I came with a report!
Thank you girls and thanks to the forum! Thanks to the ladies, I already bought a bakery and an oven, a multicooker and even a mop and a vacuum cleaner! Men's forums are resting. Only here really advice "experienced" about the house from A to Z.
I ordered izidri vchker in the evening, they brought it today at 8 am without a preliminary call. Set of izya + 3 pallets + 5 nets + 5 pieces for pastila = 17 tr. Plus, I also ordered VACS vacuum caps.
I will attach a photo. I guessed about drying marshmallows, when a Kolomenskaya fig (marshmallow) appeared in the store, rolled into tubes, having unwrapped the tube, I guessed that this was a segment of the dryer circle. Since my drying was barely puffed, I ordered a new one. The plans are huge.
I went to the store and watched the dried berries how much they sold and how they looked. There were a million questions, even though there were 3 brochures included with the dryer.

Ladies, will you throw slippers on me if I ask questions?
I read about blanching berries before drying (such as cherries, blueberries, blueberries, lingonberries). It is also recommended to dip it in lemon juice or syrup.
I realized that the carve-up goes into 2 types: dried and dried.
1. Are Apricots and Grapes (dried apricots, raisins) dried or dried? This is what I buy soft on the market, not like a crouton. I just somehow dried it and then the apricot became like a stone, it did not soak in water to the end, and I gave up this venture and eat what was purchased. And if you dry it in what to store? My purchased dried apricots are growing moldy in my closet. I store it in the refrigerator in a bank on the recommendation of the seller.
2. Cranberries and cherries are dried or dried. In the store, it is soft in a bag.
3. Should bananas and pineapples in lemon juice be kept to be beautiful?
4. How to store fruit preparations in the apartment (container)? Plastic containers or bags?
I ask, because I have an interesting microclimate here, everything grows moldy and germinates in an instant!
5. In some recipes, apple or berry marshmallow is not boiled before drying. Does this affect shelf life and quality?

And congratulations on your purchase !!! A good choice!!!

I read the whole topic about dryers, but I still could not find information and reviews about the dryer, or rather about the Lequip D-Cube LD-9013 dehydrator. At a cost it is the same as Isidri, can anyone have it? It is more modern and more functions: timer and temperature controller.

According to the description, appearance, functions, the dryer is more suitable for this:

I watched a video on the Internet: no noise, generous drying and electricity seems to take a little.
But I still wanted to hear feedback from girls

What's the difference in this situation?
I have both an Isidri dryer and a Oursson dehydrator dryer - both do an excellent job of drying fruits and berries, and even meat

But I still wanted to hear the girls' reviews - well, there may be no reviews
Sikorka
Mila1, Thank you. I will try
Made bananas. Dried for 2 hours on high, 8-9 hours on medium.
Bottom line: Delicious! But! the lower ones are drier than the upper ones, maybe they need to be rearranged in the process? And probably it's not dried. Some are flexible, some are completely dry.

WHAT IS A DEGYDRATOR?
FROM dehydrator removes moisture from food, while the beneficial and taste properties of vegetables, fruits and herbs are not lost, while the shelf life of food increases. In fact, a dehydrator is capable of making dried fruits out of ordinary fruits. "De" is a particle of negation, "hydra" is water. It turns out “dehydration", - the essence of dehydration, which is based on the constant blowing of products with a warm air stream. This process takes some time, but the result will be worth it.

By removing moisture from food, you thereby inhibit the growth of food bacteria, and the shelf life of food increases many times. Moreover, it is very easy to store dehydrated foods. To further increase the shelf life of vegetables, fruits and other products dried in a dehydrator, they are additionally vacuum packed. Such food will take up less space in your kitchen, it will be lighter and more compact.

The electricity consumption of the dehydrator is very low, several times less than that of other heating electrical appliances, such as a stove. Having such a unit at home is very profitable, since you can buy a wholesale batch of vegetables and fruits for the season, and prepare them for the whole year, without consuming a large amount of electricity.

A dehydrator, in essence, is an electric dryer!
read the comment under the video about L`equip

And you also need to know how to dry in a dehydrator dryer! On the forum we have collected enough information and our own experience, recipes, where we give advice on "how to properly dry vegetables and fruits" and save them!

Therefore, please: do not drag any nonsense to the forum, especially without proof, but at the level of blah-blah-blah
Clay
Why so abruptly? That you can't even ask for feedback and advice? Why at the blah level
Many dryers were discussed in the topic, but this one is not, so I asked about if someone has it and how it works what features it has

1 and 2 do not matter - as you like and familiar. The main thing is the set of functions and the quality of the dryers themselves, compliance with the requirements
3 - 3 positions of temperature 35-50-60 are enough. But having a smooth temperature regulator with a long take-off is also good.

My Orson dryer has t * 70, but I don't use it - it's too hot for drying vegetables.

Many dryers have been discussed in the topic, but this one is not.
all electric dryers work according to the same principle = heating + blowing, at least from where hot air is blowing, at any form of trays, at least some structure of the tray - a simple tray (albeit sometimes with a hole in the middle) or eattray

best to dry at a higher t, otherwise why waste email. energy for the fan - you can dry it in the breeze

Quote: Admin
"Dehydration" is the essence of dehydration

moreover, you can dehydrate in different ways - * convection * electric dryers, where there is blowing air of different t, these are all our discussed electric dryers here

* infrared * electric dryers, wherever just heating and the food heats up and the moisture evaporates

there is no uniqueness here, at all times vegetables, fruits, berries were dried in the sun and on the stove, or in ovens

even there is cold dehydration - we can see this in our freezers, frost and snow in frozen foods, moisture is released, we don't need it here

freeze, once for treatment - certainly all useful properties will be preserved, and it is cheaper than drying

and your dryer is quite worthy, berries of this type simply dry for a long time, the skin is dense, grapes, for example, whole, without cutting in half - dries up to 3 days - raisins, halved - up to one and a half days
Mirabel
Tatyana, Thank you so much!
I read that it seems that if the heater is from below, can juice from the products drip on it? or does it not always happen?
aa here's another question, in my opinion rectangular dryers are more bulky. Truth?
Admin
All these "read" is not true

The shape of the dryer is a matter of taste! How many people - so many opinions, and each one evaluates the device in his own way
I have two of them, a round isidri and a rectangular orson - both are happy

They wrote a hundred times already, including me - JUICE DOES NOT DRIP ON THE HEATER !!!!!!!! There is a hole in the center of the pallets and the base itself with a fan.

And it is always and periodically necessary to clean and wash the device itself in the place of the fan, crumbs often get there from the air stream - but at the bottom at the very bottom there are holes from which they fall onto the table.
The fan at the top is not a guarantee that the air will not carry crumbs and debris upward and will not spit with marshmallow
Mirabel
All clear! Thank you.

So I became the owner of Isidri Ultra. I have been reading this thread for more than a year, but I still wanted to save money and buy something cheaper. For reasons of economy, I bought a Rotor-Diva dryer, with five pallets. But ... I suffered with her last season and abandoned it. Cons: no additional pallets, no trays for pastille and nets, you have to come up with something from the materials at hand. Small holes in the grates! I used to think that this is a plus, you can dry berries and other trifles. But I was wrong, because it took me almost three hours to clean and wash these gratings after each use! Leaves, juice, etc. get stuck in small holes, and then it is impossible to wash it all out of there even with a jet under pressure. We had to clean each hole SEPARATELY with a toothbrush ... Well, and one more minus - it is necessary to rearrange the pallets, otherwise it burns below, and everything is damp above.

I have not yet met Isidri closely, but trays, pallets and so on are much easier to wash with her !!! While I have it in the basic configuration, I bought it via the Internet, for an action, thanks to which I received not 1 mesh and one pallet for marshmallow, but a complete set of 5 nets and 5 pallets. The drying time is not yet very consistent with that indicated in the book. I put the strawberry marshmallow to dry (for density, the pulp of baked zucchini was added to it) at a temperature of 55 degrees at about seven in the evening. Now, at nine o'clock in the morning, it is still not dry. I added the temperature to the maximum. I hope it will be dry at least by lunchtime. There is another pot of strawberry puree in the fridge! Irga, raspberries, gooseberries, yellow plums, ranetka and all sorts of currants on the way. And a bunch of zucchini and, I hope, pumpkins and melons. So, it feels like five floors won't be enough for me.

The drying time is not yet very consistent with that indicated in the book.

And it will not match! There is a specific time for each individual. It depends on the sweetness, the density of the fruit, and so on ... focus directly on the desire for fruit readiness, not the instructions.

Read our drying practices, they have all been tested in practice. Use our recipes CONTENTS OF THE SECTION "RECIPES FOR ELECTRIC DRYER"

It was your recipes that prompted me to the dryer, it's a pity that I lost the whole season with the Rotor. As a result, I came to the conclusion that the Rotor works fine without pallets, just as a heater

a pity that I lost the whole season with Rotor. As a result, I came to the conclusion that the Rotor works fine without pallets, just as a heater
having 2 rotors, I can say - the dryer is excellent, spacious, powerful, pallets with rather small perforations, which is a big plus, a finer mesh is rarely needed, I put a mesh for ironing under finely cut vegetables = so that dried very small caps, carrots, beets in garbage did not turn

and the rotor without pallets heats the room a little, since the air does not have time to warm up, if the pallets are removed, and the wind is not at all warm

there are special devices for heating the room

I also have a dry windy M5 - good for drying, and a travola wardrobe, there is something to compare

and Rotors dry perfectly at once large - I pile chopped apples on a full pallet, so do onions, beets, carrots, cabbage in slices

the pallets are washed perfectly, after each drying of non-juicy fruits and vegetables it is not at all necessary to wash them, I don’t dry them with twigs, high-quality berries-fruits-vegetables are used for drying

but the fact that the lower tray dries faster is a small problem, they removed it, let the rest dry, something can burn there only through an oversight, but any dryer requires a look
Anastasiay
I have the usual "Breeze". I have been using it for several years. I dry everything: vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and even meat.

Fu, they reassured: friends: Otherwise I just bought the Rotor-Diva, put it in to dry, it dries well. And the cost is attractive compared to Isidri. Therefore, there was such a choice.
Sikorka
Girls, I read, but I don’t understand. Is a square dehydrator like Sedona or Excalibur better than Isidri? I've appreciated the square shape and temperature range, the pallets are comfortable, for example, a timer. I read that in Isidri the berries do not sour so much during drying, since the air escapes through the top and you can remove the lid.

Dehydrator square type Sedona or Excalibur in comparison with Isidri better?
no better and no worse
and plus these three dryers = uniform airflow at all levels at once, either vertical or horizontal
their prices, of course, are not available to everyone ...
and dries that 30 thousandth, that 3 thousandth dryer with the same flow of heated air

there are a lot of cheaper analogs

and where do they turn sour? in my travola, in the closet, it does not sour, although very wet berries do not dry - the game is not worth it
Sikorka
IrshaThe fact is that a Sedona-type dehydrator is completely different compared to Isidri. I don’t understand if there is a significant difference in application.
And I have not yet found the sheets for the pastille for the sedona which are needed: there is white silicone, brown teflon or green. Which is the best of them? And how without a side?

I also figured out that I need 3-4 kg of berries to turn into marshmallows on 10 pallets, but how?
Irgata

a Sedona-type dehydrator is completely different from Isidri.
but what is there really something completely different? fan on the back, not on the bottom
Quote: Sikorka
brown teflon
I use Teflon in the grass, the sides are not needed, the layer is thin, the pastille should not be liquid before drying, otherwise how long will it take to dry

I pampered with marshmallow for one season - it is expensive for electricity, I feel sorry for a berry like Victoria to heat it somehow, such a treasure and cook

I dry and wither (I have all 3 modifications of dryers: vertical dryers - with simple trays and with edged ones, and a travola cabinet

everything within up to 3 thousand rubles, dried
Quote: Sikorka
how is there?
Yul, that's why they describe everything in detail for drying all kinds of deffchat
Sikorka
Irsha, Wow how much technique do you have

I can't dry it at all, my main berry is blueberries, and apple marshmallow (from baked apples). I dig all the time and look for the most comfortable position.
It’s uncomfortable for me to watch her, I bought a timer and it’s not that. I did not appreciate the pallets with a hole either, and I have 500 izidri, there either 30 degrees or 55 when drying, 30 sour, 55 dries up. Do not throw slippers at me for my predictions, if I am so clumsy
Just looking for the ideal ...
Admin

You need to get used to any dryer, understand it and adapt - to any one!
Ideal and to include, and then she will cope herself - there will be no!
Everywhere you need to track the temperature and time - this largely depends not on the dryer itself, but on the product, vegetables and fruits - they can be of different consistency, drier, thinner, harder, mature-overripe, and so on, and this requires adjust the dryer modes.
A sweet fruit will take longer to dry because it contains a lot of sugar.
Mushrooms dry in a few hours, there is no sugar in them, and the structure of the pulp is as follows.

Only our observations of the properties of products and the operation of the dryer will help us prepare a quality product - there will be no ideal
Irgata
this should be hung over each topic about different dryers

Admin

It is useless to hang banners of such content, they will still look for the ideal "I pressed the button, and then let her think for me"
Sikorka
Yes, that's not the point. It's just that instead of 500 I had to take 1000 Isidri's model, the temperature range there is different. And then I thought, why not a sedona-type dehydrator?
While I was looking for a multicooker, I rejected everything, until I discovered Stebu for myself.
Basically, people are guided by the price, and I by convenience.
When one craftswoman advised me to bake, she said the following phrase: "Take THIS - this is a Mercedes among bread makers."
Here I am in the kitchen and drive a Mercedes. I am looking for a convenient model of any device.
Admin

Julia, each of us has our own Mercedes in the kitchen and at home
What suits one person is absolutely unnecessary for another.

range from 35 to 65 ° C. for 1000 and 35-60 for 500

and then - it did not burn, of course, but dried up to rustle and acquired a pleasant smell - such a quarter ready cabbage, and well-dried onions generally smell awesomely delicious, my friend's husband gnaws at him like chips while he is hot on trays
