your answer later.

The manual is, of course, suitable for any bread machine. But the time stages for each stove are different. I'm talking about your plate for sd 2500. And there is a mistake in it.
Wit
So I'm not stubborn. He agreed that he might have squinted. I'll check. Although I don't care about these 5 minutes. I made this sign for myself and do not impose it on anyone. Who wants to do better.
Even my tirade was foreseen by Admin! We read: "... this is a selection for x \ n Hitachi, but this is the case in any x \ n, any manufacturer.
Therefore, based on these cycles, try to track the time of each in your x \ n yourself and make a table ... "

Hello, I'm here.)))))
I used the inexpensive Delphi for a long time, everything was fine, the Khlbushek is always wonderful, the promes are gorgeous. But the time has come - the mode button broke, at first it sank, then completely fell out. My assistant was mercilessly exploited, now my mother is retired. In reserve)) Well, I wanted to know if Panasonic is as good as they say about it
Bought today. Together with electronic scales
I really did without weights on the two previous HPs - what is a kolobok and how it should be mastered by me and my husband
In the store, they checked the operation of the pulley and the heating of the heating element, they brought it, I'm glad of course)))) Beautiful, little white. Who will doubt my opinion about stainless steel, it is difficult with her. Let it be white. I chose model 2500, although I often bake rye bread. Well, if his stove has adapted on an ordinary stove, then in this one I hope it will work too)))))
Wit
Congratulations on a great choice SoNya 68! I bake at 2500 and rye, and Borodinsky. And now he is addicted to wheat-rye. Good luck, delicious breads and the joy of owning a wonderful bread maker for many years!
SoNya 68
Thank you!! I will try. Considering the cooking time in Panasonic (in contrast to the previous HP), I suppose to set more with a timer. So you want to make friends !!! It will be inconvenient in front of my husband - I dragged him to the store JUST LOOK
And he is kind to me. And when this stove was not in the store, they quickly disassemble it! - ... well, in general, he cannot stand my tears
Let's go to the other end of the city and BOUGHT! looked ...- and bought! I think that 4 years of homemade bread were not in vain.
How I want to make friends with the stove !!

My x / oven Panasonic 2502 copes poorly with steep dumplings, slows down. This is not the first time. So I feel sorry for her and mix in the combine. You can do it manually ...
Creamy
How can you Admin makes dough for noodles with a blender, in a bowl with knives. I tried it, so I was really crazy with happiness. Zipper and you're done! Really cool dough turns out.

Nothing to yourself! I wouldn’t even think that you can knead tough dough in a blender ... 🔗

Creamy, I wonder, how do these knives feel after kneading? I know that the dough dulls knives very much, even just making cuts in the bread, the blades dull very quickly. And then kneading .. Of course, if you use them exclusively for kneading, then the question is removed.
Thing is, I have a new blender, I cut my finger really deep the other day just by touching the blade. I would not like to spoil these knives, but at the same time I want to try the method.
Creamy
Deep , can not say. how quickly the knives blunt. I recently learned about this method and it made a tremendous impression on me. I have two blenders. One Phillips, with one chopper bowl, the other Brown, with two bowls, one of the usual size, the other of a large volume, in which I grind ice for minced meat. I liked making the dough in one minute so much, and of such quality that I passed it through the shafts of the noodle cutter without dusting it with flour that I will now make the dough the only way. If the knives are suddenly dull, I'll just buy a new blender. I do not want to risk a bread maker or manually stir the dough to the desired condition. My time, my beloved HP Panasonic and my hands are dearer to me.
Deep
Thank you, Creamy, as always a reasonable approach. But I have only one blender so far, I will duplicate the question in the corresponding topic, perhaps Admin will dispel my doubts.
SoNya 68
Everything worked out!!! Only the photo through the Radical for some reason did not load (((((
Another question - in the manual, in the batch column, on almost all programs there is a mark 3 with an asterisk.
And the footnote says that the timer is available only for model 2551 (we have one instruction for both of these HPs. I understand in my mind that my stove cannot but have a delayed start.
And the heart is worried

The 2500 has no delayed start only for "quick" bread and raisin bread. The timer is available on other bread programs. There is a typo in the instructions. Compare with original chart, notice where * 3 is. I laid it out here.

SoNya 68

here he is, the firstborn !!!!!
Baked immediately on raw yeast, Lviv, 1.5 g per 100 g flour. Well, why experiment, so to the fullest !! Not only is the HP completely new, the loading of products is, for me personally, the opposite))). The very loading by weights, too (I always did it by eye because I was always present). Flour-completely unfamiliar, bought yesterday at the mill, 1st grade (and bribed with this).
In short, nothing familiar from the previous bakery. Only the head and hands, and now Pana's beloved Sonya

Deep, well, I've already tried it. My blender started smoking as the dough began to thicken (I put everything according to the recipe) Maybe the power is too small?

Rina
Sonya, a dream bread!

How did it taste?
SoNya 68
Yes, everything is fine! Just super! Such a soft and uniformly porous crumb. It got up a little one-sided, it turned out to be a bun in my corner, and I saw it already during the proofing, I didn't touch it))))))))) I can't breathe on my swallow Already the second one, on kefir and bran, did it, too, just super-18 cm in height, weight-900 gr. I put the HP on the windowsill - it's colder there, so it takes 30 minutes to stand and the kneading starts. The flour turned out to be excellent, the main thing is grade 1. I would buy 2 with pleasure, no! So I will bake with bran-health return ..
After testing, I already gave the go-ahead for all the experiments they like! This is victory! Now I liked it so much with the electronic scales and the fairy-tale oven on live yeast! If only to deal with rye 50:50. Can you knead on the dough, and then after the proofing just give baked goods for 1 hour? It seems that the dough with raisins fits in time under the rye in 2501. Well, something like this)))))
What I always liked HP is the fact that you can put the remains of kefir, sour cream, porridge, mashed potatoes into the batch - it's always delicious! And most importantly, no additives from the sachets, no! Only rye malt. Well, I don't bake bread either with tea or coffee. Only kvass can be homemade, but everything is traditional. Previously, there were experiments, Mama Don't Cry! And now it is more drawn to a high-quality output)))))
trtvk
Waking up this morning ..
Five minutes before the alarm clock, the stove played the ending.
I opened the bedroom door and here it is - a thick and delicious smell of freshly baked bread!
The classics described here repeatedly. )) But, this is the first time with me. It was yesterday that I tried a timer oven - "delayed start" type.
This is my fourth pastry. Baked EGG BREAD (500gr. Size "L").
Here he is, my dear:
Hooray, bought a Panasonic bread maker! First impressions and reviews Hooray, bought a Panasonic bread maker! First impressions and reviews
Impressions, as it is now fashionable to say, awesome! :-)
Well, and a little scary for our figures.
You can't eat such delicious food a little. Constantly restrain yourself.
Whether it is shop bread! If you managed to buy a warm one, then you can still crunch a delicious crust. And the very next day you don't remember much about him. And on occasion, you try to do without bread.
And it doesn't work with your own! )) His bread for taste begins to fight for deliciousness with both the first and second courses. Well, or acts with them as an "appetite enhancer".
In our family, the initiative to buy the stove belonged to me. Moreover, my wife was against it because she thought that due to the complexity of the baking process, this device would not work with us and would soon be "forgotten, abandoned".
Now she doesn't think so. :-)

Olga-ukka in her Orion uses the "gluten-free" mode - there is also one kneading, lifting without boning and baking. Or, indeed, "dough" and after an hour and a half "pastries".

Since Friday, I have already made three bread, the fourth of the oatmeal according to the recipe from this site is now rising in HP - it is going up so well
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=165069.0

I only added seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds

And yesterday I baked rye 50/50
With prunes, nuts and raisins. Insanely delicious!
But! Questions arose again.

The oven interfered with such a dough with a tight whistle, I even helped her knead it - she was sorry for her.
The dough is not dense, I understand that you cannot wait for a bun with a child's bottom from such bread
The question is ... How bad is it for the stove, I was planning a rye oven more often than a white one. How can you determine how hard the stove is? otherwise I'm afraid to burn the engine.
But after all, it even has a rye bread mode, so it is designed for such a load?
The only thing I didn't put a knife for rye bread, because the flour is 50/50. With the right agitator, the problem may not arise

And the breads in KhP are very correct for my taste and opinion. With a high flat roof. I love my assistant
Rina
How much flour was there in 50/50? According to my recipe, I mix 400 g of flour (200 + 200), quite often I forget to put the comb, the stove does an excellent job.
ivka
original recipe:
500 ml warm water
salt 2 tsp
wheat flour 350g
rye flour 350g
doge 3 \ 4 tsp.

I reduced everything by a third, decided that there was a lot (I can't find the maximum weight of bread for my model), i.e.
somewhere around 230 g of each flour = 460 g and 330 ml. water.
tat-63
Panasonic has a maximum flour weight of 600g
Rina
The maximum for Panasonic is 600 grams of wheat flour. Rye is "heavier", so I would advise no more than 400, at least 500 grams of a mixture of wheat and rye.

Try the technology I described in the recipe Wheat-rye 50x50 with live yeast... You can even do without malt and honey.
SoNya 68
Today for the first time I put it on the timer for the night. Well, as usual, not like that of kind people. Well, what ??
French (mode). But then ... water-milk in half. Stirred raw yeast in half of the liquid
Poured it on top of the flour. And stitched it on for 9 o'clock
And then I remembered that the timer on milk is down-z-z-zya
Well, well, the experiment is an interesting thing))))))))) At 6 in the morning we woke up from the aroma, I go slowly, I think, come what may!
And be it not sickly it turned out !!! To work as usual, on trial, they tried everything, gasped, they begin to think about buying, while the truth is just getting used to the idea! Only one madam bought HP - pretty creepy !!
So my PaniSonka did it (I kiss her in the face!)
Rina
And why no milk on the timer? I think that it is quite possible, but not in the very heat. If the milk turns sour, then this is not scary for yeast dough, but on the contrary - good. But if the milk turns rancid, then it can be scary ...

And I can advise you to stir the yeast on a "pizza" with a part of the liquid and flour (so that such a dough bun turns out to be like that), top all the other products and pour the remaining liquid - under the flour "coat" this dough dough will rise very well.
Wit
And why nizzya on milk with a timer? As far as possible!
Wit
Rina, as always ahead ...
Rina
SoNya 68
and now I also know that it is POSSIBLE !!!
Probably, with Pana Sonya, everything is possible
Well, yes, about the souring (possible) -I calmed down-sour-gut! will be like yogurt-yogurt)))))))))))))))) not sour-like milk))))))))))))))
Everything turned out, I found charm in night baking - it's a fairy tale!
Now the question - the husband protested! He wants a loaf of bread, it’s too soft, a hunk under a spread of butter hangs from his palm. And my used to butter CLUTCH ... well ... that .... bends strongly.
Let’s speak harder. Help!
Rina
Soooo ... are we already friends with pressed yeast?
Then we set the dough for three or four hours. And the bun is a little denser. Well, the simplest option: a little denser bun + a tablespoon of water, replace with a tablespoon of apple cider (natural!) Vinegar.
SoNya 68
Oh thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I always, always dilute yeast in part of the liquid with sugar. And in the other part of the liquid, salt, and if I add bran, I soak it in the same place. So as not to scratch the bucket
Svetlana R
Please tell me when the additive dispenser should open! After the purchase, I try it for the first time on program 03. The yeast has spilled out, but there is no additive. I remember that on my old stove, where there were no dispensers, additives were added before the second batch. Maybe it's the same here?
