Girls and boys, I don’t have an electric pressure cooker yet, if you can please answer, just don’t refer to the link to the instructions, I can’t open it, therefore I ask the following questions, from the point of view of Brand owners, they are probably dull, but understand how the pressure cooker bakes very I want to. The biscuits are simply gorgeous!
If you cannot open the file with instructions on the website of our company, then try doing this. Hover over the link, right-click and select "save object as ...". Specify the save path. Then there will be no problems opening the instruction file on your computer.

On the question of cereals - I have never curdled milk.
Good morning!
I bought UHT milk. Mode "Porridge" for 8 minutes, cereals - rolled oats. Milk curdled again ... Soon I will stop believing that it could be different.

I decided to bake charlotte in the morning. I put it on the RIS for 20 minutes and forgot .... I remembered when it was already 38 minutes of heating. She shook it out of the saucepan: it turned out wonderful! Everything is baked, but not dry.

I describe in detail the preparation of porridge and milk

Herculean porridge (1 multi-glass) + milk (5 glasses)

Electric pressure cooker Brand 6050 - reviews and opinions

I cooked this morning.
Long-boiled Hercules.
Natural, marketable, fatty milk, diluted with water. The milk was already boiled from the refrigerator.
Porridge / steam mode 7 minutes, steam discharge is automatic.
Then it was seen that the milk had risen to about half of the pan, but the lid was clean.
Try to decide on milk, perhaps you need to buy milk with a short shelf life, natural.
We have already written that reconstituted milk from powder gives such an effect of escape from the pan.

Thanks for the answer. I have already tried short shelf life, tried UHT as advised on this forum. My milk does not run away, and it would not work out!, Because I cook the porridge thicker than in your picture and less than 2 times at least (a cup only for myself). I saw an interesting moment in your answer - you add water! how much?
I am also advised to add soda. Previously, grandmothers were added to semi-sour milk during boiling so as not to curdle. But my milk in all cases was fresh, somehow I don't really want to pour soda)
Elena Br
Do you always wash the removable lid plate and the lid itself before preparing milk porridge? I don’t remember who in this thread named the reason for the curdled milk in this particular nuance.
Admin
I have 1 multi glass of rolled oats and 5 glasses of liquid.

Usually I cook porridge in pure, natural milk. But now very thick, dense, fatty milk comes from cows - that's why I dilute it with water. The proportions are my own, as you like - today I bred 50x50.
It happens that there is not enough milk for a full portion, I also dilute it with water as it happens.

And be sure to add a piece of butter when cooking, 15-20 grams per 1 glass of cereal - I just like porridge that way, not in ready-made porridge, but when cooking porridge.

Girls, and no one tried to bake like a cheesecake in a brandon (when layers of shortbread dough and curd mass)? I want to try today, maybe someone who has already experimented, but I am not on the lookout ...

Admin and porridge is not an automatic program? Is there a minimum of 13 minutes or do you do manual pressure relief before? what am I leading to. I made oatmeal about the same proportions only porridge less and with dried apricots (I only eat porridge, so I make it in small portions and immediately add dried apricots and drain oil.), the porridge cooked well, only the feeling that 13 minutes is a lot for oatmeal, although I manually pressure dropped. and even there were a bit like burnt pieces of porridge with dried apricots. here.

My everything! and add oil)) The idea is correct: if you cook fish with limin, and then, without washing the pressure cooker and the lid, pour porridge there - it is clear that it can curl up) everything was crystal clear
About the time - 13 minutes for oatmeal is a lot! I already put on 8 - and this is a lot, it is boiled down. I'll try for 5 minutes tomorrow.
Millet also boiled down in 8 minutes.
krivoshapka, the time on any program can be adjusted. Read the instructions: put Porridge, then press the "Timer" button and from 13 minutes decrease it by as much as you need.

Yes, for hercules 13 minutes of straight time is a lot!
Therefore, first we turn on the Porridge / Steam program, the default time appears 13 minutes - then press the Timer button - then press the (-) button until the time decreases to 7 minutes - after 5 seconds the program will work - but the porridge will cook for 7 minutes, then the pressure is released approximately 17 minutes, during this time the porridge will simply sweat.

If you need it faster, you can also manually release the pressure, I think the oatmeal porridge and during this time will be ready
So the porridge should be boiled! And from any grain!
And rolled oats are not grain, but steamed flakes, even for a long boil! Therefore, the porridge turns out to be a mess.
Admin
If millet porridge is needed in grains, in the form of a side dish, you can probably cook it in the RIS mode and without milk, only on water, this program works to evaporate water. I have not tried it myself - but you can do it. Here you will also need to select the time of direct cooking and pressure relief.

Each cereal has its own time! Millet boils quickly!

Lena, this is a matter of taste! Today I still took a chance and baked my recipe, proven over the years - taten on a biscuit on the "Rice" program with a pressure of 20 minutes and 25 on heating.
The day after tomorrow I will do the same at the "Pastry" and compare.

I didn't like it on "Rice" - it's not a biscuit, but rather a casserole. But who likes what! We love air biscuits.

Olya, I'm very surprised that the "rice" turned out to be a biscuit like a casserole. On the contrary, I have an airy sponge cake on "rice", it's better not to think of it, but on "baking" it is dry. I baked the same recipe and I can compare.

I do not keep PS on heating, I only let it stand for 30 minutes in the switched off pressure cooker.

Lena, do you mean that you open the lid right after the end of the regime? I'm still in no hurry to open it. Even after 15 minutes, if you open it, then everything there still hisses so much that it's a pity to interrupt the process.
And nothing like a casserole has ever worked. For a biscuit, I will only use the "rice" mode.

Yes, I immediately open it and take out the bowl. As soon as the biscuit leaves the walls, I spread it. I don't know, maybe I'm not the right one, but they don't fall off after Rhys. But I put 30 minutes, 20 is not enough for me, still raw.

Lena, I add starch, so apparently 20 minutes is enough for me and what I do not open immediately. If you let the biscuit stand in the bowl for 20 minutes, then maybe it makes sense to leave it with the lid closed for this time?

Tatyana, the biscuit is very pretty !!!

THANK YOU!

The simplest recipe!
eggs - 5 pcs. medium COLD
sugar - a glass of 250 ml.
flour - glass
soda - 1/2 coffee. spoons

Break eggs into a bowl, beat on high speed until 4-5 times increase.
Continuing to beat, gradually add sugar. Beat a little more until foamy. Disable blender.
Add (sift) flour to the mixture and add soda.
Stir gently and easily with a jar to remove lumps.
Grease a bowl of a saucepan with butter, pour over the batter.
Baking mode, default time 45 minutes, no pressure.
At the end of the program (signal), switch off the pressure cooker and leave it closed for another 20 minutes, then remove it on a plate.

Next time I will try this option in the RIS mode, I want to compare the result.

Tatyana, the first time I baked a biscuit in a pressure cooker on "steam / porridge", I liked the result as well as on "rice". On the "baking" is not bad, but I liked it less. And you have it not dry? in appearance, in the photo, it seems dryish, but of course (y) lush.

Stomik, the minimum time on the "Soup" mode is 20 minutes. This is a lot for such a soup, the mushrooms will turn into rags. I cooked a total of 14 minutes under pressure and that was too much.
With noodles, I would do that. I would cook soup with meat and all other ingredients under pressure. I would relieve the pressure manually as soon as the SV beeps. The contents may still boil. I would pour in the vermicelli and let it stand for a few minutes under the lid. She's thin, and I think get ready. As a last resort, you can turn on any mode and let the soup boil again and control its readiness. When cooked under pressure, along with the rest of the ingredients, there will definitely be porridge.

It was baked, then everything was baked, but the question arose how to get the cake, since the top is airy. I thought to turn it over, so as not as usual below the shortbread but on top of the cottage cheese, but it was not there. Everything lags well behind the coating, but I had to pry it with a spatula. In general, it turned out not an unpleasant pie and poured it over with chocolate icing, more or less, it looked edible. Tell me, please, during cooking, when the countdown is already going on, should the CB be completely, completely silent? At me she makes such quiet sounds, very quiet, barely audible, like fried eggs and a barely noticeable steam comes from the valve, if you put your palm on the valve it still burns; with all of the above, the pressure builds up, prepares, the stages go through one after another. This is normal?
