My saucepan is also all scratched, although I do not use a "branded spoon", only wooden or silicone spatulas.
But yesterday I took from the service center a new (ordered back in March) saucepan for a small multi But the price, however: 1417 rubles
Svetik_
Yes, we have about the same price ... they are definitely not cheap, but if they scratch like that, then you need to have one more in stock, my cartoon is nothing, since August 3, I have been living, and then they scratched a little during transportation ... ... some "smart manager" put a cord into a saucepan, just imagine how it was driving inside ??? Would kill a reptile, you have to come up with such a thing, put a cord inside such a dish ???
Svetik_
By the way, we have 100 UAH cheaper. it turns out, translated into rubles, this is ..... I don’t know ...... in general, 33 cu. e, and in an amicable way they sell 42 cu. e, so it's small ... but big
Svetik_
In Donetsk, in our service center, you can order pots .... only the delivery time is up to ........... well, three months for sure, I made an order on March 26, that's just come ..... (according to Panasonic ), and I already wrote the prices, right here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4893.45

Wow, well, their prices. I have 1620 UAH. big and 1120 UAH small.
I'll try to negotiate with them about the wholesale purchase of pots.

Please tell me there are some developments already? Very much this question worries. Or was it an April Fool's joke ?!
Deva
Girls tell me, what's the bottom in your pots? I have a bulge inward. That is, when I pour oil or a little water, then all the liquid collects at the sides of the saucepan, the middle is all empty. Is this the correct bottom or it became convex for me during use. When I just bought it, and I bought it at the end of August, I did not notice what it was, but now I think maybe I already ruined it.
musyanya
I have the same bottom, this is a normal bottom, oil really gathers around the edges if there is little of it, but this does not affect the quality of frying in any way (when frying potatoes, for example, all potatoes adjacent to the bottom turn out ruddy evenly).
Airborn
And can anyone tell me the place where it is possible to order a spare saucepan and valve sealing rubber bands with delivery in Russia (just in case, so that they are at hand)?

For a saucepan, try to write here in the topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9114.0 Shurshun (Alexandra)... But for the first time I hear about the spare valve gum from you so that you can buy it. Nobody on our forum has changed it yet.
Airborn
Anastasia, I asked Panaservice about rubber bands, and they answered that they have them.
I just met complaints here that over time the gum absorb odors. And they can break in our difficult time. Or whatever happens ...
And here - once! - and put new ones and continue to cook.
Anastasia

Well, we have already figured out about smells - they do not pass to food, and the smell is absorbed not over time, but after each dish, and if you think like you do, then you will have to change these gum almost every day! And as of the gum itself, I have a 3-year-old, like new. And so it was written correctly in the subject-rinse properly and remove the multi-valve during storage so that the cartoon is ventilated.
Airborn
Anastasia, well, I’m not lucky in life for all sorts of elastic bands ... If I were the only boss in the kitchen, there would be no problems. And then everyone strives to gawk at what and how and where and how much.
Vera
My cartoon hasn't passed out two times already. The first time I cooked on the "buckwheat" program for almost two hours, until I turned it off myself. The groats turned into a homogeneous mass. Today I stewed cabbage according to the recipe from the forum on the Plov program, again for two hours. Has already begun to burn. Multi half a year.
Mueslik
Vera, check the voltage in the network - the cartoon reacts very much to surges - if the voltage is normal, only for repair, there is no other way out ...
Vera
I have it connected through the pilot. Email the pressure cooker and bread maker are working properly.
Lika
And the button so aluminum in the middle of the heating element is not stuck, is it pressed freely, without effort? Because it is she who is responsible for automatic programs.
Other, non-automatic modes work normally, is everything baked on the Baking?
Vera
To tell the truth, I have not baked anything yet, except for the pudding with the instructions. But I didn't like it. Last night I put buckwheat porridge on the timer, in the morning everything turned off normally! I don’t know what to think. By the way, the cabbage was delicious yesterday.
Oksana
I have even more fun !!!!
cooked 3 dishes and the cartoon broke, multi week.
I turn it on, put the program on, it starts working and after a minute or two it is cut down
I do not know what to do
Oksana

They broke, broke, but the peak voltage was to blame, it has voltage drop protection, but not the peak voltage. In this case, the buttons blink chaotically.
Gather your courage and turn it on, check it out. Do not be afraid, we are with you !!!
my cartoon broke like that, she's only a week old! all the buttons blinked and that's it

And by chance they do not sell saucepans for multicooker?

Elena4ka I ordered in Panasonic Plaza a month ago, in the first days of November I ordered it - in the twenties I received a saucepan, they promise 40-70 days of delivery, but it turns out earlier. And if it is in stock - then 3-5 days. Another question is the price of 280 and 390 UAH, respectively, for a small and large saucepan.
Call 044-495-3-495 there are good employees to order, leave your phone number and as soon as the saucepans appear, they will call you back.

This morning, unexpectedly on the second multicooker, similar "sawdust" appeared on the display, as it was with the first multicooker. The contagious disease turned out to be ... No one hit her ... The good news is that both cartoons work as before, without failures. And just in case, I have a third on the closet. New.
olla0707
Hey! Can you ask a question a little off topic ...? When the vegetables on the baking are fried in the multicooker, a little steam comes out of the button on the lid (which opens the lid) and it gets very hot .... And after opening the lid, water accumulates on the plastic rim. And if you move the water collection box a little - water pours onto the table .... Is this normal, or is it a malfunction? Before that I already had a cartoon, though a small one ... nothing like that was observed ...
Pakat
Quote, to myself ...

Promblema ...
I calmly wash the lid under the tap, though before that,
I put a plastic bag on the cartoon, the bottom is from below, and I fill it with the top in the cartoon. I put the second package on the cartoon with the bottom on top, bypassing the lid and the cartoon in the sink under the tap ...
rusja
Please tell me this question (otherwise I just now came close to the question of purchasing a multicooker), here almost everything is cooked in the mode either "from night to morning" or "from morning to evening", that is, they leave it, so to speak, without supervision. But sometimes I have cases of blackouts, not in the apartment, but throughout the house, how does the multicooker program behave in this case - it gets confused, stops, starts all over again if the light appears again?
Maybe someone came across this? And the question is not unimportant for me.
SchuMakher
Somewhere I read that it has protection against de-energizing with the subsequent restoration of the program, like in HP, but I don't remember where I read it ...
Boo Boo
She has no protection. The program will fail.
SchuMakher
Definitely not?
Boo Boo
Well, there is a man lying here, resting after hard days ........... eh, I'll go check.

I was wrong. For a minute I did not go astray. But in any case, no more than 10 minutes.
Adele
where can I buy a new bucket for multi ??? otherwise the old one was completely scratched ...

I have a Cartoon recently, having read horror stories in this and similar topics about scratched pots, I want to suggest the following, I cooked meat with bones in a baking bag. The result is excellent, nothing gets scratched. just make a few holes at the bottom of the bag so that the broth flows into the pan when you take it out (you can use a hole punch).
Girulka
Kievans !!! In the Panasonic Plaza online store, there are replaceable pots for a multicooker small (280 UAH) and large (395 UAH)! And there is no need to wait as usual for a couple of months when ordering components!
Luysia
Today I baked charlotte with black currant. I had to add another 20 minutes to 60 minutes of baking according to the recipe, since there was a completely raw dough on top.

Here is a photo

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=425.0

Maybe you need to drag it to the service for checking (maybe the baking temperature is lower than necessary) or can you check it somehow (bake something else specific)?

Will you advise what to do, otherwise I was completely upset.
musyanya
Here we have again a strange situation happened. the beginning of the story is here:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=46859.new#new
Continuation of the story: after that accident, a familiar cartoon turns on today, she decided to cook wheat porridge in water on a timer. But it won't turn on!
Only the triangle on the display burned, and all the buttons did not turn on when pressed and did not emit a characteristic squeak.
I turned it off from the network, reconnected it, the same thing.
After some time and persistent pressing of the buttons, it still worked, a squeak appeared, the porridge was set to cook and it was cooked as it should. The cartoon is still under warranty ... Carry it to the service?
Lika
If it happens again, carry it, but only with non-beeping buttons, so that the servicemen themselves can see the malfunction.
Veronica
Girls! I am very careful about the bottom of my crock pot! I have had a multicooker for two years, but there is only one scratch! every time I fry a maso with bones, before putting the meat itself, I put a baking sleeve on the bottom, pour oil on it, and then everything is as usual. This is very protective of the bottom!

I really want to look at the silicone mat, which is put in the multicooker. I saw only square ones in sales. Or you need to make a round one out of a square one yourself. Take a picture, please, who has such a rug.
Pakat
afnsvjul, you buy two rugs, if they are inexpensive, you draw on one, a circle of the required diameter, with ears, for which it will be convenient to take out muffins, biscuits, ham and cut out.
You use the second one for its intended purpose ...

afnsvjul, Here is a rug. I bought it a year ago.

Zalina, nobody took these rugs in "Your house". I saw them six months ago there, they were of different colors and shapes: square, oval and round. Maybe they are on sale now.
Kseny73
There is a company called "White Cat" they have on sale a "non-stick mat - circle", it has cut edges for dishes with a diameter of 20 to 28 cm. Suitable for a multicooker, only it is not silicone. and very thin.

Now I looked at their catalog: a rug based on Teflon fibers. Does anyone have one? Is it thin?
Kseny73
The rug is really thin as I wrote, I bought it for a multicooker for a ham maker. I turned the packaging on it, it does not say what the rug is made of, only how to use it and what is made in Germany.Still written up to 1000 uses.

At night I woke up from the beeping of the clock. This happens after a voltage drop for at least 5 minutes. They tolerate rapid recovery of current normally. So, about our rams ... the cartoon stood on the timer and did not even sway. The timing has not gone astray. Either she is very educated, or cars should keep time on short-term power outage.
Pogremushka
Indeed, MV keeps the program in memory, but I don’t know for how long.

Dear bakers,
I decided to tell you my sad (with a good ending) story. How I abused my slow cooker.
I put cabbage soup from fresh cabbage for the night. I fried the onion, the carrot, the meat in portions, I laid everything down and then I was struck by the "brilliant idea" to add a bag of frozen sauerkraut - I had been lying for a long time, so I decided to use it in this way. When I added the liquid in the saucepan, it rose threateningly almost to the edge, but I hoped that it would be enough to close the lid, put it on the stew and went to bed. In the morning, the whole floor is in broth, the windowsill where the multicooker is, too, even the broth poured out of the valve. Everything has already dried up. The smell, the appearance of the multicooker is just horror. I already mentally said goodbye to my assistant. She poured cabbage soup into a saucepan (by the way, it turned out delicious) and decided that it would not be worse, but it was worth trying, took off the valve, the saucepan and took the multicooker to the bathroom and began to wash it with a sponge, then I realized that I was only smearing the foam and connected it to the shower washing process, poured it straight from the hose. Rinsed. Turned over, put on a towel, glass water. I took a hairdryer and began to dry it outside (on the window) and inside with a hairdryer. She dried it for a long time, half an hour somewhere, then plugged it in, she squeaked and started blinking all the buttons. Condensation formed in the window, I turned it off, took the hairdryer again and for another half an hour directed a stream of hot air directly at the window. When the condensate was gone, I turned it on again, now the buttons did not blink, but arrows appeared on the display - a lot, I turned on the baking, just pressed the start, did not insert the pan inside, held it on the baking (it was warming up from the inside) and still held it under the hair dryer outside ... Fifteen minutes later she unplugged it from the outlet and left it with the lid closed for an hour. After an hour, there was no condensation, I could not believe that it was working. She poured oil into a saucepan and put it on baking, fried onion and minced meat, added pasta and water. Baking 40 min. She worked, although I was sure that she would probably die, I just could not believe that she was still alive, my old lady. At the end she sawed through - everything is ready.
Today is the fourth day after the shower. She plows incessantly. I made mustard sponge cake and steamed cutlets. All without fail. As if there was nothing.
In general, it seems that this multicooker is simply unkillable.
This even in a horror film will not show, so scoff at the technique.
But she is alive and working and looks like new. Thanks to the Japanese. I am delighted,
Survive after a shower, and even continue to work without interruption - I take off my hat to Panasonic.

I almost stopped cooking in the CF for a reason familiar to many members of the forum: the bowl coating was badly deteriorated. I went to the Internet to search for a solution to the problem and found:

Tomsk LLC "New Electronic Components" offers multicooker services to restore the coating of the MV bowl (do not consider it an advertisement, can you remove the name of the company?). Moreover, they guarantee the high quality of the new non-stick coating, its safety and durability! They reanimate not only the inner surface, but also the outer one. Cost - half the price of a new bowl.
My bowl is now being repaired in Tomsk. We are waiting, sir.

Help me please! : (Set the mode-pilaf- + timer. Pilaf is not cooked. Simultaneously the timer and start buttons are flashing. Timed programs will not start.
Lika
In what sequence were the buttons pressed? The START button is pressed last.
sean
The last one pressed Start. It's not the first time I've cooked with a timer.
