Ingredients

Fresh pineapple (weighing 1.5 kg) 1 PC.
Coconut milk 17% fat 400 ml
Sugar taste

Cooking method

  • And now I'm making ice cream out of everything
  • Of the quick recipes, I liked this one:

  • Peel the pineapple, cut into cubes and mash with a blender.
  • Whisk pineapple puree with coconut milk and sugar.
  • Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream maker and after a while enjoy a delicious dessert.
