Ingredients

Pangasius fillet 2 pieces
Seasoning for fish

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet in portions, add seasoning and mix. Leave to marinate for about 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Place fillet portions on the top wire rack of the Airfryer. I cooked for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 * C.
  • P.S. The pieces of course stuck to the grate, but that was the only inconvenience

I didn't cook the fish, but the cutlets stick the same and I cut the onions into disks and put them on the discs, the cutlets don't stick anything, maybe it's suitable for fish
