In February 2011 I bought a frying pan Brener with ceramic coating - NEOFLAM, this is the so-called cover Ekolon.

Coating Ecolon invented and produced in South Korea, the pans produced there have a patented name Neoflam and can be presented under brands:

- Brener (Germany)
- Fry Best (Russia)

Ecolon - absolutely free of PTFE, that is, this coating is made exclusively from natural materials.

How my frying pan is doing.
Today it is in perfect condition, but it is only 3 months of not very active operation.
The final conclusion can be made one year after the purchase.

Luysia
julifera, I found a kidstaff, is it like yours (Ami green 24)?

And then I'm already tired of the conveyor of low-quality pans at home ...

Yes Luysia, this is it!
Only mine is red by 26 cm

And I already forgot that I once opened this topic
Now I will transfer my review here.
_____________

And finally a year has passed!
The frying pan is like new, in excellent condition, nothing sticks.
But only one thing - when buying Cuckoos, I began to fry much less
So maybe my frying pan will go in two years

Oh, I confused a mustache - two - in a year !!!

And what material is it from? Cast aluminum?

The video tells about all the layers, including the fact that it is made of aluminum:

Well, before the set, I bought new vegetable oil for frying.

I haven’t bought "Oleina" for a hundred years, but here I was tempted to advertise that this oil with vegetable (vegetable) beta-carotene to get a golden brown crust. I do not know how it will be with the crust, but the color of this oil is bright orange. I would like to hope that without dyes.

So today super tests and pans and oils.
julifera
Luysia - super, finally!
And she wrote that she was going to order green
I threw out my box, but there are no signs on the bottom - is there an induction sign or not?
And then they wrote on the site that there is no, but on the photo I see some kind of icon similar ...

The green one had to wait, but this one was the only one. Koreans celebrate New Year! They also promise new ones, with even more "cool" coverage and how beautiful they are.

julifera, on the box by icons:
for gas stoves Frying pans Brener (ceramic coating using Neoflam technology, Germany),

glass ceramic plates Frying pans Brener (ceramic coating using Neoflam technology, Germany)

electric stoves Frying pans Brener (ceramic coating using Neoflam technology, Germany),

dishwasher safe.

Frying pans Brener (ceramic coating using Neoflam technology, Germany) - there is no such icon for induction cookers.

This means that this frying pan is not suitable for them.

Unambiguously not suitable for induction! If the cookware is aluminum then a steel disc must be pressed into the bottom, which is magnetized.
julifera
Luysia and sazalexter - thanks for the detailed explanations, I am completely green in this matter, I will move from gas to electricity.
Along the way, I confused the glass-ceramic icon with induction
It seemed to me that now all that glass-ceramics are all induction stoves, they seem to be the most economical and heating well ...
If I buy a sretsdisk, it's a pity to lose such a skvorodisk.
True, I'm afraid that with the disc the stove will turn into an ordinary stove, warming the surrounding air and eating up a bunch of energy ...
Luysia
Fried potatoes. Very little oil. Interestingly, the surface is so slippery. I'm happy so far.

And if it does not peel off in the near future, it will be absolutely super. Although the julifera not peeled off, and what am I worse?

Thank you, IRR!

These pans have no lids, but lids can be purchased separately. I didn't need it, the glass lid from the Biol's frying pan (the one that my husband ruined for me) was perfect. I have already tried to fry the egg without oil at all, it worked out (Jesse is very pleased with my experiments).

And for pancakes I have a biolovskaya pancake, I'm very happy with it too. It's been almost a year like new, although pancakes are far from every day.

And the new side has high sides, for pancakes it will probably not be very much because of the shape.

If the stove is gas, then maybe square and good. And with electric stoves, the burners are round, a square frying pan will not fit.

I'm here Lenu07 at night tortured about her pans ceramic COIN. So, she is sure that the manufacturer is lying a little when he says that metal can be scraped in it ... but how about that with you? Margit?Hey!
Luysia
IRR, I think that it is better for no one to do such experiments, even with inexpensive pans like mine. The toad will strangle if we deliberately grumble. Now there are a lot of wooden and silicone spoons-shovels.

The booklet for my Rondell grill pan also says "withstands metal kitchen objects".
But I also use wood and silicone with it.

IRR , did not see your message, sorry for the late reply
I use metal spoons, but I don't use forks or knives. And why? And I didn't use forks and knives in ordinary pans, and even more so. True, once I caught my husband with a frying pan and a fork in his hands - he was eating fried potatoes. She took it away, put his favorite potato on a plate, let him learn to culture.
I really like the frying pan, I want to get a ladle and another round ... Oh, if they were a little cheaper ...
straus
I got a frying pan and a stewpan with ceramic coating and silicone handles. Can you please tell me if you can put it in the oven? With silicone handles nothing will happen ??? It's just that the instructions don't say anything like that.
straus
All! I figured it out myself! These silicone frying pan grips are no good. I began to fry potatoes over medium heat (frying pan 26 cm), and the handle at the bottom turned black at the bottom and the coating began to fall off. I don't know, maybe the fire hit her, but before that I had a 24cm frying pan. (from another company), and there were no such problems! Conclusion - the handle is not of high quality, not heat-resistant, not for fire. Maybe by email. slabs everything will be OK.

I understand that I am writing on the wrong topic, but after all, the conversation is about pans with ceramic coating. Tell me if there are owners of Delimano Ceramic pans here? These are Frying pans Brener (ceramic coating using Neoflam technology, Germany)

Tell me, do they cost that kind of money, or can you find something cheaper and better?
Leska
Frying pan, but true Bergner (Korea) with the same characteristics as the Brener with ceramic coating

Leska, are you satisfied with these pans? Today I saw a black one in the store. At the bottom it says made in Korea, but it seems that Bergner is German. And the price is reasonable. Diameter 26 with a lid 1500 rubles. Share your opinion

kirch, while I'm very happy (at the bottom it says that it was made in Korea), but I only baked pancakes, protein omelets on it and once fried potatoes and meat (my main consumer of fried is still absent). After cooking, the pan did not even have to be washed - but just in case, I wiped the boom. towel.

Thank you, Lesechka. We love everything fried. I will probably buy it.

Good day! Yes, I use a frying pan from the Lomonosov plant. I use it recently. I can say that the pan is good. Only the handles of the frying pan are not made for my stove (I have gas burners). The handles are rubberized, pleasant to the touch, but from below near the fire they "burned" a little, melted a little. That is, as I understood, these pans with such handles are for modern stoves "without fire", although the label says that you can use gas stoves. I use it for about a month. I like the coating itself, everything turns out with a "crust". But all the same, I add a little oil, otherwise it turned out somehow dry.
Solo_A
straus, thanks for the quick and detailed answer. We will take.

Forgive me for not being in the subject, but I also don't know where you can find out the opinion of those who used the tescoma frying pan with a ceramic coating. I bought it the other day. Before that, I read good reviews about this company. And today I read that since 2005 the quality of the goods has deteriorated and 100% China.

The service life of such pans is up to six months with active use and a year (in rare cases, two years) - with infrequent use
Sofa
Is it really that with a warranty period of 12 months, and the price, say, is not a very short service life, so small?

My Brener went on gas for a year - like new, but I took care of her:

- pancakes rarely baked,
- cold water for extinguishing - never poured anything in it, only boiling water!

Usually these two points have a bad effect on such coverage.

Then, in February of this year, I entered the moving-repair mode and cooked only in cartoons and pressure cookers, so that was the end of my testing, I moved from gas to electric, and this frying pan, alas, does not work on induction.

Leska And I also have the same frying pan, one to one, only light green. She served less than a week, now you can only extinguish in it, everything sticks. She left for work, and at home in it, to celebrate, they decided to fry potatoes, well, the potatoes were burnt and can be seen immediately from the pan. It is visually covered with spots darker than the main background, if you look closely, it does not immediately catch your eye. But in these places it began to stick. For neat use.

Well, what to do if they burned it. Now I'm afraid to buy something expensive, I bought it for 350 r, if I don't mind burning. And she hid her new one. Without me, they even baked bread with a paper clip, stripped a spatula for rye bread, although the bowl itself did not suffer. Do you think it is no longer possible to knead it, not a harmful coating?
