Yesterday I turned on and tried the multicooker for the first time. Tell me, please, put it on porridge, pressure 1, should the steam come out from under the lid somewhere in the middle of the process? It seemed to me that I should from the valve in the middle? .... I pressed the stop with fright, but the process was interrupted, and the program did not reset ... only when it was completely over in time, then you can put a new one, right? Sorry for stupid questions, but this is the first time I've come across such a unit, and with a cartoon too. And I also have it Finnish ... I tried to compare the pictures of the valves in the right and wrong position, but IMHO seems to be correct ...
Steam from under the lid should definitely not go, only from the valve. If you press Stop / Cancel and hold it for a few seconds, the program is interrupted. Try it, take your time and do not be afraid if that we will try to help

Thank you so much. I checked the controller everything is ok. But! ... then I realized that I simply did not close the lid correctly. Now I will try with the correct lid.

Can you please tell me how long and on what program in this multicooker you can cook beets for a venigret?
Or is it easier in the old fashioned way, on the stove in a saucepan? ...

I cook on the BOIL program in water, pressure 3, time 40 minutes

And I have a joyful event. Yesterday I received a cover from the service, so the MV is back in service. Hopefully for a long time. Ourson has new bread machines. At first I was very fired up, my old mother's HP LG broke down and I had a reason to help her buy a new one. Then she looked that the bread from above was pale in Ourson and began to doubt. I can't imagine my kitchen without the Ourson multicooker. I thought that HP would not disappoint. Can anyone have information on the Ourson HP-cam? Tell me please!

Hello everyone! Girls, experienced hostesses, tell me a beginner - how to make casseroles (pies) not fall off after cooking? Yesterday I baked a casserole in our saucepan, after the signal I waited 5 minutes and opened the lid. As a result, my casserole began to fall off right in front of my eyes, two centimeters just fell off! What am I doing wrong ?

I can't say anything about the stoves.
: hi: Tanya, thanks for the answer. On the forum, I found a topic about the Ourson bread maker, but there is not enough information there (few and who have such bread makers).

I have such a bread maker, I like it, it bakes well

There are many users of such a bread machine on the multicooker, they are very satisfied, especially rye bread admires.

Today I ordered such a bread maker. I think my mother will be pleased. I have an old Panasonic with disgusting distorted recipes that had to be counted. But I got used to it and the bread is good. Ourson will master and help my mother. Thanks to everyone who responded.

Girls, maybe someone has already baked Easter cakes in our cartoon? Share the recipe! Can the dough be allowed to stand when heated? And how long does it take?

Only mannik was baked in this one, but in 4002 Darnitsky baked recently with sourdough.

Hello everyone. I have been using the mulinex 302 multicooker for almost a year now, I cook porridge, pasta, milk porridge only in it. I rarely cook meat in it, because it takes a long time. I choose a cartoon pressure cooker - I liked the Orson 5005. and now the main question about it: is there any sensory programs in it like in a mulika, that is, if the water has boiled away, the cartoon will turn off regardless of how long the mode is set or it works strictly on time, and if there is not enough water, will the porridge burn? And how much is Orson's warranty? In general, except for the lid, did real users have any breakdowns?
Cassiopeia
No, there are no touchscreens. I have been using Orsyusha for 2 weeks, during this time I cooked everything from biscuits to stewed ribs, probably everything (first, second, casseroles, etc., etc. ...), so nothing has never burnt or spoiled.
If you put cooking under pressure, then it is generally difficult for the liquid to evaporate, and at a pressure of 3 it is impossible. I cook almost everything except baking under different pressure settings, as this saves time.

As for the lid, I was also very worried, because I ordered through the online store. On the official website, I was told that there is a barcode on the bottom of the multicooker on the body, and so the problem with the lids is solved in cartoons, in which the barcode starts from 124 and above. I ordered via the Internet through a hypermarket known to everyone (I don't write which one, so that I wouldn't consider it an advertisement, who would be interested in writing in a personal message), and so I got my orange miracle with the first three digits I needed. The plastic on the lid is of very high quality, uniform color, pleasant to the touch. I hope nothing will be bad for us

In general, a very cool cartoon, already one friend, having looked at my masterpieces, acquired exactly the same!
chel42154
thanks for the information. And the default time in programs is for what volume of products - for the maximum or what? if I cook porridge, for example, from one glass of buckwheat, I will need to reduce the time and by how much? I just don’t like experiments, I don’t really like to cook either, the main thing is to be fast and without problems.
Admin
For porridge, for example, the time is 40 minutes, I cook rolled oats, buckwheat for 30 minutes, rice, barley can be darkened for 40 minutes. You can set it even less, but more practical than 30 minutes.

The programs work fine, the time is adjusted quickly - you need to adapt like any other saucepan.

Good evening!
About a month ago she became the owner of a miracle multi. I chose it for a very long time, read and consulted, ordered, refused, and finally chose it - Oursson MP5005PSD! God, what a miracle, how I love her, my slow cooker.
I don't even want to go to the stove.
How simple everything is, how fast everything is, how tasty everything is, how useful everything is !!!
I tell the girls at work, some are on fire, and some ask: why, why?
And I just smile at the fact that at home I have a delicious first, a great second, a divine dessert, and I did the minimum for this, therefore, plus a lot of free time.
Many thanks to the site, the authors of the recipes and wonderful people who share their experiences, it helps a lot.
She ran, Orsenka calls, the biscuit is ready)))))))

Hello everybody. Now I am faced with the choice of CMB. thinking about Orsen. tell me, how much is the fastest in the morning to cook porridge for a child?

I read that the KASHA regime is 40 minutes. And if you cook in pressure cooker mode? I now cook cereals for my son in 5 minutes on the stove. But I want to cook WHOLE porridge. Only 30-40 minutes is very long.

30 minutes, I cook more often at night.

I now cook cereals for my son in 5 minutes on the stove. But I want to cook WHOLE porridge. Only 30-40 minutes is very long.

And you will time the time manually in a saucepan again:
- heat milk (water) in a saucepan
- fill the cereal
- stand and stir, so as not to run away and not burn
- wait until it is cooked, the cereal swells, steamed

If you cook oatmeal for three minutes, it also needs to steam out, otherwise it will swell in the stomach, which is not very healthy, especially for a child. And if the oatmeal is cooked for a long time ... even more so

A pressure cooker in at least 30 minutes will save you from these problems - we get a completely cooked and steamed porridge from long-boiled oatmeal in 30 minutes, from whole grain in 40 minutes.

The difference in cooking is not so significant when you consider the above for cooking in a saucepan.
And we take into account the independence of cooking with a pressure cooker, at this time you can do other things
mariyaivan
and another question.
after the end of the program, all CFs, in my opinion, turn on automatic heating. Does Orson also enable it, or can you disable this feature?

and at night, this is a delayed start - right? but Orson has 8 hours. And then, it seems to me that the normal milk will turn sour overnight.

and you can still ask a question. how to cook a small portion - for one person, so as not to spread the porridge along the bottom.

Not all programs turn on the heating.

I turn it off myself manually, it does not bother me. You need to look at the instructions, is it possible to turn off the heating, now I'm not ready to answer

We have a practice, we put frozen milk in the night, from the freezer in a lump, by morning it will melt and cook normally. It depends on which milk you use. This method is also used on other pressure cookers on a timer.

You can cook porridge for 1/2 cup of cereal, it turns out normally.

But for porridge for one portion, for example, I specially bought a 2-liter multi-cooker-baby.

Read the topic back, this problem has been discussed here many times, and how to choose Ursonchik correctly.

The main thing is that you can change the lid if something happens.... The manufacturer assists in this, unlike some other models of pressure cookers.
And no one is immune from any shortcomings in the work of pressure cookers, a lot has been written and written about this on the forum, read the topic How and which multicooker to choose.

maybe, after reading it, I still understand - where is the best place to buy Orsan.

Here is what they write on the Multicooker forum. Excerpts from the multicooker - in red. Something I'm completely confused... CANNOT cook without pressure in Orsan?
[i]A multicooker and a pressure cooker are completely different appliances. What is faster in SV is for the most part an illusion, and in MV it is more convenient to cook, for those who will have the first unit - a multicooker is better
Tsvetik19 wrote: Doesn't m-110 combine both cartoon and a pressure cooker? )
No, it doesn't. The fundamental difference is that pressure cookers CANNOT regulate the heating temperature in non-pressure mode. An exception is the new Polaris 0124. But in my opinion, as a multicooker, it is very simple, but as a pressure cooker, it is quite sophisticated. I prefer the opposite.
Therefore, for its price, it is better to buy two devices [
/ i]

In pressureless pressure cookers, only frying and baking. The rest cannot be cooked without pressure.
Admin

A multicooker pressure cooker, for example Orsusha, cooks on each program with a choice of pressure (3 degrees), time adjustment, which speeds up the cooking time. And there is a "manual" mode, where you can independently adjust the time, pressure, temperature.

If, for example, a roll or boiled pork in a slow cooker will cook for about 2-4 hours (depending on the weight), then Orsyusha will cook the same piece in about 1-1.5 hours.

If you need to cook with the lid open, then this is a slow cooker. And then the question is - do you need a slow cooker if you are going to cook in the old fashioned way in a saucepan or frying pan?

In Orsyusha, you can also cook without pressure and with the lid open, at certain moments, for example, the soup is ready, but you need to add the vermicelli so that it does not boil over. Then you can turn on the Soup program, bring to a boil and add the noodles, let it boil for 1-2 minutes until tender.
You will not cook constantly in this mode, because with an open lid, without pressure, the liquid boils very much, which is not good for soup and for cooking. And then without a closed lid and pressure, the soup will cook for a long time, like in a regular saucepan on the stove.

Then what is the point in buying a multi-pressure cooker?
SelenaVI
And I had no doubts, I went yesterday and bought it. I'm not overjoyed with the most tender yoghurt, pork pilaf was dared right away, now my mother and her friend are eating rice milk porridge with pumpkin, raisins, dried apricots, apples, dried cherries, they are praised.

I am one of the very first owners of multicooker, and then only Panasonic were ON the HC website if anyone remembers
So many different things have appeared since then, and I'm still sitting with my old cartoon woman, I can't even buy a new pot for her.
There is a separate (old lady too) gas pressure cooker Tefal, in which I only boil the meat, nothing else.

Here I look at the beautiful Oursson and I understand what I want. I looked at Ozone - there is a large selection of them, and the price is different, although they seem to be the same. Some even come with a blender as a gift. The colors are beautiful bright

Gulya, I will try to give a brief description
- easy to operate, the choice of programs by the movement of the MENU button, like a Panasonic
- not capricious in work, as I set the program and parameters, it will work
- shows the cooking temperature during cooking, and you can see how it changes in the process
- you can set the cooking time PLUS or MINUS, against the "default"
- the ability to work with THREE pressures, and you can adjust the pressure during cooking, by simply moving the slider.
- cooks correctly, gently, not aggressively
- the ability to "finish cooking" the dish in the open lid mode. For example, when the soup is ready, but you need to add vermicelli for quick cooking: for which, with the lid open, turn on the desired program, throw in the vermicelli, let it boil, boil for a couple of minutes and you can turn off the device.
- the ability to cook on the same program (for example, Cook) in different cooking phases: simmer vegetables with the lid open without pressure, then close the lid and cook under pressure. Moreover, we do not reinstall the program.
- there is a "free" program, where you can set the temperature for yourself (you cannot do this on other programs) and time and pressure.

Maybe I missed - then I will answer the questions

I think this is a very successful model of a multicooker-pressure cooker.
GruSha
Tanya, thank you very much for such an answer !!!
Interestingly, the pressure is regulated. My tefal also has 2 pressures, for meat and vegetables, but to open it urgently, you need to put it under a stream of cold water. Therefore, I left it only for meat.

Girls, hello! There was a nuisance - a crack on the lid. Ourson was used from 14 02 2013. I was not happy for long. I will not say that it is active, 2 times a week. I called the service center of the online store today, they said you were carrying a complete set. And at the same time, nerves, etc. Before buying the cartoon, I re-read a bunch of sites and read about cracks, but I thought that this would not concern me, but alas.
irina261264
Girls, everyone! Thanks for the phone number, but I read it later. At first I encountered a problem, I don't know how it will be solved, but I already feel that it is not in my favor. Took Ourson to the service center at the place of purchase. At first they did not want to take it because it is mechanical damage, not electronic. After some pressure and a call, the manager was taken for an independent examination, but was warned that he would be returned in the same condition. They said that the warranty for mechanical damage does not apply. Within 45 days they will answer something. And I would only have changed the lid, I'm already used to this multicooker, but I agree to buy it, but naturally not for the same amount as the cartoon itself. I wish everyone that this problem would not affect anyone else. Good luck !!!
Tonika
irina261264. I sympathize . I had the same problem too. The lid (or rather the plastic cover) was changed without question (though it was changed for a whole month). Call the hotline, if anything. Wash at the office. oursson website admitted that this is a defect and is replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Here I have a gar. the term is already ending and how long the new pad will live I do not know.

And I think I read somewhere that you can re-cook only after the device has completely cooled down. I don’t remember exactly where I dug it up.
And if this is not so, then I do not understand why they crack.

Today I took my cover. And that's what the SC told me ... The valve needs to be washed after each preparation, cracks appear because of the valve! Although I always made sure the valve was clean. So I don't really believe in it. They also said that in the new cartoons (already more expensive) there are other valves, so they are more expensive.

Well, something about the valve, I'm not very good .... everything is clean there, I never had a stained cover and the valve is always clean, I think the cracks were precisely because of the mold. I saw a photo here on one forum, a man uses Ourssonchik without a plastic cover on the lid, either it broke, or took it off on purpose ... I didn't understand, she says that she is still cooking and the valve is in place how it affects the crack, I did not understand
