Granite "Strawberry"

Ingredients

Fresh strawberries 200 g
Orange juice (freshly squeezed) 70 ml
Sugar 90 g
Water (boiling water) 75 ml
Champagne 250 ml
mint twig

Cooking method

  • Delicious and refreshing dessert for adults. For children, you can replace champagne with the same amount of orange or any other juice.
  • Pour boiling water over sugar, stir well and cool slightly.
  • Strawberries (set aside 3 for garnish) chop with a blender and mix with orange juice, champagne and sugar syrup until smooth. Pour into a container and place in the freezer to set.
  • Arrange the frozen granite in glasses, decorate with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
