condensed milk 200 g (half a can)

Cooking method

  • Sundae simple
  • Beat the cream with condensed milk with a mixer. Pour in a trickle into an ice cream maker, freeze in it for 20-30 minutes.
  • We make balls from ice cream with a special spoon, put them on a plate. Decorate with mint leaves, currant berries and chocolate "drops". You can decorate with any berries to your taste. You can pour over syrup, sprinkle with grated chocolate, nuts.
  • If there is no ice cream maker, then you can put the whipped mass (cream + condensed milk) in a mold and freeze in the freezer.

Moreover. In my landLife ice cream maker, this ice cream practically did not thicken for me. Although mixed for 37 minutes. Grabbed only later, in the freezer, already poured into a container.
The organoleptic properties and taste of the received are wonderful. A little bit sweet, in my opinion.

In comparison with the recipe, I additionally added 1.5 bananas with a weight (without peel) of 160 g passed through a blender, as well as 10 g of vanilla sugar.
