Today I decided to experiment)) On the basis of this dough, I made buns, and greased them with an egg on top and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sugar.
And I increased the rise of the dough, otherwise it seemed to me that it was rising too slowly. Kneading - 20 minutes. 1 rise - 1 hour. 2nd rise - 2 hours. Proofing - 1 hour.
There were 13 pieces in total. My husband and I took 4 pieces in one sitting))
