oh girls sharing my favorite recipe for whey pancakes. I give three options: bake right away, make dough and bake after, dough with the addition of other flour (corn / oatmeal / buckwheat to choose from)
main dough:
for 1 egg C-1 goes: 0.5 liters of whey (it is better if it is slightly warmed up in a microwave oven), 1-2-3 tsp. sugar (to taste), 1/2 tsp. coarse salt, 9 full tablespoons flour or 2 cups.
mix the dough. if we bake right away, then add 1 tsp. baking powder. mix well. if thick (depending on the flour), then just dilute with water. before baking, add another 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil.

pancake dough always gets better if it stands for at least 30 minutes. I make sometimes from evening to morning, and sometimes from morning for the whole day. but then baking powder and rust. add oil directly 20 minutes before baking. it should be noted that the longer the dough stands, the thicker it becomes. I bake such pancakes constantly for many years. These pancakes are soft, not very porous, but not tart, one might say airy. medium in thickness: neither thin nor thick. after baking, I always coat each one with butter. But I learned to bake thin pancakes only upon arrival at the site.
