Ingredients

Trout 1 PC
Lemon 1 PC
Carrot 2-3 pcs
Celery stalks 3-4 pcs
Seasonings, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the trout into pieces, or take a whole one (if desired), sprinkle with seasonings, salt, pour with lemon juice and leave for half an hour.
  • I put mugs of lemon in the baking sleeve, on them pieces of fish, sprinkle with chopped carrots, celery. Vegetables can be used as desired. Close the sleeve, make several holes. Bake in the oven at 200 * C 40-50 min
