Glazed Canadian pork ribs

Ingredients

Pork ribs with meat 2 Kg
Marinade:
Applesauce 100 g
Tomato ketchup 100 g
Brown sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 100 ml
Lemon / lime juice 1/2 pcs. / 1 PC.
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Sweet paprika 1 tsp
Garlic dry powder 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper (from a pinch or more) taste

Cooking method

  • Glazed Canadian pork ribsPrepare ribs. Wash and dry thoroughly. If you need to cut off excess fat. Cut the ribs into 3-4 rib portions or cut one rib at a time. Measure out the ingredients of the marinade.
  • Glazed Canadian pork ribsMix all the ingredients for the marinade in a container. Applesauce can be used for baby food. Add cayenne pepper to taste, from a pinch to 0.5 tsp. Also, the amount of cayenne pepper may depend on its hotness, since it is found in different ways.

  • Serve the Canadian ribs with your favorite side dish or salad, sprinkle with chopped green onions. The ribs are sweet and spicy to taste. Of course, the pungency is all individual, so adjust the pepper to your taste.
