Soup with honey agarics and lentils (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Honey mushrooms, freshly frozen 250 g
Green lentils 1 multi-glass
Leek 10 cm
carrot 1 PC
Potatoes 1 piece (very large)
Greens, salt, water taste
Vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grate the carrots, finely chop the leeks. Fry in vegetable oil on the "fry-vegetables" program until golden brown. Pour frozen mushrooms into a CB saucepan, hold under a lid for three to five minutes: the mushrooms will thaw and begin to emit a strong mushroom aroma. Do not click the cover at this time, otherwise the CB may begin to gain pressure. Add washed lentils, peeled and diced potatoes to the CB pot, fill with hot water, salt and close the lid. The valve is in the "high pressure" position. We turn on the "porridge / steaming" mode for 15 minutes, if you bite off the steam manually. If you leave this CB, I think 10 minutes will be enough. After opening the lid, add a good handful of fresh chopped herbs. And Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Cooking program:

frying vegetables, porridge / steaming

Note

This is a soup from my beloved for my beloved family!
It turned out sooo tasty, nourishing with a rich mushroom aroma and rich broth. I decided to share with you. But since this recipe was born along the way, I give an approximate amount of starting products, I did not measure anything.
Now according to the program "porridge / steam". At first, I set it to 7 minutes, since the lentils are cooked on the stove for 20 minutes, and I have not cooked them in the SV yet. I let off the steam by hand, the carupa was hard. I turned on the porridge / steam again for 7 minutes. This time, the SV reduced the pressure itself. For my taste, the lentils were slightly overcooked, so in the recipe I recommend the time I recommend.
I liked the fact that in the pressure cooker the lentils did not turn the broth into an intense dark color, as it does when cooking on the stove. And the fact that the broth turned out to be very mushroom, rich, although it did not take long to cook.
P.S. There was no time to study with the photo, the family demanded dinner. Therefore, forgive what it is, that is.
