Spicy flip-flop pie with pears

Ingredients

Butter 130 g
Flour 210 g
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 125 ml
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Ginger hammer. 2 tsp
Carnation hammer. 1/2 tsp
Black hammer. pepper 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Pear (conference) 3 pcs.
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Pour 2 tbsp into a teflon-coated mold. l. sugar, put 3 pieces of plums on top. butter (15-20g) put in a warm oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cut the pears in half ... core with an ice cream spoon (or regular), cut into 1-1.5 cm oblong slices.

  • Put the dough on the pears, smooth, bake in the oven at 180 gr. min 30-40.

The pie turned out to be very tender, spicy, fragrant, my homemade was just crazy ... and the smell was on the whole staircase ... mmmmmm We ate it that evening, they didn't even leave it for breakfast
