Thanks for the answer! A little calmed! I will continue to cook in the cartoon, especially since everything that I do not cook turns out to be very tasty. There are stainless steel metal utensils, but whenever I cook soup in it and it has been boiled for a very long time, the soup acquired a metallic taste and became very salty. Everything in our life is harmful. It's just that somewhere it is written that this Japanese company has abandoned the use of perfluorooctanoic acid, and somewhere that it has adopted a program to completely eliminate the use of this acid in the production until 2015.
Also in other sources it is written that this acid begins to evaporate only when heated above 202 degrees Celsius, somewhere it is written that at the slightest heating, vapors are released into the air

It would be dangerous, would not be released into such mass production
Teflon pans are also available for sale, but nevertheless they are harmful.
Why didn't you buy the 502 model? It has a ceramic coating.

It is not durable. Yes, and I wanted exactly 37501 waited two months.

Is the non-stick coating durable? No coating is durable. It tends to wear out and scratch. But after that, such a saucepan-frying pan is certainly not safe for health.
But so that the ceramic coating does not burn, it simply does not need to be heated without food
Elena Br
Good day.
Our company has been supplying multicooker with ceramic coated bowls for over two years. And not a single user of these multicooker has contacted us with a damaged bowl coating. From this we can conclude that nothing happens for two years of operation with the coating. I think this is a good indicator of the durability of this coating.
The manufacturer claims a five-year life for the bowl. Wait and see.

I ordered three multi-cookers, for myself and my friends. I was worried if they would like my choice. But today on the phone I heard so much delight about 37501, so many compliments and joy ...: yahoo: and words of gratitude So nice

What a pity that instead of a STRANGE mode of Slowing, they will not do NORMAL Slowing - when the food is first heated to a boil, and then for a long time at a low temperature until cooked. If we had a multicooker, a Russian stove. And it turns out that a duplicate extinguishing regime is simply added. Why is that? But the right longing would be very useful?

I finally waited for MV, hurray, hurray. Hooray!!!!!
After steaming with lemon, I cooled it down and put it on milk porridge, 1/2 tablespoon of barley and 2.5 tablespoons of milk according to the standard mode of milk porridge. Splashes of milk flew through the valve and spattered the entire lid, maybe the valve needs to be installed somehow in a special way, I had a closed position.

The open and closed icons on the valve are indicated for assembly / disassembly of the valve when cleaning on page 17 in the instructions.
Milk porridge could "run away" because of poor quality milk. Do not be surprised, this has already been here on the forum. Try making milk porridge using milk from another manufacturer.
Perhaps this is the reason.

And I think the reason is in a very small amount of liquid, that is, milk. If you cook at least five glasses of milk, this does not happen.

A couple of people have already had this. We discussed this in the topic about testing this multicooker. We came to the conclusion that milk can "run away" if only 0.5 cc of cereal is cooked. If you cook 1 mst or more, this does not happen. It is also better to pour the "foamy" cereal with boiling water for 5 minutes before cooking. And, of course, as already said Elena Br, milk is problematic.

Thank you, next time I will do as you advise and study the topic about testing, before that I have not encountered such a problem in discussions, apparently, I did not carefully read

It all depends on what you want from the multicooker. Well, since you wrote in this thread, it means that you still lean in favor of the 37501 model

Here are the main differences:

The 37501 has a manual mode. Can fry in three temperature ranges (vegetables, fish, meat). The dough can be allowed to stand on the "Yoghurt" setting by turning it on for 20 minutes.

37502 has a ceramic coated bowl. Can stand the dough (there is a special program). Has a program for preparing yoghurt with pre-boiling milk. You can fry in the "Baking" mode (the temperature range is similar to the "Fry-Vegetables" mode in 37501). The display is small.

Well, the choice is yours
Elena Br
There is also a slight difference in equipment:
37501 - comes with two steamers (top and bottom) and a colorful recipe book,
37502 - one top steamer is included, there are several recipes in the instructions (applies to the current batch).
The batch of Brand 37502 multicooker units arriving in September will include two steamers (top and bottom) and a colorful recipe book.
Vesnushka
Manna and Elenа Br, thanks for the answers). Yes, I’m probably more inclined towards 37501, because there is a manual mode, but I don’t know whether it is needed or not; the menu is larger. And what difference does it make in terms of readiness time, maybe one of them cooks faster?

I was also puzzled by the choice. The main plus of the 37502 multicooker for me, nevertheless, is the bowl with a ceramic coating. So I wanted to buy this model. But after ordering on the company's website, a message came that the multicooker was over. Therefore, I ordered 37501. I hope to receive it in a week. According to reviews, the bowl has a good non-stick coating, although the exact composition is unknown. For myself, I have identified a few more differences:

  • The 37502 has a Soup mode. However, I saw reviews that many cook soup on the "Stew" mode and it turns out even tastier.
  • The 37502 has a pre-boil yoghurt setting. Also, not to say that the regime is essential, since yogurt is better obtained from UHT milk (well, this is from personal experience), which does not require boiling.
  • The 37502 has a Dough mode. But in the presence of a bread machine, it is probably not very relevant.

  • The 37501 has a non-volatile memory and clock. This will help with a short power outage and the delay can be set by specifying a specific start time of the program, and not the period of time after which the multicooker should start working.
  • The 37501 has a more convenient display - it is conveniently located at an angle and a more readable font (judging by the reviews).
  • In the 37501, the "Fry" mode operates at a higher temperature, which allows faster and better frying of food compared to the "Bake" mode in the 37502.
  • The 37501 has a "Manual" mode, where you can independently set the temperature and cooking time. In the current version - starts from 40 degrees, step 20 - 30 degrees. Perhaps, in the future, a modified version of the multicooker will acquire a more flexible mode.
  • In 37501, a more pleasant sound signal about the end of the program. But quieter.

In general, it can be said unequivocally that one multicooker cannot be better than another. No matter how trite it sounds, you will have to evaluate the differences in relation to your needs and "wishes".

The factory does not disclose the composition of the bowl coating, arguing that it is a production secret.
But as far as I understand the situation, any non-stick coating, with the exception of ceramics, contains these substances.

The same problem arose with me precisely with barley grits. She runs away, and the rest of the cereals are boiled in the same milk, regardless of the amount. And it also depends on milk. Sterilized "Prostokvashino" runs, and "House in the village" behaves decently.

Milk can be pre-frozen, or if you add water to milk, keep ice in the freezer and add to milk if necessary.
Levitan
Any multicooker is airtight and keeps heat (and cold) like a thermos, so the milk from the refrigerator should not turn sour (for the same reason, food at a delayed start does not go out if the food is cold). No need to put additives (raisins, dried apricots, etc.) into the porridge.it is better to put them on the steamer, they will be steamed while the porridge is being cooked and add before meals. Cooked porridge from milk "Big mug" 3.5% without adding water - did not run away. The groats (if they are not flakes, of course) need to be washed very, well, very thoroughly.

What is it? Not, well, of course, if you close the valve tightly to her ... with a cork, as in old Soviet glass thermoses ...

The multicooker, of course, is not airtight, but it holds heat / cold much better than a regular pan. Therefore, the girls advise to lay milk from the freezer at night, so that they do not have time to overheat and sour at night. And, of course, it is better not to add sour additives in the heat to porridge with a delay. And rinse thoroughly grits especially necessary, because it is she who is more inclined to escape in milk

I have not yet figured out how to embed a photo on this site, I will try it, forgive me if I broke something!
I report on milk porridge with a delayed start. At 22-00, I set the program for milk porridge, rice - 1 mst, 5 mst of selected milk from the refrigerator, kept in the morning at the back wall, ice floated in the milk, it was the freshest, I wanted to cook it by 8-00. The milk still curled up, but did not run away, on the back of the lid I found a cork from the curd mass, which apparently delayed the porridge's exit. Despite everything, the porridge turned out to be quite edible! The rest of the milk in the refrigerator tastes without signs of souring ... The experiments WILL continue!
I have CF for a little over a week, and every day I am more and more satisfied. I have already cooked soups three times: pea, borsch, cabbage soup. From the second courses: naval pasta, stewed assorted vegetables (potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, onions, carrots, tomatoes with meat), fried potatoes - generally lovely, etc. How I used to live without my Mulechka!
Elena Br
Good day.
Share your experiment results?
It is difficult to say why flakes are formed in milk porridge: either the milk is to blame, or cereal, or a badly washed plate or bowl, but such cases sometimes happen. The main thing is that it does not affect the taste at all.
And the slow cooker is really a wonderful thing. I use it myself every day and cannot get enough of it.

I am upset The saucepan in Brand 37501 is Teflon, which means it is not safe for health. Someone told me that Daikin moved away from the use of perfluorooctanoic acid, but I have not found evidence of this anywhere. We'll have to throw out this cartoon. It's a pity that my husband won't agree to a second.
Here's what I found; "The multi-layer non-stick coating of the bowl is made of NEOFLON ™ polymer (FEP NC-1539N) of the Japanese concern Daikin. Unlike Teflon (American concern DuPont), when applied NEOFLON ™ no perfluorooctanoic acid used (abbreviated as PFOA - extremely toxic substance). NEOFLON ™ in powder form is applied electrostatically to the bowl in layers, and layer by layer is baked at a temperature of 340C-360C.
Benefits of NEOFLON ™:
- lack of pores = high hygiene, excellent "sliding" and non-stick properties
- resistance to scratches, temperature extremes, corrosion = reliability, durability
- no PFOA acid used / released = no major disadvantage of Teflon coating " SVP Vadim, this is about our coverage?

I am mastering the multicooker 37501, I ask for help from experienced members of the forum to clarify some questions.

1. The temperature of preparation of milk porridge is 98 g. So the milk isn't boiling? That is, you must first boil raw milk, and then cook porridge?
2. I cooked pilaf on "rice". I did not see boiling, even weak, when I opened the lid. As a result, the pilaf in the refrigerator on the third day has already deteriorated. In the "Milk Porridge" mode, first the milk boils (and sometimes it spits), and only then the temperature drops to 98 *.

To be honest, I don't leave anything in the refrigerator for three days, so I don't even know what to say.
But boiling still occurs, since the temperature on the "Rice" is already 105 *. Only this is not the boiling that we are used to, and there is not so much liquid that it boils directly, it evaporates.
But what about the first courses? Be sure to pour boiling water over and at least the next day the soup remains usable. And if you fill it with cold water, then bring it to a boil, for example, in the "Steam" mode and only then switch to "Quenching", for example.
vis
Thank you! I also try not to leave for 3 days, but we are not at home much, and the pilaf turned out SO MUCH.
And after all, a properly prepared dish should not turn sour after two days in the refrigerator.
They reassured me about the porridge.
And as for the soup ... I've been thinking, maybe it's better to boil it already ready on "steam"? Girls, how does it taste better - if you cook soup with raw meat - pour cold or hot water?

With raw meat, the soup will cook for a long time, about 2 hours. And for my taste, the soup on fried meat is much tastier. Although the taste and color .....

Good day.
1. In the multicooker on the "milk porridge" mode, a special program is set, where milk boilsbut does not run away. Therefore, you do not need to boil the milk beforehand.
2. I cannot explain why the pilaf spoiled on the third day.
This mode works in several stages. At the first stage, the contents of the bowl heats up to about 70 degrees (perhaps at this time you looked into the bowl), and then the temperature rises. Then the program runs until the liquid is completely boiled away. At the last stage, when you observe the countdown on the display, the program maintains a certain temperature to dry the cereals.
You can make sure that the contents of the "rice" program are boiling without lifting the lid. After about 20 minutes from the start of the program, you can observe the exit of steam from a special valve.

Try to transfer hot food to clean, dry dishes. Put it in the refrigerator as soon as it has cooled down (I take it to the balcony, because it is cooler there).
I often cook for future use. Stored for 5-6 days (I cook for my husband for a week, when I have to leave). Nothing has ever turned sour, neither soups, nor pilaf, nor anything else.
