Good day!!! I would like to ask if anyone has any experience of using Sibovar and brand bowls, which one is better? I bought a slow cooker only yesterday. I baked an orange charlotte, everything was fine with the bowl. I cooked pilaf and saw scratches on the bottom of the pan. I bought silicone spatulas and spoons in advance. There were no bones in the meat. So the scratches appeared either from salt or from spices. Everything turned out delicious, but how are they not afraid to use the bowl further?
I have no experience of using the Brand's bowl.
And I WILL NOT BE MORE CONTACT WITH SIBOVAR !!!
I have their bowl after six months of far from intensive use (in general, it turned out that I only used it 15-20 times - I cooked it more in my own) flew: first bubbles appeared at the bottom, and after a couple of times using the saucepan, they peeled off and turned into small "shells". The Sibovar company gives a guarantee for its product for six months, it took me a little over six months. My question, what's the matter, the company simply ignored.
And although the native saucepan has almost lost its coating, food sticks to it in places, I am not in a hurry to change it yet. I look closely at Brand, but I would like a cheaper one. And then I already paid Sibovar, but the point is zero, thrown away money.

Petersburg women, native bowls for Panas 10 are inexpensively in Yulmart.

Good day!
After washing the multicooker, I can't start it. I put the program "Pilaf", turn it on - two buttons start blinking alternately - "Start" and "Timer". Other programs are also not included.
If anyone had such a problem - help with a solution!
Thanks in advance!
Elena Bo
And what kind of wash was it? Usually the bowl is washed, not the multicooker.
Dimon_2
There was a general wash ..
But my wife says that she didn’t pour much water ..
Ikra
Did you dry it well?
I somehow, from a blindness, a glass of water in the cartoon livanula. I wiped it off as best I could, but dried it for several days. Then everything is fine, for two years now.
Dimon_2
She washed it, then for two days they did not touch it as unnecessary ..
Now I put it in the sun - I warm it ...
Ikra
I think that in the sun it is also not very useful for her, in the same place there is no electronics, a small screen ... Let it dry for another couple of days just in the air.
Dimon_2
Thank you!
I will dry ..
the most interesting thing is that I could not make it out ..
all parts are carefully adjusted and the assembly is made at a high enough level ..
Song
It is necessary to unscrew the bottom of it. And dry it upside down anyway ...

Here is an answer from another forum on your situation:
Most likely there is a short circuit on the control board / panel (low voltage, this is not dangerous), as a result of which a control signal is sent to the power board and the heater is turned on. Most likely, the problem will disappear by itself, as it appeared after the multi dries. To do this, you just need to wait a little, it is better to open the lid and pull out the bowl. You can also turn it upside down so that the steam escapes through the grate to the bottom of the multi. To speed up the process, the multicooker will need to be disassembled and dried with a fan or hairdryer (without heating). In general, it is not difficult if you follow the video instructions. The main thing is not to break off anything in the area of the control panel mounts (where the buttons and the display are located), dry and assemble in the reverse order.

Good evening everyone!
I am reporting. After being interrogated with addiction, the wife confessed that she tried washing the CF with more water than usual ...She saw that the excess water was flowing down from the bottom and decided that everything was fine. Then we got the result that I described above ...
With your help, I disassembled the MV, tried to dry it with an ordinary household hair dryer .. The result is the same .. Disassembled, upside down, brought out to the balcony, in the sun .. 15-17 hours passed .. without collecting, I tried to turn it on - everything worked. . HOORAY!! Thanks to all!!
THANK YOU!! (I hope my experience will be useful to someone .. do not soak your assistants!)
Rina
well that ends well. Explain to your wife that it is better to let the case be dirty, electronics after all. Or buy a steam generator (they are inexpensive now) - and the multicooker washes off with a bang with a minimum of water, and the household needs a thing. We had a LOT of cherries this year .. I decided to cook jam in MV .. I cooked it in the house, and at that time I was processing the cherries on the street ...
I decided to boil quickly, put it on the "Steam cooking" mode for 10 minutes ... boil for a couple of minutes and turn it off ... then I was distracted and I forgot about the jam and the set mode ...

In short, it turned out like this ...
Technical assistance and spare parts for multicooker Panasonic
The jam poured inside the MV too, but it poured so that the MV bowl stuck to the disk - it barely ripped it off ... I washed the multi PG, I didn't even need to disassemble anything (for now ... pah-pah-pah) ... and it works " like a watch "... True, for the first time, it smelled a little bit of burnt sugar ...

PySy ... and the next day I had the same thing with MV SCARLET .. though the "Quenching" mode there did not cope with the jam ... ...
Ikra
All the same jam - well done! Everything is on the table, nothing hit the floor, even though thanks for that
I am glad that Panasik is alive and well! He's a reliable thing, after all. And I poured it once with a liter of water (I thumped, not looking that there was no saucepan). Nothing, it's dry and has been working for a long time.

.. Oh, Irisha, I thought that the "krony" to my assistant ... .. the entire display was in drops (apparently he got it too) ... all the cracks in the syrup from the jam ... and she is smart, my slow cooker, coped with such a "flood" and did not even take offense at her "unfortunate mistress", but resignedly began to continue to perform her functions ...

Friends, share information. I am choosing a spare pan for Panasonic 10. Interested in the quality of the coating from the original (updated) at Brand is very different?

very much .. these are completely 2 different coatings ... BUT ... in quality it is in no way inferior to Panas ... I would even say so ... does the brand have a more reliable coating or what?
Oca
I bought for 10 and 18 Panas, the coverage is great, I confirm! Yesterday I fry vegetables without oil - they don't stick, they cook in their juice. The experience of using the Brand's bowl in the 18th Panas is more than a year.

Girls, HELP !!!!
Cartoon Panasonic-18, I have 5.5 years. We are with her all the time in perfect harmony ... everything is fine ... and today she categorically refuses to carry out the programs. I turn on the steam cooking for 10 minutes, and after 1-3 minutes it turns off and goes into heating. This happened several times, then, once it worked! Apparently, even when it turns off, it still heats up, not to a boil, but the bowl is hot, you can't take it with your hand. Then it stopped working again. I turned it off, it stood for several hours, turned it on .... it heats up, in different modes, but without completing the program, after 1-3 minutes, it turns off again and goes into heating. Maybe someone already had this ??? Please advise something! ....
Oca
Veronica, firstly, check, if possible, the voltage in the outlet - is there 220 volts or something else? Secondly, check the plug contacts of the multicooker and the plug in the outlet - it is quite possible that this is a poor connection of the conductors. What does "disconnect" mean? Does the screen go out completely? Does the relay click when it is disconnected? I'm trying to find out in which block the problem is, it looks like the temperature sensor went off the roof. Your situation is the first one that I happened to read about ...Although, here's another thought, there is such a problem with some equipment ... do you have a hygrometer in your house? We had 92% humidity this morning and one of the multicooker closest to the open balcony door refused to turn on. I took it to the next room, blew it with a fan where I could (you can use a hairdryer, but I don't have one), and it started working again!

Yes Yes. I recently had the same, I was frightened, I thought she was crazy. I adjusted the fork in it, and everything worked out. And then a couple of minutes and the MV starts to squeak, goes into heating, and so it was several times in a row.
Veronica
Thank you all for your help and participation! I still did not understand what it was! cartoon, just as suddenly, began to work as before, although, I did not change anything, did not correct the cords. The problem itself lasted a day, and in the evening everything became as before. Yesterday I cooked soup in it, and today I fry chicken, and I will be stewing potatoes. What was it, it is not clear! Most likely, she suddenly remembered that she was a girl ... she decided to be capricious! ... Then she changed her mind and started work again! ..

Girls, dear, do not have the strength to read all the pages of this and other similar topics ...
Please, who has already picked up and knows exactly which cup can be used for Panasonic 18, except for his own? The options "the lid does not close" do not suit

until they turn on the heating, many turn on electric heaters, and they drain the voltage very much, especially in old houses. The voltage can drop dramatically. I have up to 183-185 volts, especially in the evenings, when they come home from work and still start cooking. From this happens, fluorescent lamps do not light up.

Go to the website of the Tomsk company NEK (SiboVar). Look at the site itself for interchangeability or email them a request. mail. They answer in good faith and can send a file with a drawing and dimensions.

Actually, this model belongs to 5-liter pots and you also need to watch analogs from 5-liter MV ...
Aina
Today I went to the comfi to see if something would fit. I started to open-close-pull 5-liter multi, so two consultants came running and were so worried that I felt uncomfortable and I left
attempt failed
I'll try to look into the foxtrot again

while it "comes" from Russia to us, the carriers will rip off three skins from us + for damage they, of course, will not answer. I'm looking for us.
I am also looking for but I did not find a cheaper 410 - I can wait and in Ukraine they will be at an adequate price.

adequate for me is 200-250 UAH, Panas will never allow himself this, I think there is nothing to expect from him.
I would find an alternative, that is the question

A couple of years ago, a native bowl cost at least 2000 rubles (if 1 hryvnia = 4 rubles, then 500 hryvnia is the cheapest), and now you can find it for 900 rubles (225 hryvnia). I have never sent anything abroad, I only received it, so I cannot advise how it would be better. The forum has a topic "communication with fellow countrymen", the city of Kiev here here, they will prompt

Hello everyone! Can someone help information. Six months ago I was concerned about buying a replacement bowl for my cartoon (Panasonic 4.5L). I took a risk and ordered it in BRAND (at the time of ordering it cost them 999 rubles. It cost 1300 rubles to be sent by Russian Post to Irkutsk. One porridge for the son cools down in the morning, in the second it crumbles everything for soup ..... The only minor minus is that the bottom of the Brand's cup is more rounded than that of the native one.
And recently on the site "Eldorado" I saw cups for Ponas for 4.5 liters at 1399 rubles. It looks like native Panasonic.

Some time ago, buying a spare bowl for Panasonic was really a problem. And it cost under 2000. And now in many online stores they sell branded ones for less than 1000 rubles. There are also equipment in some supermarkets. I think it's better to buy normal safe cookware from Panasonic than from an unknown manufacturer. Moreover, there is no gain in price.
At OZON, it recently cost 900 rubles and shipping for free from 2000.
Marant
And in Ukraine it is not realistic to find cheaper than UAH 400 at all, mostly UAH 500 (RUB 1,500).

I studied Brandovskie bowls, but they are 6 mm lower in height.
* Anyuta *
I have a brand's bowl in Panas - even 2. I use only one so far - and it GREATLY FITS the cartoon.
Marant
* Anyuta *, you made me happy

But, there are so many models. Which model should you look to?

Here, on the forum, a bowl for Brand 6050 is sold:

Inner diameter - 22.0 cm.
The outer diameter is 24.0 cm.
Height - 13.5 cm.
Bowl circumference just under the rim - 69.5 cm

Such?

MomMaxa
Marant, read a little higher I wrote about Brandnov's cup for Ponas. Perfect fit. I have been using it since autumn - no complaints. In their online store, these bowls are signed so that they are compatible with Panasonic.

Read the topic. Back in August-September 2012, I wrote a full report on Brand's bowls. I'm on the phone today. I can't find the link itself. If you don’t find it, then tomorrow I’ll give you a link from work.

I bought a multicooker for 3 liters. mainly for milk porridge. The first couple of months I couldn't get enough of it, everything was wonderful. But then something went wrong: the porridge was no longer cooked, the grain remains tough. You have to re-enable the program. What to do?
Raspberries
Marino, with what croup does this happen? Perhaps the quality of the cereal itself has changed. Try to rinse the cereals before cooking and rinse them well with boiling water. Cook the porridge in advance, for example, on a timer, so that you can leave it to infuse for 30-40 minutes before opening the lid for the first time.
Marino
Groats: rice and millet, and from the same package as before. Moreover, it is in milk all night, as I put it on in the morning and turn it off 40 minutes after the end of the program. And the result is semi-cooked cereal in milk.

Friends, who recently purchased a bowl for a large Panasonic (4.5 l.) in Moscow, hand over addresses / passwords / attendance please ...
MomMaxa
ZInna, I ordered a year ago in Brand 🔗... The bowl is quite nothing to itself))) Only the bottom is more rounded in comparison with the native bowl.
Crumb
Thank you very much for your responsiveness, Anya !!!
Katris
Crumb, original bowls for Panasonic are in Eldorado, price 1099r.
Looked, now neither in Moscow nor in Izhevsk is not available. But, for example, in Kazan there is.
I bought myself a year ago, they were not there at one time, and then they appeared. I think they will appear in Moscow too, if you wait a little. And sometimes there is no online store, but you come to the retail Eldorado - there is.
Crumb
Katyusha, thank you very much for the information !!!
