  • We knead the dough in a bread maker using any dough kneading program.

  • Lightly grease the steamer grate with oil, put the buns on it. You can put raspberry, or cabbage, or beet leaves under the buns.
  • Pour hot water into the bowl of the pressure cooker, install a double boiler with products, set it on "Manual" mode - stage 1 - 50 degrees, 20 minutes; Stage 2 - 45 degrees - 20 minutes; Stage 3 - 35 degrees - 20 minutes. When finished, set the "Steam" mode - by default. We leave it on "Heating" for another 10 minutes.

Olya, great buns!
Thanks for the recipe - very useful, especially in the heat.

Olya, THANKS !!!

I would have put them under the grill for a crust, otherwise like a bald mouse - I will not get used to the appearance of the dough.

Marina, thanks for the tip! Well worth a try, it's from Asian cuisine - why not? I will do myself, it went well for me!

Tanyusha, you are kind! If I had the crust I needed, I would easily bake it either in the oven or in the same pressure cooker on the "Pastry", without jumping to the airfryer! Health to you!
Impressions on the second day - there is a crust, but it is not fried. Taste - different from traditional baked goods.
