Water 100 g
Fresh yeast 15 g
Sugar 1h l.
Wheat flour 50 g
Dough:

Melted butter 20 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Raisins 100 g
Cinnamon 2 tsp
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.
Syrup:
Sugar 100 g
Water 70 g

Cooking method

  • Prepare dough. Heat milk and water to 37C. Dissolve yeast, sugar. Add flour, stir and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes until a frothy "cap" appears.
  • Prepare the dough. Pour dough, melted butter, beaten egg into a bucket of HP. Top with flour, salt, sugar. Dough mode. The gingerbread man is soft, smooth, elastic. After kneading, leave the dough in the KhP for 10 minutes. The recipe was adopted for the near future. And I do the whole process of raising the dough in HP.
