The appearance was defining for me. The only minus, as it seems to me, is that it fries slowly, especially after the reactive moulinex, but it will never relieve the pressure ... it puffs on the sly.
Admin, thanks for such an interesting recipe "two-story", I would not have thought of
Admin

Yes, our saucepan is beautiful, elegant, even the lid is always clean after cooking! This is probably a very important moment for me now.

Frying completely suits me, because I like to combine cooking in pressure cookers and on the stove and I choose my own cooking mode for each dish, depending on what and where it is advisable to cook

Well, we all learn from each other. Now you will cook on two floors

Compared to Redmond, Moulinex lags behind in frying speed. There really is speed and heat!

The frying suits me completely

I just fried cutlets on the Pastry, everything worked out great! The cutlets have such an even tan, nothing sticks, nothing burns. And most importantly, you don't have to stand over the saucepan. At this time, I calmly sent the porridge to Kukushka, set the yogurt to ferment. I am quite happy with this heat.
Yesterday I cooked chops, potatoes with sour cream and cheese. She baked a curd casserole. How I like Orsyusha !!!!
It seems that I already have so many multi-cookers, pressure cookers, and Orsusha is such a delight! Everything is like the first time!

Lena, so I'm afraid to speak out about Orsyusha, if only ... not to offend others ... and not to incur someone's anger

Therefore, this is such a balm for the soul, such words I also like Orsusha more than other multicooker, and I had 5-6 different pieces of them

May it please you, prepare for health
Tanyulya
Hello everyone, yes, Orsusha is happy with the same thing (God forbid that the opinion does not change)
Today I cooked fish salt again, everything is so calm, delicate, no noise or splashes.
Yesterday, meat like boiled pork business, steamed in foil, I'll lay it out a little later, something got sick, I don't have the strength to sit in my computer.
Olgaa
Hello everybody!! I finally got my ORSYUSHU !!! So beautiful!!!
And today I became the owner. While I was in a long wait, I was worried whether that batch with defective lids was over ... and I don't know what to think, because I still want to think about good
but there is still reason for excitement ... there is a barely noticeable crack on the lid (area of the handle) ...
but how I would like this fate to pass me ...
my husband, of course, looks at THIS more optimistically than me, so I'm trying to convince myself not to pay attention to her - maybe it will carry over and this will not affect the operation in any way
but despite this trouble, she took up the development of ORSYUSHI
and the first was borscht. I liked everything, exclusively everything (and most importantly - conveniently and quickly - with sautéing onions and carrots and meat, all together - in 25 minutes - this is a miracle !!!) pressure -1, after 5 min. reading the tips on the forum - I decided to put it on pressure 2 - and the steam began to go out very noisy ... it strained a little, left it as it is, and did not touch it - I probably did something wrong, but I didn’t understand what exactly, probably the same nervous ...
tomorrow I will do something more serious and I hope everything will work out ...
Although I read the recommendations of the members of the forum about pressure, I am still not completely sure that I can relax when I cook. (I don’t like to cook in tension, this affects the quality of food)
but since I really like to cook, I will hope that everything will work out ...
Olgaa
Yes, and most importantly, I want ORSYUSHA not to disappoint

and it would be great that the crack on the lid would not make itself felt !!! only then will the pleasure be at the highest level.
Tanyulya
Olgaa, Congratulations . I hope Orsusha will not disappoint. Thin "hairs" on the handle I have the same, but so far t. T. T.
An acquaintance of mine bought the same Ourssonchik, he is very pleased, no dances with tambourines. cooks well and understandably, as long as he says he hasn't spoiled anything. True, he said that women exaggerate their importance in cooking, like he now cooks no worse, and maybe better.
Uspeh
Hello! Treading around Owsen for a week ... How to fry in him? I really want to fry it first, and then darken it ... I turn it on (ourson), select the roasting program, just take off the lid, it turns off immediately :(
And I still don't understand where to look at the temperature before choosing a program ...

Yes, Tanechka, I remember you wrote that you also have it, that's why I'm trying to calm myself with this, you have been cooking with her for more than a month. (and in general, just looking at you, Tanya is inspired and everything seems so simple, like she (Orsyusha) cooks herself. Look, maybe Orsusha and I will work this way without problems until old age, and the lid will not make itself felt. Hello! I took 0.5 liters. milk 3.2%, 200g cream 20% and fermented with natural activations without any additives
So in Tatiana's recipe! For 6 hours in Orsyusha! Voila, I made such a wonderful yogurt. I never thought I could do it the first time

And donuts, I found a recipe somewhere here, I walked through the forum. This is not my recipe, the author of Lisss's, I just wanted to adapt it to orsyusha!

I do not recommend cooking porridge on other programs and for a short time. This is the case when the porridge MUST BE BOILED, and this requires an optimal time of 30 minutes.
I tried it for a short time, cereals and even rolled oats were raw.

My milk never runs away, because I use only natural milk for porridge. Detailed analysis of flights on porridge in the topic Milk oat porridge in the Oursson multicooker https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=179304.0

And much more depends on which rice is used for porridge:
- soft Krasnodar - the porridge will turn out to be soft and viscous, which should be milk rice porridge
- steamed and hard - there is no starch in it, the porridge will not be viscous. It is better to cook porridge-garnish from such rice in water.
- Krasnodar + steamed in water - it turns out a medium porridge-side dish, very successful, soft, then it is suitable both with milk and as a side dish

These are my observations

Greetings to all forum participants!
I was very interested in this model of pressure cooker, but there are several questions.
Where is Orson 5005 made in China or Korea? In the internet there is different information.
Is there an unpleasant plastic smell from the device?
Earlier, some users complained about cracks on the plastic, how now, has the manufacturer solved this problem?
Are you satisfied with the bowl of the appliance?
Personal questions to Tanyulya.
Tanyulya, does the bowl from Orson 5005 fit the Kukko 1010?
Is the Orson 5005 as loud as the Cucco 1010?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I will answer some of those questions.
Is there an unpleasant plastic smell from the device? No, there is no unpleasant, foreign smell from the multicooker.
Are you satisfied with the bowl of the appliance?Yes, I am more than satisfied, I have another slow cooker with a non-stick bowl and it has been hopelessly scratched long ago, but this one is like new, all the more convenient because the bowl has handles, which means you won't get burned, you don't need to take a bowl with towels, etc.
Is the Orson 5005 as loud as the Cucco 1010? Though I am Tanyulya, but I will answer Oursson is not at all noisy, it works quietly, the signal about the end only tells that the preparation is over.

The device is very convenient and practical, there are few complaints about operation, so I personally do not have a question about who makes this pressure cooker. During the operation it has proven itself well. In Germany and other Western countries, the pressure cooker assembly plants also employ people from Eastern countries who have come to work.

No smell! And then the smell is a purely individual matter and each nose perceives it in its own way.

So far there are few complaints, at least on our website. But, in any case, in many cities of Russia there are service centers and hot lines, the pressure cooker is taken freely, the lids can also be replaced freely.

Can I bother here now with questions? Today I have been studying the Ourson fast-food all day. The brain has almost boiled away ... Firstly, they write that there is heating in 4 modes, I read instructions and recipes in electronic form and see it only in porridge .. then I watched Tatyana's video about yogurt, I don't understand why when it is exhibited the yogurt program on the display, if I understood correctly, there was the number 1, and Tatyana then set it up for 6 hours on her own, according to a recipe like 7 (why is it not automatically set? or is it not provided?), I don’t understand how to navigate the choice of the cooking mode ... and then I read some recipes, you still have to stand over it, it turns out not to move away? constantly in recipes they write, stir, turn over, or when the porridge is ready, open the lid and put in the butter ... and if I am still sleeping at this time? well, that is, the porridge is cooked, I would like it to stand hot for as long as possible and not so much that it just squeaked and then you have to blow up and rush for butter, I still rush between Brand and Ourson, and I just can't decide, everyone says that both are good ,but there are some differences, and all the same, their quality and functions should be inclined in some direction ... I'm not talking about the price here, and it's so clear .. Even now I don't remember where, either here or in the instructions all the time switch the pressure ... but you can't cook at any one pressure? it turns out, again, not to move away, you have to stand and watch to switch the mode or pressure .. Tell me that not everything is as confusing as I read, eh? I’m just afraid that I’ll buy it and I won’t cope with it, but I don’t want it to stand, and again, what else to choose from them ...

May I also have some more questions?
the manager of one store drew attention to the following thing:
there is a non-stick coating. DAIKIN (Japanese development), and in Ors on the bowl it says daikinG
is it like adidas abibas?
looked at oursson sample live - it was not pleasantly surprised that the places where the bowl pressed against the lid were rubbed
Tell me, who has it in use for a long time, also such abrasions are observed?

and they also drew my attention to redmond 110. is it really better?

Where and how to apply modes and pressure read here What pressure will we cook? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=183259.0

Choosing a mode is also simple: press the MENU button many times until the arrow reaches the desired mode. Then adjust the cooking time How to add / subtract the cooking time https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=183010.0, in this case, you need to check with the instructions, in which mode what time spread is allowed.

As for standing, not standing: it all depends on what you are going to cook and how.
- if, for example, a SOUP without preliminary sautéing vegetables, then it is enough just to put all the components of the soup in a saucepan, pour water, close the lid, set the pressure to 3, select the BREW mode and press START. Then there is no need to stand over the pan.
- if you need to pre-sauté vegetables, then first turn on the BAKING / roasting / fry mode, turn on the pressure cooker with the lid open and fry the vegetables for a few minutes, turn off the pan.
Then add meat, water to the pan, and so on and then turn on the BREW mode, time, and then START. Here you need to stand over the pan while the vegetables are being fried, and then you can not come up until the end of cooking.
- Porridge, let it cook to the end at a pressure of 1, after the end of the porridge goes into heating mode. And oil can be added when serving porridge on a plate.
Or, for example, I add butter directly to the porridge when laying cereals and milk before cooking.

The pressure is set once, before starting START, when all the products are loaded. You can change the pressure during the cooking process, but if there is a need for it, but as a rule, what is there is enough.

The pressure cooker is very easy to operate, it cooks deliciously - read our recipes and decide where and how the modes and time work

Sellers always draw our attention to the model that they need to sell and for which they receive additional money from sales
Therefore, you need to go to the store prepared and know what exactly you want to buy, what to expect from this model - read the forum, ask questions and decide

Oursson has a good pot cover, the pot is heavy. I have been using the device for a relatively long time, no scratches are observed, there are scuffs - this is normal! And besides, you can always buy an additional pan, this helps to change pans when cooking.
Slight chafing on the edges and bottom of the pot is also normal, as the bottom of the pot rubs against the heating element and the edges rub when the lid is closed.
Brand 6050 (and other models) also have scuffs. These are pressure cookers and must be tightly closed!

Do you think baked goods from other multicooker-pressure cookers come out ruddy? All of it has a white crust at the top, so the baked goods are put on the plate "pop-up" to make it look rosy AND 3D ... it's just a marketing ploy.

None of the multicooker-pressure cookers have NORMAL BRIDGE OF THE TOP of the baking!

And baked goods are baked inside, below and on the sides - and even on top very well! See our baking recipes here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=544.0

Hello everybody ! The Ourson multicooker has been with me for about 4 months, having chosen it I got exactly what I wanted, that is, 2 devices in one, and a multicooker, and a pressure cooker with the possibility of using the advantages of cooking, the properties of each separately, with a change in cooking and different results, with 1 device on the work surface.
I often met that the owners of MV pressure cookers ask why in Ourson such a cooking time, eg, cereals, if it is a pressure cooker, comparing it with other pressure cookers and calculating their total time, that is, for a set pressure-cooking-release. And this just refers to why I chose it (like 2 devices), everything is simple, when preparing cereals, Ourson is usually used with low pressure, that is, in this case, more like a multicooker and if you compare this specifically, then you need to compare with multicooker, not pressure cooker. No, well, you can set high pressure, less in time, with a change in the result, the owner is a master. This is exactly what I like, you can cook in different ways, for every taste, and not 1 auto-mode for 1 specific dish.

For example, I cook semolina porridge just under pressure, it turns out tender, homogeneous and creamy in consistency, ideal for my taste, porridge. Since childhood, a kindergarten-school, I hate cosmic uncooked semolina "according to GOST", especially because I could always compare) my mother cooks sooo tasty porridge and I follow her). I saw here asked about semolina porridge, I'll tell you how I make it in Ourson. I take 2 liters of milk (I make with pure milk 3.2%) 1 tsp. without a slide of salt, 1 tsp. sugar with a good slide and semolina a little more than 100 ml. (measured by water). With this ratio, you get not a thick porridge, if you need thicker, more semolina and your own salt-sugar, of course, especially if you do it in a mixture with water (because milk picks up salt well and contains its own sugar). First, I bring the milk to a boil in the Cooking mode, 2 pressure, 15 minutes (if the milk is less or not cold - less time, the valve has risen off, 1 time to record the right time and then set 1 minute less). Then I put salt-sugar in hot milk and pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring with a whisk. I put on the Kas regime, 25 min., 3 pressure. At the end of the time, I wait until the pressure drops, you can switch the pressure to 2, but do not bleed off at all, in general, it is better not to bleed milk porridge, because the valve may clog up a little and it will have to be cleaned, otherwise it will remain clean.
It went down, I open it, beat the whole porridge a little with a whisk, close it and leave it on heating for at least 10 minutes, but in fact until the eaters gather. For such a semolina porridge, a little more effort than other milk porridge in a slow cooker, the key word is "slightly" and in my opinion, it is worth it.

By the way, about the whisk) as soon as I bought this multicooker I immediately bribed various soft silicone mixers to the existing ones (there are also too hard ones on sale, albeit silicone ones), it was a pity to use the supplied and other wooden-plastic mixers in it, because I wanted everything calmly interfered, applied, and not cracked and neatly (I can do it neatly).

We use them, silicone: 2 spatulas, a whisk, a ladle, tongs and a spaghetti spoon (bought for some unknown reason, to a heap, now the most beloved and used)

I usually cook other milk porridge, cold milk, put everything, 1 pressure, 30-40 minutes, but also with pure milk (with water only if there is not enough milk available).

You can cook melted porridge, for this, first heat the milk on the Simmer mode, 3 pressure, 1 hour-1.5 hours (2 liters), the longer the time, the darker, mellower and richer the porridge will be (to taste, when too melted - for an amateur ). Then we fall asleep the cereal and cook as always, set the usual regime (Porridge) and the usual pressure (1-2). It is convenient to make ghee from long-cooking cereals, like whole barley, corn grits, then milk first, Simmering mode for up to 1 hour, then + cereal, Porridge mode, about an hour (to taste), but both modes are at 3 pressures. To do with baked milk for a long time and not usually, it's more like a weekend porridge, but you can grind milk in the evening, eg.

Just baked milk on the Simmer mode, 3 pressure, 2 liters, 2 hours-2h30m (longer, brighter to taste, but not all of this is in +). Moreover, it turns out real melted, and not light, a little creamy, and due to pressure, almost no loss in liter. I really love yogurt with baked milk, but I make it already in a yogurt maker (it's more convenient for me), you can make mashed potatoes with baked milk, cookies, pastries, sauces, drinks with cocoa, spices or syrups ... For heating and melted porridge, milk d b. fresh, without the slightest hint even in the smell, at the beginning of sourness, otherwise it will curdle.
In general, I cook in Ourson often and everything is different, both in a pressure cooker and in a multicooker. Then I'll write something else, I'll be glad if it comes in handy for someone.

Lexaxaxa, very useful !!! Thank you very much for your feedback and such a detailed story.
Could you put semolina porridge in a separate recipe so that you would not get lost. For me, semolina porridge is sooo loved, but it doesn't work for me in a slow cooker, I have to cook it like in a saucepan on the stove, that is, stir constantly.
Thanks again. we will be glad to receive your recipes

Since October, a thin hairline crack has nevertheless gone through the entire thickness of the plastic on the lid. They took it for repairs without any talk. They said that in 10-14 days they would replace the plastic on the lid. For some reason I thought that they would replace the cover with a new one, but it turns out only the plastic part. :-\I will wait. Later I'll tell you what and how.

Yes, they also replaced only plastic, but I already have cracks on the new lid near the latch

This is very sad, since the multicooker itself is very good. Now I can't even imagine my kitchen without Oursson.

Yesterday I turned on and tried the multicooker for the first time. Tell me, please, put it on porridge, pressure 1, should the steam come out from under the lid somewhere in the middle of the process? It seemed to me that I should from the valve in the middle? .... I pressed the stop with fright, but the process was interrupted, and the program did not reset ... only when it was completely over in time, then you can put a new one, right? Sorry for stupid questions, but this is the first time I've come across such a unit, and with a cartoon too. And I also have it Finnish ... I tried to compare the pictures of the valves in the right and wrong positions, but IMHO seems to be correct ...
