Rhubarb pie

Ingredients

flour 400
milk 125 ml
fresh yeast 40 g
sugar 100
margarine 150
salt 5 g
zest of one lemon
rhubarb 1.5KG
eggs 4 things
sour cream 200 g
cream 200 g
sugar 200 g

Cooking method

  • Make yeast dough from flour, milk, yeast, the first portion of sugar and margarine. I made the main dough on the program. Add salt and zest there.
  • While the dough is cooking, peel and cut the rhubarb into small, even pieces.
  • Break the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, cream and a second portion of sugar. We mix.
  • Roll out the dough to the size of the baking sheet. We cover it with baking paper. We spread the dough on it and bend the edges high. Pierce the surface of the dough with a fork.
  • Put rhubarb on the dough. Fill with egg glaze.
  • We bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
  • You can sprinkle sugar on the finished cake.
