Girls, my husband asks to cook ... oh, if I knew what))) I saw it in my tape, now I can't find it. He took out all my brains)))
Puff pastry, cut into squares. Inside the cheese (think in a grater), make a bag, tie or wrap bacon and (attention !!!)))) fry in a pan))) Until it came to the pan, I still imagined what he wanted, but with a pan at all I'm not guided)))
Ikra
celfh, where did he unearth such exotic things? How will you specify the methodology, tell me necessarily, very interesting!

I am looking for something else similar - sweet, on rye flour (or with a predominance). Preferably with soda, but you can also use yeast

Irishaand in in this topic have not looked?

And highly recommend unless of course I have tried it yet, but if I have tried it, then I just remind apple pie on rye flour !!!

In general, there are so many tasty things made from rye flour, including sweet ones, you can bake it, just uuuuhhhh !!!

My eaters are very fond of rye baked goods ...
Mandraik Ludmila
IvaNova, I am the same lover of rye flour, so for myself I changed the recipe for oatmeal cookies, from our forum, to rye flour

SOFT OAT COOKIES
300 ml rolled oats
50g plums. oils
100g sour cream
1 egg
50 g sugar
2-3 st. l. hw. flour
soda 0.5 tsp.
raisins, cinnamon
Grind the oatmeal, then add melted butter and leave for half an hour.
Beat the egg with sugar, in principle, you can mix with a fork.
Mix rolled oats with sour cream and egg with sugar.
Add flour and baking soda, add raisins, cinnamon, vanillin. Mix well. Place on a baking sheet with an ice cream spoon. Bake.

Girls, if anyone knows, please tell me the recipe for the cookies that are prepared in this video. I really want to cook such cookies
Olga VB
Air, Nina, for such professional commercials, which are sometimes filmed for several hours one after another under red-hot spotlights, no one bakes real cakes. Most likely it is a colored foam at the base, and any plastic mass on top.
So you can safely take the recipe for any proven biscuit or shortbread cake and your favorite recipe for cream or fondant that keeps its shape well, and you will be happy!
Air
Olga VB, Olga, thank you for responding so quickly)
I, of course, do not want dyed polystyrene, but cookies that would look like this)))
Most likely, the bottom will be something like a shortbread cake, but what is on top is not clear to me. I guess I'm not that good at cooking yet.

Looking for a recipe or just some advice. I bought pink salmon, I will steam it. With what to combine it well, so that it is not bland and not greasy? Citrus fruits I can’t, mayonnaise, cream I can’t. Nothing else comes to mind, except for a tomato. Just fish and rice are boring.

Carrots in slices, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms ..- all not in small pieces .. cabbage for inflorescences .. so more vitamins will be preserved, suitable both as a hot salad and as a side dish.
Tanya-Fanya
Chamomile1, pink salmon is not at all a fatty fish, rather rather dry.
Therefore, I cook Her on steam without anything at all. It turns out steamed tender meat. And to her for a side dish already take what you like, for example, rice in the form of vegetable pilaf or just a vegetable salad. Somehow in a double boiler for my taste any fish is self-sufficient, does not even require salt.
BlackHairedGirl
Chamomile1, Stella's recipe, overcook the onion, to it with apple strips, bell pepper, stew everything. Put on the fish, grind with cheese on top, and bake in the oven.
Mandraik Ludmila
Chamomile1, Olga, there used to be a site and was called "from pink salmon". The author's site, there were dishes from pink salmon, described by a woman who had sailed on ships-fish factories for many years. Unfortunately, now I could not find it, but I saved the recipes I liked. Here are a couple, in my opinion, the most successful.

Zucchini stuffed with rice and pink salmon:
For 4 servings you will need:
1 medium zucchini up to 30 centimeters long
300 grams of fresh pink salmon
1 medium-sized onion
2 tablespoons topped with boiled rice
½ teaspoon salt
1 small jar of mayonnaise, about 200 grams
50 grams of hard cheese
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Remove the rind from the zucchini with a thin knife and cut into 8 circles, about 2-3 centimeters thick.
Remove the core. You should have stable rings, hollow inside.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Spread the zucchini rings on top of the breadcrumbs at an equal distance.
Finely chop the fish and peeled onions, add boiled rice, salt and mix well.
Fill the zucchini cavities with the filling, tamp well. If the filling remains, then put a little more on top of the zucchini, distributing it in an even layer.
Cut the cheese into thin plastics.
Brush the zucchini with a thin layer of mayonnaise, and cover with cheese plastics.
Place a baking sheet with stuffed zucchini in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the finished zucchini from the oven, cool slightly without removing from the baking sheet. Then spread out 2 mugs per serving, garnish with herbs.

PINK ROLLS WITH ZOOBIES
For 2 servings you will need:
350 grams of pink salmon fillet on the skin
1 zucchini squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt

Cut the pink salmon fillet into 4 long pieces.
Cut the zucchini into very thin slices in length. It is advisable to use a special grater.
Salmon fillet with salt and spices
Gently wrap each piece of pink salmon with 2-3 layers of zucchini strips.
Grease a baking dish with oil.
Place the zucchini fish tightly into the mold.
Sprinkle with the remaining spices
Cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Then remove the foil.
Leave the fish dish in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Mandraik Ludmila, we are probably talking about Oksana Putan, her book "Unusual pink salmon" came to mind.

IvaNova, I laid out a recipe for a very tasty pie with jam and rye flour.
Ie.the recipe says that wheat flour is taken, but you can replace half of the flour with rye ... "Tea-Plum Pie"
To be honest ~ I take 2/3 rye and 1/3 wheat plus jam and tea. Plus it's baking soda. Most often, they began to bake it in small Panasik. My husband adores him. And other biscuits and other pies ... do not eat!
Look ~ suddenly like it?)

marina-mm, MarinaPerhaps, to be honest, I didn’t remember the name of the author, I thought that the site was so wonderful and wouldn’t go anywhere, but here you go, you disappeared ... it's a shame, there were very good advice in general about the peculiarities of cooking pink salmon. After all, it is known that pink salmon is rather dry in ordinary preparation. And advice on choosing canned fish in the store by labeling, she gave the timing of the seasons for catching pink salmon, unfortunately I did not save this information.
IvaNova
mamusi, also with ginger! Also for jam!

AAA, girls, already broke my head! I'm already angry with myself Tell me, please, I can't figure out something myself. I just want to bake a gata. The recipe for the dough has not yet decided what) we have Omela recipes and a celfh recipe on the forum, I have not yet decided which option to take as a basis. I got stupid because of the filling. I want to make the filling from cottage cheese with raisins. But I can't figure out how to do it! Maybe cottage cheese, an egg, a little sour cream, vanillin and sugar? then smear on the dough? Then in what proportions to take all this ?? Or maybe take a variant of such a filling from some other recipe ?? Or maybe I'm in vain inventing and we already have such a recipe on the forum, only it's not called gata, but some rolls, for example ?? Save, help ...

Girls, what interesting can you cook with turkey necks?

What if you just boil and fry?

It is possible with something)) ... but with what?

In addition to onions, nothing is invented ...

I rarely buy bird necks, hence the stupid question ...

Girls! more recently, mushroom soups have been discussed. Several interesting recipes were posted on Sra3u. Can anyone save them? one and 3 of them, in my opinion, with processed curds was and some other.
I love this kind of mushroom soup - 0.3 kg of coarsely chopped oyster mushrooms (or other mushrooms), 1 small Bulgarian pepper, 2 chicken thighs, 1 scoop of processed cheese, Friendship, Vitako, salt, spices, herbs. Very tasty and simple! They also make it with noodles, potatoes, vegetables, canned fish, meat, etc.
I tried it with several types of cheese, I liked it only with the Vitako brand, they are different in taste, for example, the classic Druzhba:

And there is a hole in the old woman. Not only did she put buckwheat into the multicooker without a bowl, then shake it out as best she could, but she didn’t shake it out to the end, but instead of a 1/2 ratio, I did 1/4.Now in front of me is a messy mess. Nobody eats buckwheat in this form in the house. There are no chickens, the dog is on dog food. What can be done? Casserole, dough ... sorry to throw away. The porridge is not salty.

So we have breakfast: unsalted porridge, green tea leaves.

She set the new porridge to cook. What to do with this?))))

Casserole with liver,
And so. Or all together. At the master class, we did a "nanny" - there is buckwheat, all kinds of offal, finely chopped meat, and minced meat. Of course, the stomach is also needed there as a shell, but I also did it simply, like "meat bread" - a very tasty story. Buckwheat strongly decorates any meat dish.
Tanya-Fanya
We love mushroom puree soup with buckwheat.
Brew as usual. Broken Buckwheat gives a brown color as if from young Polish porcini mushrooms, and even enhances the mushroom flavor.

Probably my question is not quite on this topic.

Tell me, there is a lot of buckwheat (on my scale) - what is the best way to store it for a long time?
Before this batch, I had buckwheat for a year, probably in an ordinary bag from the store, and it came out as a result. So I'm thinking now where to pour fresh. I poured it into a glass bottle, but I think that it will crack there too.

Irgata
Taya, warm up the cereal - oven, princess - and pour it into a cloth bag - it will definitely not suffocate
$ vetLana
Taia, I found out on the internet, so that the food moth does not start, you need to boil a tissue bag in salt water. Maybe this advice will come in handy
Taia
Thank you, I also thought it was better in a cloth bag.
Is the rice choking too? Is it in a cloth bag too? I also have a lot of it ...
Mandraik Ludmila
Taya, can be poured into paper from under sugar - universal bags, I never throw them away, I store dried apples, berries, pumpkin, mushrooms, all my teas and herbs in them. I do not store cereals for a long time, I do not have large reserves, although we eat cereals every day, therefore I store them in plastic milk bottles.
