Before that, although I had heard such a name, it somehow passed "on deaf ears". And then, going to a home appliances store, I saw Polaris 5017 and caught fire to buy it. I read the sites, liked it, decided to take it. But then a friend said that the best MVs are Korean. I read about them, visited the shopping center of the city and of all the models I liked Ourson.
What did you cook:
1. Meat and potatoes according to Romin recipe from this forum. It turned out great.
2. Millet porridge with milk according to the recipe from the book attached to the CF. True, there is a recipe for "Millet porridge with pumpkin", I had no pumpkin. I put it on a delayed start in the morning. Nothing escaped, nothing burned, BUT the porridge came out dry. Added more milk, heating and everything is OK. Maybe someone will write (or give a link) on the proportions for millet porridge: milk, rice: milk, semolina: milk, so that there are no misfires.
3. Curd dessert from the same book. It turned out fine. But I ran into the following oddity. Clearly I'm on "you" with Ourson now. I carefully make sure that the pan was clean and dry, but during cooking I felt that it was burning. I decided to finish it, I didn't open the lid. Gradually the smell disappeared, everything was baked smoothly. When I began to wash the pan, I saw a burnt spot on the bottom (as if I had stained the bottom in the dough and put it in a slow cooker, so it smelled until it burned out). Washed off without a trace. The inside of the steamer is clean. WHAT WAS IT?
4. I decided to put the yoghurt on "Activia" at night. For the same book is the default (as I understand it 420 minutes cooking time). Exactly one hour later, MV told me - END. I manually set it for another 6 hours, I thought it would be END in the morning. But in the morning the program was not over yet. Turned off forcibly. It turned out yogurt or yogurt, but not yogurt. I saw pictures on the forum, there are open jars on the side and do not flow out - what is their recipe? And how can you set this mode correctly?

I also forgot to ask when I started cooking the roast, they advised me to heat the pan, pour oil and fry the meat first. So, a pan without a lid with oil "flies" out of the program, the impression is that the bottom does not reach the white button, there is no connection. On the screen Lo. Groats are different, and absorb liquid in different ways. Here you will be given many options for the amount of cereal / water, since each of us loves porridge of different consistency.
I prefer to add 3 glasses of milk to 1 glass of rolled oats, that's what we need! If you need herculean porridge thicker / thinner, change the amount of liquid in one direction or another.

For rice and buckwheat, I have a different formula: I pour water on the "finger thickness" above the level of cereals, it is about 1.5-2 cm, the porridge is crumbly.

Sour milk, kefir, yogurt are different, because for a certain milk a certain sourdough is needed, and each of us makes sour milk differently. Look for your option! Everyone will not be the same! Much depends on the quality of milk and starter culture.

Usually I turn on the pressure cooker for ROYING or BAKING, add oil or other fat, and wait 5 minutes for the pan to heat up and is ready for frying. And sometimes I turn on the pressure cooker, the desired mode and add IMMEDIATELY both oil and vegetables. This is how you like it and it will turn out.
If you are frying meat, it is better to preheat the pan with oil.

The saucepan is empty, I never fly out! Check again if you are inserting it correctly before use. Usually, the pan beeps and beeps when the device is working, and you take the pan out of the base.

I make yoghurt from regular store milk 1 l and a jar of natural yoghurt 125 ml. I cook in plastic jars, on the Yogurt program for 4-6 hours (I tried it this way, the result is always good.
