Carrot grandma

Ingredients

wheat flour 350 - 400 g
peeled carrots 150 g
butter 75 g
sugar 120 g
eggs 2 pcs
milk 60 g
fresh yeast 12 g
salt 1/2 tsp
lemon zest with 1/2 pc
vanilla sugar 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • Add yeast to warm milk, 1 tsp. sugar and 50 g flour. Put the dough for 30 minutes. for lifting.
  • In the meantime, grate the raw carrots on a fine grater (ideally, it should be rubbed in mashed potatoes - I grated it with a grater attachment to the Mulinex meat grinder, it turned out almost puree). Beat eggs lightly with a mixer with sugar until dissolved. Rub the zest over half the lemon.
  • When the dough comes up, put beaten eggs with sugar, carrots, softened plums in the HP. butter, all the flour, dough, salt, zest. vanilla sugar and turn on the DOUGH program. At the end of the program, place the dough in a mold on parchment paper (or in a silicone mold) and place in a warm place to rise twice.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 * and bake the grandma until tender.
  • Granny got fluffy, but at the same time a little moist like a cake with a light citrus aroma. Nobody knew about the presence of carrots in it.
  • On the second day, very good. looks like cake!

csv, in my HP TEST something lasts a little over an hour. Timing is not that important. Cook in your own way. At the end, there will definitely be a warm-up, including shifting. The main thing is that there should be 2 proofers: one in the HP, and the second in the form. Be sure to let the pan rise well and bake in the hot oven. Good luck!

I don't really understand how much flour is needed, and what kind of dough should be? When kneading, I added a lot of flour, because I was afraid to move away from the bun, the recipe does not indicate anything about this. I baked it, haven't tried it yet, but it looks beautiful

There shouldn't be much flour. The dough turns out to be thick and sticky, but not at all bready with a bun. It's a grandmother.
