Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

Butter (or margarine) 250 g
Oatmeal flakes for cooking (extra grind or grind yourself) 2 glasses
Sugar 100 g
Eggs (C0) 1 PC.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Yogurt (Danone curd) 125 g
Wheat flour 1 glass
Baking powder 10 g
Raisins, nuts optional

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and pour the oatmeal hot. Leave for half an hour until it swells and cools.
  • Beat the egg with sugar and a spoonful of honey (about five minutes). Add yoghurt, stir. I had Danone curd peach.
  • Combine with oatmeal mixture.
  • Pour in flour, sifted and mixed with baking powder. Stir and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • Spread out on parchment with a tablespoon. I manually rolled the balls and, having flattened, laid them on a baking sheet. The dough is sticky. Furnace at 170 C for 15 minutes.

I did half the rate. There was no yogurt, put the liquid sour cream. I don’t know how to cut an egg in half, I put a whole category C1. The dough turned out to be watery at first, I added a large tablespoon with top of rye flour. I added cinnamon and raisins for an authentic aroma and taste.

Svetlana, baked again according to your recipe, this time with a full portion, the first try was over too quickly. I added a little from myself: a glass of Karelian balsam, for half an hour in liquid sour cream (which instead of yogurt) poured dried apple cake (dried extracts from apple juice) at least 3 tbsp. l., well, as in the previous time rye flour, cinnamon and raisins.
By the way, I have Karelian balsam as a universal additive to almost all baked goods from bread to cookies, it is very fragrant, it contains a good bouquet of herbs and spices - it goes like a perfume and a baking powder.
