Now about the work. I loaded the same products into both dryers: apricots on the 1st tier, halves. Didn't blanch, pricked the skin with a toothpick. On the 2nd and 3rd - half drain. Blanched in water with soda. 4th tier - pear slices, 5th - melon slices and 6th - flat peaches. Pears dried in 7 hours, melon in 8-9 hours. Peaches and plums in 10-11 hours. The apricots were dried the longest, next time I will blanch. I had a task to make dried fruits without using sugar, so that a baby (1.5 years old) could cook compotes and add them to cereals in winter. We liked both dryers. In Veterka, the outlet temperature is slightly lower than in Sukhovoya, but it seems to me that this is due to the fact that the airflow area in Veterka is larger. Now I'm waiting for autumn to dry apples and pears.
