Recipe

In a saucepan, mix honey, sugar and cocoa, put on low heat.When the mass boils, add citric acid and cook for 10 minutes. Add the nuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly so as not to burn. Remove from heat, stir in butter.
Then everything is very fast if you have brown silicone molds for sweets. We spread the resulting mass into molds, trying to scoop up from the bottom and sides - it cools down and caramelizes faster there, and the nuts can also float up, and at the end there will be one caramel in the candies. We put the molds in the refrigerator until they cool completely.
If there are no molds, we leave the mass until it cools well, but it will still be plastic. Roll up candy balls, put on baking paper on a baking sheet and freeze in the refrigerator. If the mass was too warm, the balls will turn into cakes in the refrigerator ...
We take out the finished candies from the refrigerator. You can dip them in chocolate (melt the chocolate in a water bath), so they keep their shape better. I haven't been dipping lately - they are eaten too quickly
