Perhaps there was a power surge, many do not tolerate it well. Disconnect from the network, let it stand, "think". Or the glitch will pass by itself, if everything repeats, bring it to the service.

SOS !!! Ruined the cartoon !? Help with advice: there was a cartoon last night. I put out a chicken in it, and today I wanted to steam cabbage ... I poured a cup of water ... and in the process I DID NOT PUT THE POT, but just poured water. I wiped everything out in the sun to dry. What's next? Carry to the service? I unscrewed the lower bolts, but the bottom did not come off ...
sazalexter
strawberry Firstly, do not panic, and secondly we dry for a long time and preferably with a hairdryer (not a building one !!!!!!!) for reliability (2-3 days then in the shade in a draft) and try to turn it on. If you are afraid then to the service, but this is already for the money.

Yes, and in normal heating we do not turn on, only with cold air !!!
strawberry
UV! Thanks everyone! I'm already drying it cold, I tasted it hot, it smelled of something. I put it on the window to dry. I didn’t get through to any service, so it’s not destiny, and why when we have such revenue !!! Drying with one hand, and flipping through the Temko with the other, and now ... on the previous page I found a story about how it (the cartoon) was washed under the shower! I can't stand it for 2 days. And I still twisted the cogs at the bottom - I wanted to take off the bottom and wipe it. Does it threaten anything? Once I took apart the washing machine Siberia, so a few spare parts remained, but the machine still worked.
sazalexter
Luysia we are in the s / c board after washing the cockroaches, then with alcohol, then we dry when heated. Only without extremism. Hair dryer is very suitable and just on heating
k.alena
Luysia, thanks, very informative. Especially in light of my desire to disassemble everything. I just can't understand why, then, something small and black has been pouring out of the lid near the latch and in the place of its attachment to the case lately. When disassembling the lid, everything is light and the heating element is weak Is it just me, or has anyone also come across it?
strawberry
Luysia! Thanks for the link. Found about the disassembly! I did everything right, I had to pry it through the groove (found) with a screwdriver ... and the bottom would fall off. But I will not do this anymore, I hope that for the first time it was frightened.
sazalexter! Thanks for your recommendations.

strawberry, well, how did the multicooker come to life?
strawberry
Yes!!! Thank you all for the advice. Already cooked soup, and stewed, and milk porridge, and casserole, and today "stewed" apples. Mine didn't want jam, but they ground the stewed ones and didn't notice. Teperb very carefully pouring water
strawberry
I cut the apples into slices, sprinkled with sugar, to taste (I sprinkled it a little), a little water, depending on which apples (hard or soft) the stewing time depends. I turned it off after 25 minutes, it turned out to be too much. If less, then you get strong slices. I think that you can take out a little core from apples, sprinkle with sugar, add lingonberries inside and a little water 1-2 tbsp. spoons, and put the whole ones on the bottom. and for 20-25 minutes. Try what you like best. But strong pears ... yum-yum. The slices are transparent, delicate. We don't mix and they don't boil. Share your experience. I did it for the first time in a cartoon. I think that both cinnamon and vanilla will not be superfluous. It's just a matter of personal preference.
Gubki
Tell me, everyone praises Panas ... and I have read the same drawback more than once in reviews: the coating in the bucket is not strong, they say, after a year of operation, it is already erased or scratched ... tell the experienced owners of this manufacturer's CF like that of you coated in a bucket?
Rina
Gubkialas, we would like to have more durable coatings in saucepans. You need to work in such saucepans either with wooden or silicone spoons and spatulas. Even the "native" plastic spoon that comes with the kit can damage the coating. I have been working with a saucepan for almost a year. There are some scratches, but shallow, rather, grooves in the thickness of the coating.

Now the choice is this - either a rather expensive "cuckoo", which seems to have a good durable coating on a saucepan (look in the corresponding THEME, or budget multicooker, with an inexpensive coating.
For those who live in Russia, this problem can be solved - there is a company that restores kitchen utensils. They replace the non-stick coating for quite reasonable money as far as I know.

And this company works in the glorious city of Tomsk
Even for kuku 1054 does Teflon recovery
Gubki In kuku, the coating also wears off, but only very slowly. The saucepan is thick, stainless steel + aluminum

For a long time I saw messages on the forum on how to clean the bottom of a multicooker (not a saucepan, but a multi cooker itself), but then it was not relevant. Now I looked - I did not find it Tell me - who does how? And then my disc darkened - in general it looks like carbon deposits, but I'm somehow afraid to clean it with carbon removers ... or in vain?

Can be used with melamine sponge or very thin metal wool marked "00"

I tried melamine, but something didn't work out ... probably just didn't dare to rub it harder. Thanks - I'll try!

I bought myself a Panasonic (there was nothing else to choose), and now I think, should I cook in it or not? :) I'm sorry for the saucepan ... I had such a question, I read it in the instructions, you can find out the date of manufacture by the number, etc., etc., I look at my cartoon, there are such numbers-009202, it means what year- 2000? whether? go crazy, will she even work? and in the certificate of conformity that inside the instructions it is written that it is valid until January 2011, and then it turns out they cannot be sold? I mean that I bought it now at a discount for 3000 rubles, that I was upset (((
Rina
Most likely, this is 2009. The technical certificate is issued for several years, then it must be renewed. It does not affect the warranty (if the equipment was purchased during the validity of the certificate). To clarify how old the saucepan is, write which model you have. Panasonic appeared in Ukraine about six years ago and it was the previous model, a new model two or three years ago.
sea39
and what models are they? I have 4.5 liters, TMN-18, under the nickname it is written, so I didn't write right away
Rina
So this is a fresh model. The previous ones were, if I'm not mistaken, TMB.
sea39
again, about the date of manufacture, it is written, look like XXX XXX, where the 1st digit is the year (the last digit is the year number), for example 8-2008,9-2009,10-2010
2nd and 3rd digits: month (numerically), e.g. 01-January, 02-February, 12-December
If I have 009202 written, what does it mean?
I can already hear your exclamations: stop bothering !!!!
Rina
Why is enough? You need to call the service and find out what and how. I found out so much about the microwave. One and the same model, but it turned out that "white" deliveries are only with a certain letter code. All others are "gray".
sea39
what do "white" and "gray" mean?
Rina
"white" delivery is completely legal, the equipment is necessarily subject to warranty service.
"gray" delivery - illegal or semi-legal, warranty service is not guaranteed
sea39
Well, I don’t know, I bought MV for a share for 3000 rubles + 580 rubles for an additional 2 years of warranty from the store, in addition to 1 year of warranty from the factory
sea39
and the last question, should there be a book with recipes? or just an instruction, otherwise they forgot to put the instruction in after the check, otherwise I had to go for it today
Rina
I only had a few basic recipes in the instructions.
Kitty
Girls who recently took a cartoon - did you have a ladle in the package?
I took my mom on Ozone, there was no ladle, and I died on the second switch
The result is a month in the service, I had to take mine to my mother, this one is with me, while it works
Rina
The set included a spoon, a measuring cup, a steam basket.
Kitty
One spoon?
Rina
yes, one spoon that's flat enough.
Kitty
And before there were two, the one that is not now, very comfortable, a ladle
natalka
And before two there weren't. I bought my first Panasonic four years ago. Then, with an interval, mom, son in a hostel, a second one for myself (and the last two are already of a new type), and I also slapped my sister to buy myself and my mother, plus a dozen friends, and no one had a second spoon. Other manufacturers have two spoons each and it is really convenient, but Panasonic has never spoiled its fans with this.
sea39
tell me, I have a valve on the MV, it seems to me, just barely, sometimes you open the lid and the valve jumps off. Is this normal or a marriage?
jasmine-ol
Hello everyone and Happy New Year !!!!
I want to share my find, or better to say, found a way out. No matter how hard I tried to be very careful with the coating of the pan, I still scratched it with the spoon that came with the cartoon. I know that silicone is the most successful and this is a way out - I have already bought it for myself, but ... If you want to use a cartoon spoon, then simply grind its edges! I did it and now she does not scratch anything (but still silicone is cooler, -)
Take a spoon and a towel, preferably linen, folded several times and just rub it on the towel quickly (as if cutting a towel with a spoon), the place where the spoon touches the towel will heat up and grind.

Yes, I forgot to write a question.
After steaming vegetables, the bottom and sides of the saucepan, according to the water level, darkened :-( Is this normal? Or what was I doing wrong? And did I ruin the pan?
Tell me pliz!

The forum has a topic about silicone spoons and spatulas

Very comfortable and successful, they bend very well and keep their shape back, they are not so expensive to have them at home
And no need to ruin the towel ...

Tell me pliz!

This is normal, as acid and coloring matter from vegetables has the ability to stain plastic and metal.

Exit - wash the surfaces of the pan with dishwashing detergent, wipe with lemon juice, baking soda.

There is a warning on this subject in the instructions for my steamer.
sea39
I immediately bought silicone spoons from MV, one with a long handle (metal inside), the second shorter and wider
Girls, well, don't write anything about the valve?
sea39
dear owners of multi Panasonic 18 model, tell me please, I ask again (((, is the "smart" valve firmly attached to the MV lid? when I open the lid, it flies almost all the time, it seems to me that if I steam it, it does not will withstand the pressure of steam and just fly off: cray: How does he behave with other people, unsubscribe, pliz

When I had a new cartoon, the identity fell out and didn't fit tightly, and then everything became normal. it will not fly off during cooking - don't worry about the valve - it's not a pressure cooker!
Rina
Big request 🔗 to the owners of Panasonic:

measure (as accurately as possible) the outer dimensions of the steam baskets: top, bottom, height.

(I was left without a double boiler, I want to try to buy a basket from Panasonic in spare parts and use it in a pressure cooker or a small rice cooker, but I don't want to go to the store in vain either)
Alim
Rina72, catch: in a large mult, height 60mm, diameter 210mm, side diameter 221mm
Measured with a metal ruler

Girls, tell me, maybe someone had or where to run now. everything just turned on the cartoon for the "extinguishing" program - at first she works, and after a couple of minutes the cartoon turned off and that's it, nothing on the screen, does not react to any pressing, and pulled it out of the socket, it also did not help. warranty passed 2 months ago, what to do now (((
sazalexter
milena20111984 Bring it to the service or look for an electronics engineer who is not afraid to disassemble it for diagnostics.
Dana
if you still need, then a double boiler in a small Panasonic:
diameter 195 mm on the upper side
bottom diameter 185 mm
height 60mm
measured with a plastic tape measure.

So yesterday the cartoon worked for me in the mode of extinguishing, making boiled pork. After an hour of operation, all the buttons went out ... By switching on and off the network, nothing was achieved yesterday or today, she is dead. Multi is a little over a month old, used no more than 10 times.

I'm now in thought, take it to the service under warranty or return it straight back to the store.

And in the place where the power cord is attached to the saucepan, they tried to pull it out and insert it again. Maybe everything is very trite and just the contact has moved away?
